The hotel is accessible via a covered bridge from Terminal 3, and a free shuttle bus runs between Terminals 2 and 3. The hotel also provides complimentary airport drop-off; since we departed from Terminal 2, this service was convenient. However, we had to wait around 30 minutes to check in at midnight.

Very beautiful hotel with wonderful location and so much details highly recommended for the people who looking for special location in Cairo and beautiful place

I caught the early flight to the airport. I had a few simple breakfasts and went to the lobby. After waiting for the arrival of the shuttle bus, I found that I accidentally left the passport bag and there was cash in the restaurant bag. After a while, the staff helped me deliver it very much. But later, when I got off the plane and exchanged money, I found that the cash inside must have lost the cash banknote of 250💶. The whole passport bag in Egypt was with me all the way. I lost almost ten minutes at this moment, and then unfortunately I had to end my trip to Egypt. I have left a message to the hotel to adjust the monitoring, but I don't know if there is any feedback and whether it can be found. At present, people have been to Tunisia to play, and the cash euros for the hotel are not enough！

We've enjoyed an excellent stay. Westin's team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, special thanks to Reem for her attentiveness, and extraordinary effort to arrange a birthday setup for our daughter. Planning to stay again and would highly recommend

I would like to share my experience at Hilton Cairo Heliopolis was really wonderful and the staff was very polite and friendly and very cooperative specially Ahmed Zizo at the reception and other restaurants staff and room services was really too helpful

It was a very nice and neat place, the service was Top Reception guy (Ahmad) arranged for us a nice decoration in the room

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, and the view from the window was exceptionally beautiful. Due to my busy business schedule, I couldn't experience all the facilities, but overall, the hotel was excellent.

I spend wonderful 4 days, Everything was amazing, and the staff were welcoming and very helpful specifically Mohammed and maddona in room service and all the guys in reception, and it was a great experience for me as a honeymoon.. The only thing that made me upset was the sounds of renovations work..other than that it was perfect

This hotel is located 5 minutes from the airport and is definitely one of the best mid-Price options in the area for a long layover or short stay. The location is NOT great if you want to see the pyramids or museums but great for being near the airport. The pool area is quite nice with a bar next to it and spaces to sunbathe. The restaurants are decent quality and the flavors are a 7/10. We got the Cesar salad, mixed grill plate, and shrimp soup! The shrimp soup was awesome and everything else was just OK! The wifi wasn’t strong unfortunately but if you sign up for the ALL benefits you can get faster wifi for free too. There is a convenience store and souvenir shops in case you forgot a gift for someone too.
