The hotel has the greatest awesome European style decorations with the most convenient location, very cool! The hotel staff Trang was very friendly and spoke very good English! The amenities are in high standard! The only thing that the hotel needs to improve is in the bathroom, the shower room has no door nor shower curtain which the water would wet the floor every time taking the shower. Two floor mats was provided when we checkin but only one was provided after, should always provide two floor mats as it'll then be soaking wet; the water tap on the basin was not stable as it turned whenever we turned on the water which i think it should be fixed, even the toilet behind the reception has the same issue. Both are just smal issues. Otherwise, all is GREAT and I'd highly recommend to everyone for this hotel.

We had a very comfortable stay in Da Lat Eco Hotel. The front desk staff was very kind and friendly. He helped us check in early. There were two properties at the hotel and we stayed in Eco 2. The room was spacious with a tiny balcony that was connected to the room next to ours. We didn't use the balcony a lot because the property acrossed the street was renovating and there were dust. The facilities that comes with the room were good, though I'd suggest the hotel to change the sheets and linens because there were old stains on them. I personally liked the hotel location. It was a little far away from the night market, but it was close to the Crazy House and Dinh Bao Dai. For taxi, I'd suggest using Lado that could easily take you to the city center and the train station. Also there was a restaurant opposite to the hotel that served chicken. We didn't try it but there was always a line from the local people. I would especially like to thank the front desk staff. Days before we arrived, we received a message reminding that there might be noise due to the New Year (our stay was great even with some noises). When we were there, they kindly offer us free bananas, candy, artichoke tea, and coffee. You can also buy the tea and coffe from the staff directly. Highly recommend the artichoke tea! It's Da Lat specialty and must-try and it tastes amazing. I never thought that artichoke could be made into tea!

Our stay at this villa was truly exceptional! The host was an absolute delight - friendly and helpful. We loved the thoughtful welcome of fresh local fruit treats, which was a lovely surprise. The highlight of our stay was definitely the night campfire, where our host invited us to join in and enjoy baked sweet potatoes and made us feel like family. And of course the villa was immaculately clean and comfortable, with everything we needed within easy reach. We loved the convenient location and the villa's unique features, which added to our overall experience. The value for money was outstanding, and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Can't wait to come back!

The Manor Villa has given me a great experience overall as a first time traveller to Da Lat. For those who arrived earlier than the check in time, you can stay on the 1st floor until 2pm with a scenic views. We requested a free of charge honeymoon decoration and they fulfilled it wonderfully. The area was so quiet at night that you almost won’t hear any honk from the locals like you usually heard in the hustle & bustle of the city. The toilet window’s latch in our room was broken so we asked for a repair as we were worried about our safety, people might get into the room through the broken window, but gladly they attended to it at an instant. However, the room toilet was clogged, and the hot water didn’t really work well during our stay. Hopefully, the team can look into it and try to improve on the problem. For experience, I still recommend The Manor Villas to everyone, I’ve had my share of moments and would try other hotels in the same area if I were to go back to Da Lat next time. It's a family run homestay. The location is very good but they do not have an elevator. So the guest has to fetch his luggage from the ground floor to the first or second floor on his own. We booked our room on the 2nd floor. So I had to literally drag our two big luggage from the ground floor up to the second floor. It was really horrible. They do not clean the room unless you request them. They have a very small standard room on the second floor without any balcony. But there is a common balcony facing mountains. You can sit there and enjoy it. You must hire a motorbike if you wish to go to the city on your own. This hotel is located up on the hillside. You can book a cab or a motorbike on the grab application from your mobile phone. There are far better hotels available in the Da Lat city with much better amenities.

Lovely atmosphere and conveniently located near lots of shops and cafes. The receptionist is very kind and helpful and has helped us with everything we needed. The room has a fan as well and comes with free water and toothbrushes. Thank you for making it such a pleasant time for us.

I’m so satisfied with my stay! Location: It’s very close to town and within walking distance of the Da Lat night market (Chợ Đà Lạt). At night, there are good bars and pubs nearby that you can walk to. For your convenience, there’s a mart on the main road as well. However, the hostel is situated in an alley that cars cannot access, so you’ll need to park on the main road and walk to the hostel. Service: Top-notch! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they speak English. They let us keep our luggage and relax in the hostel’s common area before and after check-in and check-out. They also provide a common bathroom in case you arrive early or stay late, and they’re happy to call a taxi for you. The best part is that they have motorcycles and bicycles for rent; however, you’ll need to leave your passport with them (we received ours back in good condition). Amenities: They provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay, though there’s no toothpaste provided. The weather is cool enough that you don’t need air conditioning. There’s a common iron and stove available for use (a small fee applies for the stove). Cleanliness: Good for a hostel. They have dogs, but there’s no smell or pet hair around. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! I'll definitely stay here again.

Awesome hotel. One of the cheapest of Da Lat but it doesn't mean anything! Very clean room, coffee, water, toothbrush, etc. They're all very nice at the reception and they speak English as well. Free parking for scooters and cars.

Best Customer service ever. 100% recommend this place to anyone going to Dalat. He is so friendly and everything is almost one stop service. if you are fussy about the water pressure then that would be the only downside.

For the price, no complaints. Hard to communicate with the front desk as they do not speak English. but they tried their best. Bed not that clean. Location is behind a small alley but still ok.
