Hotellin sijainti on erittäin hyvä. Lähellä keskusaukiota. Varasimme huoneen parvekkeella, ja se oli kooltaan kooltaan hyvä. Kylpyhuone oli myös hyvän kokoinen. Huoneessa on kahvinkeitin, joten voit keittää teetä ja kahvia. Vastaanotossa on myös kahvinkeitin, joten voit keittää kahvia ja teetä. Voit myös saada juomavettä. Tarjolla on makeisia ja limonadia. Aamiainen on erittäin hyvä. Ennen varauksen tekemistä luin, että monet ihmiset eivät ole tyytyväisiä äänieristykseen. Vieressämme oli vain yksi toinen huone, ja kuulimme oven paiskautumisen ja keskustelut seinän läpi, mutta kaikki menivät nukkumaan noin klo 22.00-23.00, joten nukuimme hyvin. Ja huoneessa on korvatulpat varmuuden vuoksi.

It’s a decent stay! Amenities one would expect and helpful staff. It’s loud when someone passes by the corridor or opens/closes the room. No soundproofing and sometimes the noise from the streets would be too much.

Ibis Nice-Center Notre-Dame really exceeded my expectations for an Ibis property. The daily breakfasts (while the items didn’t change much) had an adequate spread with very lovely cut fruit, pastries, excellent nuts and seeds selection with yogurt and an egg boiling station which you could make eggs as how you would like them. Their coffee and tea machines were excellent and they even had a cocktail hour with free pastries and bonbons in the late afternoon if you ever wanted a quick snack. The location was excellent. The hotel was on a perpendicular street to the Main Street with the tram line and shopping streets. Lots of eateries around and proximity to the train station meant we were able to go for day trips to Cannes and Monaco with very little hassle. The bathroom was very spacious and I loved that our room had 2 balconies - one in the main room and one opens in the bathroom which helped to keep it dry and not humid after a hot shower. View from our room looked into the next residential building but we didn’t mind that. I often sat on the balcony to enjoy my hot coffee in the cool mornings. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and look forward to retuning in the years to come.

The hostel was clean and neat, and the room size was quite good. However, my experience with the night female staff member was very disappointing. She was quite rude and clearly needs to improve her customer service skills. It also seemed like her English was limited, which made communication difficult. She did not provide any basic information about the hostel. I had to ask everything myself—whether there was a kitchen, gym facilities, room directions, and even which floor my room was on. This was honestly very strange and not what you expect when checking in. She also did not give any information about nearby attractions or places to visit. On the positive side, the morning staff member was much more helpful and guided me about buses and trains, which I appreciated. I would like to request hostel management to pay attention to staff training. Hostels and hotels are important tourist points, and guests spend their hard-earned money to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Staff behavior and guidance play a big role in that.

Great location in Nice Centre, with a major shopping mall with Carrefour, food and other shops just across the road. Also close to various eateries. There is paid underground parking just below the accomodation, which is secure. Also public parking around. We had a 2-bedroom apartment, the bath tub is big. Only given 2 Nespresso capsules for our 3 nights' stay, asked if we could have more but told only 2 provided as standard complimentary, so we bought our own (10 for €$0.90) in Carrefour which was not an issue. Apartment was adequate for our family, made home-cooked meals, it was spacious and felt good value for money. Pillows can be improved though as they were quite flat.

Mukava ja siisti hotelli lähellä rautatieasemaa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Suuri ja hiljainen huone parvekkeella, mukavat sängyt. Wifi oli nopea. Aamiainen oli melko ranskalainen - croissantteja, jogurttia, keitettyjä munia ja niin edelleen, kahvia ja mehua, yksinkertainen mutta maukas.

Fantastic Hotel with a Great Location and Excellent Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance. The sea, the city center, and excellent transport links are just a 15-20 minute walk away. If you’re up for a bit of travel, the nearby train station makes it incredibly easy to reach Monaco, Cannes, or other destinations. There are also plenty of local shops nearby where you can buy food and essentials. The service truly exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the staff were. The room was small—perhaps even tiny—but for a short stay of 3-4 nights, it was absolutely fine since I didn’t spend much time in the hotel anyway. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and even changed the towels every day, which was another pleasant surprise. One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the amazing breakfast. The variety was incredible—different kinds of cheese, appetizers, sweet and savory options, and fresh juices. The breakfast was top-level, and I honestly felt full for most of the day! Another great convenience was that after checking out, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel until the evening. Since we had a late flight, this was incredibly helpful—we were able to enjoy the city for the whole day and just pick up our bags before heading to the airport. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future. A huge thank you to the staff for their outstanding service!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay. From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were consistently helpful and maintained a cheerful demeanor, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Their assistance and pleasant attitude made navigating my stay and the local area much easier and more enjoyable. Despite my initial reservations, Best Western has managed to exceed my expectations and provided a genuinely pleasant stay. The combination of attentive service, useful amenities, and a welcoming environment has completely shifted my perspective on what a 3-star hotel can offer. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay, and I look forward to my next visit.

Kuvat eivät ole todellisia hotellihuoneita. Saavuimme hotellihuoneet olivat hyvin pieniä. Seinät eivät usko, että naapurin ihmiset kuulevat meidät helposti. Rakennustyöt ovat käynnissä aivan hotellin ulkopuolella, joka on hotellin tehon ulkopuolella. Ymmärrän, mutta ei ihanteellista, kun olet heikentynyt aamulla. Voit kirjaimellisesti kuulla veden huuhtelevan seinistä alas putkia pitkin. Oli järkevää, miksi se oli halpa. Siitä huolimatta wifi oli hyvä. Hotelli oli siisti. Työntekijät olivat erittäin avuliaita ja tervetulleita. Mutta en suosittelisi tätä hotellia toiseen oleskeluun. Mutta se ei ole myöskään pahin, jonka olen kohdannut. Yhteenvetona olin jokseenkin tyytyväinen siihen, että se teki tehtävänsä yleisesti ottaen 3,9/5 

The hotel is very conveniently close to the train station, it is quite easy to travel along the coast with the regional train. The hotel room is good and clean. There are many amenities such as kettle, coffee and tea. The bathroom is also as the similar size as the sleeping room, which is a plus as per other single room use in other hotels.
