Minulla oli pari päivää vapaana ja päätin nopeasti viettää ne Etelä-Ranskassa. En ole ollut siellä vuosiin, nyt on aika ottaa kiinni. Ja se oli ihanaa aikaa, hotelli sijaitsee aivan täydellisellä paikalla, vain minuuttien päässä rannoilta, ravintolasta ja tärkeimmistä ostoskaduista. Koska otin myös jonkin aikaa hypätäkseni Monte Carloon, Cannesiin ja Grasseen, kävi ilmi, että Gare de Ville, päärautatieasema, on myös vain 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Aivan mahtavaa, ei tarvita taksia, Uberia tai mitään, kaikki mahdollista kävellen. Hotellin huoneet eivät välttämättä ole uusinta muotia ja voi varmasti sanoa, että vähän käytetty, mutta no, tarvitsen vain hyvän ja puhtaan sängyn, ja se oli erittäin mukava hyvään yöuneen. Kylpyhuoneessa oli kaikki tarvittavat tarvikkeet, kuten hiustenkuivaaja, ja mikä tärkeintä, hyvä kuuma suihku. Tarpeetonta sanoa, että hotellin henkilökunta on ystävällistä, avulias ja hymyilee sinulle aina. The staff (Noreen, Isa, Diame, Claudia, David and Charles) at Hotel Riviera Collection are very friendly and helpful. They take the time to provide extremely helpful travel tips in addition to their excellent service. Highly recommended.

The location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations. The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean. The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies. I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults. There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes. Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean with fantastic views. The amenities, including the pool and dining options, were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Pam Hotel Nice, spending four amazing nights there in April. The hotel is in a perfect location — very close to the train station (ideal for exploring the beautiful nearby towns), the port, and Place Garibaldi, with plenty of great dining options around. It is also within easy walking distance to the Old Town and not far from the main shopping and tourist areas. We explored the city entirely on foot, and everything was easily accessible, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. Our room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable — exactly what we needed as a base for our trips around the area. We didn’t try the breakfast, as we preferred to visit local cafés, but for the purpose of a comfortable and restful stay, the hotel absolutely met and exceeded our expectations. A special compliment goes to the Bulgarian lady at the Front Office — she was very professional, kind, and helpful, making our experience even more pleasant. Overall, a great choice in Nice, and we would definitely recommend it!

The hotel calls itself a 4 star one, but for 4 star, there should be a mini-fridge and a kettle in a room. Other than that, our stay was good.

Kaiken kaikkiaan hotelli on ihan kelvollinen, mutta tähän hintaluokkaan Nizzassa on paljon vaihtoehtoja, joissa huoneet ovat siistimpiä ja paremmin hoidettuja. Yövyimme kaksi yötä, mikä oli hyväksyttävää, mutta pidempään oleskeluun olisimme arvostaneet enemmän mukavuutta. Plussat: Erinomaisen laadukkaat tyynyt ja patjat. Puhtaat liinavaatteet – suuret kiitokset henkilökunnalle tästä! Miinukset: Toivottavasti hotellin johto lukee tämän. Huone 101: Suihkuseinä on vaihdettava – se ei ole enää vesitiivis ja vuotaa liukuovien läpi, koska ne eivät sulkeudu kunnolla. Suihkupää pitäisi siirtää oikealle seinälle, jotta suihkussa käynti olisi mukavampaa. Katossa oli hämähäkinseittejä ja verhot olivat likaiset – siivousstandardeja on valvottava tiukemmin. Vasemmalla olevaa pöytälamppua ei voi sytyttää erikseen huoneen päävalosta, mikä on hankalaa, kun haluaa työskennellä illalla pehmeämmässä valaistuksessa. Sijainti on hyvä, mutta sekä ulkona että käytävällä on meluisaa. Hotellin henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällistä ja vieraanvaraista - arvostimme sitä todella!

Great location, nice view from the entrance, friendly helpful staff. The room wasn’t as big as in the website pictures and didn’t have the same view either and was very dark. Very spacious bathroom though.

Very nice service, clean room and facilities in good condition. The position is great with only 2 mins walk to the train station. Convenient area with restaurants opening from 8am to 11pm. Best choice for train trip to suburb area around Nice. Cons: tea and milk provided is normal as in any French supermarkets. The layout of room is a bit tight. The bathroom may splash water out. Generally good hotel in Nice. Would recommend friends to visit as a safe choice in a normal budget.

Sorry to say it's not worth what I've spent. Being 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids under 3yo) the ”family room” is insufficient in terms of overall space, size of main bed, and comfort of couch/bed. The room is a typical single room with one additional couch. Once the couch is open, there is no space to walk. The main bed is queen-sized, and the sofa is even smaller, and it is very, very uncomfortable. I consider it an inferior room, considering I've paid +500€ per night. Position-wise, the hotel is quite far from the center (5-6 tram stops) and very close to the airport, so you could hear the planes landing and taking off quite often. I'm not a big fan of beaches with pebbles, but Nice is like this. What is very unfortunate is that the beach in front of the hotel only opens at 10 a.m., which is just too late for a family travelling to the seaside in summer. The breakfast was very good.
