Prime Residence in Katameya has truly become our go-to spot every time we visit Egypt. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short drive to central New Cairo attractions like Festival City Mall and other popular shopping areas. Its proximity to the access road to the North Coast and being only an hour away from Ain Sokhna makes it a great base for exploring beyond the city. The highway and bridge network also make trips to Downtown Cairo and Giza smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself is cosy, impeccably clean, and has a fresh, welcoming scent that adds to the overall comfort. Check-in and check-out are effortless, and the added perks like secure parking, gated community access, a clubhouse, and pools elevate the experience. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, accessibility, and peace of mind. Highly recommended!

The location is at city center nearby to Egyptian Museum. Plenty of amenities within 10 minutes walk. The famed Koshary Abu Tarek is within 6 minutes walk. The rooms are well maintained. There is a staff at the reception 24/7. Guests of all ages and nationalities can be accomodated. Suggestion for improvement: 1. The towels to be issued upon check-in and not upon request. 2. The lift need to be upgraded as I was ever caught inside when there is a power trip. And often the lift did not operate because the lift door was not closed properly. Understand that the lift is not manage by your hostel. Please request for it from the building owner as it is not acceptable. 3. Consider centralized air condition system. Anyone can turn off the air conditioner affecting others.

The front desk staff, Amr tried his best to give us an early check-in. I had booked the hotel very early and had requested for a high floor. We were given the 3rd floor (out of 6 floors) saying it was a high floor, it was the last, corner room, noisy at night with music till late at night from the park and also the door that was shared with the adjacent room was being rattled and woke us up. Instead of a huge double bed we got twin beds pushed together with a dent in the middle and separate duvets tucked under. The room was cold. No blanket, no bathrobe, no slippers, no toiletries other than soap and shampoo. We were forced to keep our luggage at reception for the porter to bring it to the room. This was delayed almost by half an hour, when we could have easily done it ourselves. The next day, the staff who cleaned the room, separated the beds again. She took away the dirty towels and didn’t replace them. The pillows the hotel provides are like huge square cushions. Breakfast had some variety and the chefs cook some tasty dishes. We chose this Accor hotel hoping to have a great anniversary experience, but instead it was ruined. The cost was very high and not worth it. On our last evening, we received 2 phone calls via the room phone interrupting our evening leisure. The calls were made about half hour apart and was from a female asking us if we enjoyed the breakfast. She said she was from housekeeping. We found this odd. We are very disappointed with this whole experience especially as I am an Accor member and for the price we paid. Our 28th wedding anniversary was ruined!

Yleensä suosittelen tätä paikkaa. Se on hyvin sijoitettu, se on uusi, huoneet ovat todella mukavia! Huoneet ovat hyvin varustettu, iso, mukava ja puhdas. Minun on mainittava, että henkilöstö on yleensä mukava, Zyad vastaanotto ja Mahmoud keittiöstä, joka palvelee aamiaista, esimerkiksi, ne ovat hyvin ystävällisiä ja ystävällisiä. Olen kiitollinen heidän huomionsa. Ainoa parannuspiste on uima-altaan puhtaus. For the price we paid for three rooms at over US$100 a night and considering it was a Hilton we were extremely disappointed in the rooms. The lobby looked promising, and the staff was very nice. However, the rooms looked borderline ******* and did not feel super clean. There were weird hallways and random rooms that we had to walk into before going into the hotel room itself well the staff was amazing. I cannot say that it is Hilton standard or quality and was extremely disappointed. Considering Hilton is a worldwide brand. 

Nous avons vraiment aimé l emplacement. Une rue animée avec plein de restaurants de qualités, de cafés à chicha,… à proximité de tous et au centre du Caire. Il faut savoir que la piscine de m hôtel est aussi celle d un club de natation donc occupé du matin au soir. C’est un détail à prendre en compte si on pense y trouver de la tranquillité. Il y a ce qu’ils appellent là grand hammam qui est plutôt un bassin entre piscine et pataugeoire. Cela a fait l affaire de notre côté afin de nous rafraîchir après une journée de visite sous la chaleur. Nous n avions pas le temps de flâner o bord de la piscine avec la quantité de choses à faire au Caire. Le petit dej est correct et bon. Je trouve le rapport qualité prix bien. Nous étions cités dans une chambre côté rue ce qui paraissait être un problème à cause du bruit et des Klaxons incessant c est une habitude local mais finalement Non nous avons très bien dormi. Nous sommes des couches tard entre minuit et 2h donc c était plus calme.

This hotel is located 5 minutes from the airport and is definitely one of the best mid-Price options in the area for a long layover or short stay. The location is NOT great if you want to see the pyramids or museums but great for being near the airport. The pool area is quite nice with a bar next to it and spaces to sunbathe. The restaurants are decent quality and the flavors are a 7/10. We got the Cesar salad, mixed grill plate, and shrimp soup! The shrimp soup was awesome and everything else was just OK! The wifi wasn’t strong unfortunately but if you sign up for the ALL benefits you can get faster wifi for free too. There is a convenience store and souvenir shops in case you forgot a gift for someone too.

Amazing stay at the Swiss Inn. Staff are beyond helpful. Pool is amazing. Room are clean and literally the best air conditioner in Egypt.
