🏨 Hotelli on erittäin mukava! Huone oli hyvän kokoinen ja sänky erittäin mukava! Hygienia on erittäin hyvä! ! Tärkeintä on, että se on hyvin lähellä rautatieasemaa, alle 10 minuutin päässä. Se on erittäin kätevä matkan kulkuasemana👍🏻 🔔 Vastaanoton kaverilla oli erittäin hyvä palveluasenne. Hän näytti meille reitin ja ympyröi sijainnin kartalla, jotta saisimme kertoa meille, kuinka mennä bussiin. Sinä päivänä sattui olemaan syntymäpäiväni ja kaveri toivotti minulle hyvää syntymäpäivää kirjautuessaan sisään. 🎂 Todella sydäntä lämmittävää❤️! Mutta oli yksi nainen, joka ei ollut kovin hyvä. Hänellä oli erittäin huono asenne ja hän luuli olevansa suuri menestys. Toivon, että hotelli voi antaa hänelle kritiikkiä! 🥐Hotellin aamiainen on myös erittäin hyvä! Luokkia on monia ja ne ovat erittäin rikkaita! Maistuu myös tuoreelta! Leipä on herkullista ja sopii hyvin tomaattien ja kinkun kanssa! Kokki oli myös erittäin innostunut kommunikoimaan kanssamme. Tuntui todella lämpimältä ❤️ 😂 Kuvia ei ole paljon. Selailin albumia ja yhtäkkiä halusin julkaista tämän. Suosittelen pysymään tässä!

Minulla oli pari päivää vapaana ja päätin nopeasti viettää ne Etelä-Ranskassa. En ole ollut siellä vuosiin, nyt on aika ottaa kiinni. Ja se oli ihanaa aikaa, hotelli sijaitsee aivan täydellisellä paikalla, vain minuuttien päässä rannoilta, ravintolasta ja tärkeimmistä ostoskaduista. Koska otin myös jonkin aikaa hypätäkseni Monte Carloon, Cannesiin ja Grasseen, kävi ilmi, että Gare de Ville, päärautatieasema, on myös vain 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Aivan mahtavaa, ei tarvita taksia, Uberia tai mitään, kaikki mahdollista kävellen. Hotellin huoneet eivät välttämättä ole uusinta muotia ja voi varmasti sanoa, että vähän käytetty, mutta no, tarvitsen vain hyvän ja puhtaan sängyn, ja se oli erittäin mukava hyvään yöuneen. Kylpyhuoneessa oli kaikki tarvittavat tarvikkeet, kuten hiustenkuivaaja, ja mikä tärkeintä, hyvä kuuma suihku. Tarpeetonta sanoa, että hotellin henkilökunta on ystävällistä, avulias ja hymyilee sinulle aina. Kiitos upeasta oleskelusta, ja yritän varmasti päästä sinne uudelleen, kun olen Nizzassa seuraavan kerran!

The staff (Noreen, Isa, Diame, Claudia, David and Charles) at Hotel Riviera Collection are very friendly and helpful. They take the time to provide extremely helpful travel tips in addition to their excellent service. Highly recommended.

Everything was marvellous especially spastian duty manager who solved our very late check in .Great location except some reception staff who were ignoring our welcome till Duty manager Spastian upgraded our stay thanks to the lovely team in restaurant ❤️❤️❤️great stay

We had a wonderful stay at Pam Hotel Nice, spending four amazing nights there in April. The hotel is in a perfect location — very close to the train station (ideal for exploring the beautiful nearby towns), the port, and Place Garibaldi, with plenty of great dining options around. It is also within easy walking distance to the Old Town and not far from the main shopping and tourist areas. We explored the city entirely on foot, and everything was easily accessible, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. Our room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable — exactly what we needed as a base for our trips around the area. We didn’t try the breakfast, as we preferred to visit local cafés, but for the purpose of a comfortable and restful stay, the hotel absolutely met and exceeded our expectations. A special compliment goes to the Bulgarian lady at the Front Office — she was very professional, kind, and helpful, making our experience even more pleasant. Overall, a great choice in Nice, and we would definitely recommend it!

Great hotel and location but not necessarily a 5 star service for reasons as follows: 1. It took 6 hours for our luggage to be taken to our room (it was only 2 rucksacks) which we would have happily carried up to our room ourselves but they insisted on check-in for us to leave for them to do. 2. The rudest restaurant hostess Valentine we have ever met in our many years of travelling and dining - when my husband asked to book a table for dinner, she failed to look up from her notepad and barked loudly and aggressively the words ‘WHAT?’ at him. 3. Restaurant clearly understaffed in the evening and being carried by a few superb waiting staff, namely Ken, whilst others swan around busy with little impact. Food was great and timely (once you could order it). 4. Tried to order a bottle of wine with dinner - Two of the four white wines on the menu were out of stock. Clearly some teething issues with this new hotel, understaffed and poor communication and training. A few excellent staff too. But seemed to lack any meaningful or visible leadership in key client facing areas, which the brigade seemed to need.

Hinta-laatusuhteeltaan paras hotelli aivan rannalla Ranta on 1 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kaupunkinäkymästä huolimatta. Aamiainen on keskimääräinen, mutta lähellä on monia hyviä ravintoloita, joten se on kunnossa Kuuluisa lounge on myös 3 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.

Valitsimme merinäköalahuoneen, mutta valitettavasti se oli toisessa kerroksessa. Kadun varrella olevat puut peittivät jonkin verran merinäköalaa, joten suosittelen valitsemaan huoneen ylemmästä kerroksesta. Huoneen varustelu oli hieman vanhanaikainen, mutta silti varsin täydellinen. Aamiaisen valikoima oli runsas, ja eteläranskalainen juusto oli herkullista – kaikkien pitäisi kokeilla sitä!

Fantastic Hotel with a Great Location and Excellent Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance. The sea, the city center, and excellent transport links are just a 15-20 minute walk away. If you’re up for a bit of travel, the nearby train station makes it incredibly easy to reach Monaco, Cannes, or other destinations. There are also plenty of local shops nearby where you can buy food and essentials. The service truly exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the staff were. The room was small—perhaps even tiny—but for a short stay of 3-4 nights, it was absolutely fine since I didn’t spend much time in the hotel anyway. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and even changed the towels every day, which was another pleasant surprise. One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the amazing breakfast. The variety was incredible—different kinds of cheese, appetizers, sweet and savory options, and fresh juices. The breakfast was top-level, and I honestly felt full for most of the day! Another great convenience was that after checking out, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel until the evening. Since we had a late flight, this was incredibly helpful—we were able to enjoy the city for the whole day and just pick up our bags before heading to the airport. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future. A huge thank you to the staff for their outstanding service!

After exiting the train station, it’s about a 10-minute walk to get there, and the location is very convenient. The staff are very friendly. I stayed for three nights and slept well, but I wasn’t very used to the three-tier bunk beds. Since I was on the top bunk, any movement below would cause it to shake.
