"I was positively surprised when I arrived at the hotel: not only was is super centrally located but also offered great service and lovely rooms at a fantastic price! The hotel located is about 3min away from the airport tram stop Jean Medécin, 2min from Place Massena and 4min from the old town. My room was very clean and offered aircon/heating, fridge, haidryer, tv, kettle & complimentary. coffee/tea. The furniture and carpet looked well-maintained and the bed was very comfortable. I was warmly welcomed upon check-in by multilingual staff. I slept very well and can only but recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel location is strategic, just a 5-minute walk from Nice Saint-Augustin train station. The tram to the airport is free from Grand Arenas station, making transportation very convenient. We booked a Mountain View Twin Room but were given a lower-quality room instead (please refer to the photo). Additionally, we had to request a room change due to a serious bed issue—the mattress was split in half, which was quite shocking as they were still using a damaged mattress for guests. To their credit, the front desk responded immediately and changed our room. However, the new room still did not meet our expectations. The bed quality was poor, too soft, and provided no proper back support. Breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited options. The only hot food available was scrambled eggs and sausages, while everything else was cold. Coffee and juice were from a machine, which didn’t add much to the experience. Overall, the stay was tolerable for the price, but definitely not worth it given the quality of the rooms, beds, and breakfast. Would not recommend unless you’re on a very tight budget."

"Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious, clean, and neat. I especially loved the scent of the hand soap. The location is convenient, situated at the end of a metro line and just a 2–4 minute walk to the station. There is also a supermarket and a McDonald’s nearby. For budget-friendly bottled water, the fruit shop sells 50cl bottles for only €0.50."

"The location was excellent. There are several train stations nearby, so transportation is very convenient. It’s also close to the airport, but the noise wasn’t an issue at all. I could sleep very well. The room was spacious. I stayed alone, but the room had three single beds, which made it comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. There were no hairdryers or toothbrushes in the room, but you can borrow them at the reception."

"Kuvat eivät ole todellisia hotellihuoneita. Saavuimme hotellihuoneet olivat hyvin pieniä. Seinät eivät usko, että naapurin ihmiset kuulevat meidät helposti. Rakennustyöt ovat käynnissä aivan hotellin ulkopuolella, joka on hotellin tehon ulkopuolella. Ymmärrän, mutta ei ihanteellista, kun olet heikentynyt aamulla. Voit kirjaimellisesti kuulla veden huuhtelevan seinistä alas putkia pitkin. Oli järkevää, miksi se oli halpa. Siitä huolimatta wifi oli hyvä. Hotelli oli siisti. Työntekijät olivat erittäin avuliaita ja tervetulleita. Mutta en suosittelisi tätä hotellia toiseen oleskeluun. Mutta se ei ole myöskään pahin, jonka olen kohdannut. "Очень понравился отель . Расположен в безопасном и красивом районе Ниццы. 10 минут ходьбы до набережной,много ресторанов по близости , хорошее качество уборки . Особенно хочется отметить персонал отеля , который всегда был настроен помочь и по своей природе очень душевные люди ."

"The hostel was clean and neat, and the room size was quite good. However, my experience with the night female staff member was very disappointing. She was quite rude and clearly needs to improve her customer service skills. It also seemed like her English was limited, which made communication difficult. She did not provide any basic information about the hostel. I had to ask everything myself—whether there was a kitchen, gym facilities, room directions, and even which floor my room was on. This was honestly very strange and not what you expect when checking in. She also did not give any information about nearby attractions or places to visit. On the positive side, the morning staff member was much more helpful and guided me about buses and trains, which I appreciated. I would like to request hostel management to pay attention to staff training. Hostels and hotels are important tourist points, and guests spend their hard-earned money to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Staff behavior and guidance play a big role in that."

"Enjoyed staying in Residhome. It was in good location, safe neighborhood. The room was spacious, bed and pillows, duvet comfortable. Kitchen has all needed utensils, pots and pans. Had microwave, not other ovens. No cleaning devices, except dishwasher. No salt and spices for food making. AC made occasionally strange loud sound and we turn it off for the night. Recommending studio with balcony."

From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were consistently helpful and maintained a cheerful demeanor, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Their assistance and pleasant attitude made navigating my stay and the local area much easier and more enjoyable. Despite my initial reservations, Best Western has managed to exceed my expectations and provided a genuinely pleasant stay. The combination of attentive service, useful amenities, and a welcoming environment has completely shifted my perspective on what a 3-star hotel can offer. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay, and I look forward to my next visit."
