"It is a normal hotel with the standard size of room in Japan (small) at a reasonable price at the time I stayed (Suzuka F1 + Hanami). The bed was not 1'50m as in the description of the room, it was 1'35m, although it iwa sclean, quiet and beds are comfortable, IMO. The room is cleaned once every three days, claiming they do for the environment. As I stayed 3 nights, I didn't get my room cleaned one single day. However, they give you a complete set of new towels everyday, whether you need them or not :/ ."

"Hotellissa on kätevät kulkuyhteydet. Se on hyvin lähellä Fushimi-aseman uloskäyntiä 10. Paluumatkalla voit kävellä vastapäätä olevaan hotelliin ja mennä bussilla suoraan lentokentälle. Huone on täysin varustettu. Aamiaisella on kolme kiinteää ateriaa, joista jokaisella on omat ansiot."

"I don’t mind the small space since I’m travelling alone, but the moment I entered the room, an irritating and unknown smell greeted me. I don’t know where it is coming from but the smell lasts until the day of my checkout. There’s also a few small strands of hair on the walls and floors of the comfort room. Some of the amenities, which are body soap and shampoo, smelled old. For some items, like the microwave, are only available in some floors and it’s kind of hassle on my part. But the staffs seemed friendly, and the receptionist knows how to speak english."

"Stayed our first night here. We were taken aback by the parking which we thought would be lot instead of an automatic garage. It's certainly a hassle to take your luggage and belongings out of the car before putting it in for storage. And when we want our car we have to wait for it as well. It is also paid parking flat rate from noon to noon. It is closest to the hotel though. There are lots of restaurants and conbinis nearby. Room is spacious enough to open our large luggage on the floor. Don't forget to turn on the switch in the fridge to turn it on. It is already plugged in but turned off."

"Pros: 1. Room and toilet is clean. Amenities is also provided but require to take from the lobby which I feel is good. 2. Located 5 mins walk from exit 3 of Metro Fushimi Station. There is also a bus stop along the way which can brings you to Sakae area and other spots. Otherwise, walking to Sakae area is doable as well. Additionally, along the way to hotel, will spot the scenic spot of Science Museum. 3. I had opted to walked to Osu Shotengai Street from hotel. As is autumn, the route along the way was great as will pass by a park with great scenery and people. 4. Lots of restaurants/eateries, convenience mart and drug store nearby. 5. Breakfast was provided and not bad for my taste even though almost the same everyday. There is a tea/coffee/water section where is provided for free. 6. Soundproof was actually good to my surprise. Cons: 1. Room is quite small. I had brought 2 medium and 1 small luggage but only manage to open half of the 2 medium luggages. Barely able to walk and nearly trip on the luggage. 2. The hotel lobby is located at level 2 and require to take the lift. Believe was due to Japan public holiday or is a holiday season, the hotel was quite packed during my stay. At night when back to hotel, there was long queue to take the lift despite having 2 lifts. 3. Same goes for breakfast area, if you are eating after 8am onwards, too pack and the seating place are too limited. 4. Nothing much on the view as I had gotten a room with no views and overseeing opposite rooms only. Overall, despite the small room size and others, actually I find this hotel to be nice to stay at. I definitely recommend to stay at this hotel despite there are only few minor cons."
