The hotel is new + clean + modern and super close to the airport. And we love the breakfast! Small touches like a Xiaomi scale and ready-to-use adapters made it easy. I spend wonderful 4 days, Everything was amazing, and the staff were welcoming and very helpful specifically Mohammed and maddona in room service and all the guys in reception, and it was a great experience for me as a honeymoon.. The only thing that made me upset was the sounds of renovations work..other than that it was perfect

I would like to share my experience at Hilton Cairo Heliopolis was really wonderful and the staff was very polite and friendly and very cooperative specially Ahmed Zizo at the reception and other restaurants staff and room services was really too helpful

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, and the view from the window was exceptionally beautiful. Due to my busy business schedule, I couldn't experience all the facilities, but overall, the hotel was excellent.

For the price we paid for three rooms at over US$100 a night and considering it was a Hilton we were extremely disappointed in the rooms. The lobby looked promising, and the staff was very nice. However, the rooms looked borderline ******* and did not feel super clean. There were weird hallways and random rooms that we had to walk into before going into the hotel room itself well the staff was amazing. I cannot say that it is Hilton standard or quality and was extremely disappointed. Considering Hilton is a worldwide brand. 

Amazing stay at the Swiss Inn. Staff are beyond helpful. Pool is amazing. Room are clean and literally the best air conditioner in Egypt.
