The St. Regis Cairo is a true testament to luxury and sophistication. The moment I stepped into the opulent lobby, I was greeted by a stunning display of modern design blended seamlessly with elements of Egyptian heritage. The attention to detail was impeccable, with intricate artwork, exquisite furnishings, and a magnificent chandelier that took my breath away. My room at the St. Regis Cairo was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance. The spacious layout, plush bedding, and tasteful decor created a tranquil ambiance that made me feel instantly relaxed. The hotel is accessible via a covered bridge from Terminal 3, and a free shuttle bus runs between Terminals 2 and 3. The hotel also provides complimentary airport drop-off; since we departed from Terminal 2, this service was convenient. However, we had to wait around 30 minutes to check in at midnight.

Very beautiful hotel with wonderful location and so much details highly recommended for the people who looking for special location in Cairo and beautiful place

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, and the view from the window was exceptionally beautiful. Due to my busy business schedule, I couldn't experience all the facilities, but overall, the hotel was excellent.

We've enjoyed an excellent stay. Westin's team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, special thanks to Reem for her attentiveness, and extraordinary effort to arrange a birthday setup for our daughter. Planning to stay again and would highly recommend

I would like to share my experience at Hilton Cairo Heliopolis was really wonderful and the staff was very polite and friendly and very cooperative specially Ahmed Zizo at the reception and other restaurants staff and room services was really too helpful

It was a very nice and neat place, the service was Top Reception guy (Ahmad) arranged for us a nice decoration in the room

I caught the early flight to the airport. I had a few simple breakfasts and went to the lobby. After waiting for the arrival of the shuttle bus, I found that I accidentally left the passport bag and there was cash in the restaurant bag. After a while, the staff helped me deliver it very much. But later, when I got off the plane and exchanged money, I found that the cash inside must have lost the cash banknote of 250💶. The whole passport bag in Egypt was with me all the way. I lost almost ten minutes at this moment, and then unfortunately I had to end my trip to Egypt. I have left a message to the hotel to adjust the monitoring, but I don't know if there is any feedback and whether it can be found. At present, people have been to Tunisia to play, and the cash euros for the hotel are not enough！
