"Hotelli on ihan ok, mutta en voi sanoa, että haluaisin palata. Kuvassa se näyttää uudelta, mutta oikeassa elämässä se on jo kulunut. Seinät ovat mustat, liinavaatteissa on reikiä ja ne ovat likaisia. Sijainti on hyvä, kadulla, jossa on kahviloita, mutta tämä oli myös ongelma. Saapumispäivänä oli festivaali, joten oli mahdotonta nukkua. Kauhea äänieristys. Ja mielestäni hotellin pitäisi varoittaa suosikkitapahtumasta etukäteen, eikä vasta vastaanotossa seistessä. Huoneesta puuttuu jääkaappi. Aamiainen on normaali, mutta vaatimaton, tavaratila on kamala. Haluaisin lisätä vihanneksia. Vedenkeitintä ei ole."

"Close to a Tram Station and will take 20-30mins to the airport. It is far to the city center roughly about an hour. But it is the cheapest I could find for a decent solo room in Nice. Other Hotels are just too expensive. If you are on a budget, this is okay as you will take Trams to go anywhere anyway. It is also a good base if you’re planning to go to Cannes and Monaco fo a day trip. Room is small but with a queen sized bed. If you have large suitcase, you will have a hard time opening it as you cannot fully open your luggage. Breakfast costs €10.50. Basic food selection."

"Me and my partner got only a weekend staying. Staff is really lovely, very helpful with everything. But for me the problem was the room- too small and walls were really thin, we had a loud guests in the next room and we could hear everything, that was a bit annoying as we expected for more privacy. The shower was really good though, but there were no toilet fans in the room, so if you had a shower all the room would be humid or with some smell.
The breakfast menu was ok, the fruits salad wasn’t good, all the fruits very bitter, couldn’t eat anything. Jelly options were less then expected, but in general it offers different kind of breads and sweets boulangerie.
Location is great!"

"I stayed wonderful two nights there. A room with balcony is spacious enough for two people.
I would say the most extraordinary things about this hotel are the staff. Every staff member is very helpful and friendly. The first day I was offered early check in，and a lot of useful information about bus and train info，printing out the schedules finding the maps… The last day it was raining and hotel staff offered me umbrella，tell me I can rest in the lobby and use the restroom etc.
I enjoyed my stay and surely recommend it to everyone！"

"The hostel was clean and neat, and the room size was quite good.
However, my experience with the night female staff member was very disappointing. She was quite rude and clearly needs to improve her customer service skills. It also seemed like her English was limited, which made communication difficult.
She did not provide any basic information about the hostel. I had to ask everything myself—whether there was a kitchen, gym facilities, room directions, and even which floor my room was on. This was honestly very strange and not what you expect when checking in.
She also did not give any information about nearby attractions or places to visit.
On the positive side, the morning staff member was much more helpful and guided me about buses and trains, which I appreciated.
I would like to request hostel management to pay attention to staff training. Hostels and hotels are important tourist points, and guests spend their hard-earned money to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Staff behavior and guidance play a big role in that."

SSurajnThe location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations.
The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean.
The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies.
I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults.
There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes.
Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

1. It took 6 hours for our luggage to be taken to our room (it was only 2 rucksacks) which we would have happily carried up to our room ourselves but they insisted on check-in for us to leave for them to do.
2. The rudest restaurant hostess Valentine we have ever met in our many years of travelling and dining - when my husband asked to book a table for dinner, she failed to look up from her notepad and barked loudly and aggressively the words ‘WHAT?’ at him.
3. Restaurant clearly understaffed in the evening and being carried by a few superb waiting staff, namely Ken, whilst others swan around busy with little impact. Food was great and timely (once you could order it).
4. Tried to order a bottle of wine with dinner - Two of the four white wines on the menu were out of stock.
Clearly some teething issues with this new hotel, understaffed and poor communication and training. A few excellent staff too. But seemed to lack any meaningful or visible leadership in key client facing areas, which the brigade seemed to need.

The daily breakfasts (while the items didn’t change much) had an adequate spread with very lovely cut fruit, pastries, excellent nuts and seeds selection with yogurt and an egg boiling station which you could make eggs as how you would like them.
Their coffee and tea machines were excellent and they even had a cocktail hour with free pastries and bonbons in the late afternoon if you ever wanted a quick snack.
The location was excellent. The hotel was on a perpendicular street to the Main Street with the tram line and shopping streets. Lots of eateries around and proximity to the train station meant we were able to go for day trips to Cannes and Monaco with very little hassle.
The bathroom was very spacious and I loved that our room had 2 balconies - one in the main room and one opens in the bathroom which helped to keep it dry and not humid after a hot shower.
View from our room looked into the next residential building but we didn’t mind that. I often sat on the balcony to enjoy my hot coffee in the cool mornings.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property and look forward to retuning in the years to come.

AAnonyymi käyttäjäThe hotel location is strategic, just a 5-minute walk from Nice Saint-Augustin train station. The tram to the airport is free from Grand Arenas station, making transportation very convenient.
We booked a Mountain View Twin Room but were given a lower-quality room instead (please refer to the photo).
Additionally, we had to request a room change due to a serious bed issue—the mattress was split in half, which was quite shocking as they were still using a damaged mattress for guests.
To their credit, the front desk responded immediately and changed our room. However, the new room still did not meet our expectations. The bed quality was poor, too soft, and provided no proper back support.
Breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited options. The only hot food available was scrambled eggs and sausages, while everything else was cold. Coffee and juice were from a machine, which didn’t add much to the experience.
Overall, the stay was tolerable for the price, but definitely not worth it given the quality of the rooms, beds, and breakfast. Would not recommend unless you’re on a very tight budget.

HHuanqiu_mengxiangjiaValitsimme merinäköalahuoneen, mutta valitettavasti se oli toisessa kerroksessa. Kadun varrella olevat puut peittivät jonkin verran merinäköalaa, joten suosittelen valitsemaan huoneen ylemmästä kerroksesta. Huoneen varustelu oli hieman vanhanaikainen, mutta silti varsin täydellinen. Aamiaisen valikoima oli runsas, ja eteläranskalainen juusto oli herkullista – kaikkien pitäisi kokeilla sitä!

I was asking to pay deposit by cash so I can get it back when chacking out , but they insist to pay deposit by card. When we were checking out everything was fine, reception lady told me that my money will refund tomorrow. After eight days no one respond to e mails and money has gone, without explanations.

Kkj3228After exiting the train station, it’s about a 10-minute walk to get there, and the location is very convenient. The staff are very friendly. I stayed for three nights and slept well, but I wasn’t very used to the three-tier bunk beds. Since I was on the top bunk, any movement below would cause it to shake.
