"The place is clean and near many eateries. There's an eatery that opens till 3am which serves good ramen. The only thing is that there is no lift. So if you are staying on rooms other than the ground floor and travel with heavy luggages, it will be quite a task."

"Fantastic location within walking distance of a well connected metro stop. Nagoya castle and Nagoya station also within walking distance. The unlimited soft drinks on the 11th floor is a really nice touch with great variety. Great amenities. I’ve stayed in capsule hotels in Berlin, Prague and Hong Kong before but this one in Nagoya is S tier. Highly recommend."

"The female dormitory is great we do have own privacy and all ladies are well behaved after 10pm will off the common area light and talk softly and toilet is super duper clean Will highly recommend solo travellers to stay here v budget constraints"

"The hotel is located in a really nice place, close to the Nagoya station and bus terminal, and also close to several large shopping malls and areas full of bars and restaurants. Check-in was quite straightforward, with guests being given an access card for their locker and elevator. The hotel's agents have a very decent English for Japanese standards. The two elevators are separated, with one exclusive for male guests to reach their exclusive floors and another one for female guests and their exclusive floors. The access card also locks and unlocks their locker, which is tall but also a bit narrow, but wasn't too much of an issue to store by backpack, bag and shoes. Guests are given sleepwear, slippers and towels, and the shared bathrooms are fully furnished with amenities. Common areas include the lounge in the highest floor and the café in the ground floor, well-decorated and quite coherent with the hotel's famous minimalistic and futuristic design language. The sleeping room has its signature look and offered decent space, even though not the largest capsule of its kind. There is one power outlet, a rotating light switch that allows the user to choose the light intensity, and two small compartments to hold glasses, phones or whatever. The pillow and blanket weren't my favourites but it's up to each person to decide. Like all capsule hotels, ventilation might be a problem so a fan or an AC outlet would be nice to have, but it's not a problem exclusive to 9h. In the end, it wasn't the best bed I've slept but I enjoyed the overall experience. The crew was nice, the hotel was organized and clean, the location was near everything I could need, and the price was also nice. I recommend this location for those who don't want to spend much in lodging and plan to spend most of the day outside and just want a place to rest for the night."

"Very nice hotel with many locals staying there. It’s got a nice onsen downstairs. Room was big and comfortable, highly recommended. Only downside is that you need a car to get there and to the city area. There’s nothing much around the hotel area"

"This hotel is very good location, it's beside of Osu market, a 4-minute walk to Kamimazsu Station. It's very convenient location, full of shopping places, and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and warmly welcomed by the reception staff. The capsule in each room is good security by the digital lock door 🚪, I can stay here with nice sleep. There are vending machine in front of hostel, it's all convenient."

"Hotel is very close to Railway/ Subway tracks , u can hear the cargo trains going all day all night . No way u can open the balcony window and sleep. Room is good with every inch put to use as Japanese style. Near by Subway is convenient for traveling. Hotel staff did not keep our luggage after we checked out and we had to travel to Nagoya Palace carrying out luggage bags . Usually hotels allow you to leave your luggage for few hours after u checked out. That caused us to leave the city as soon as we could."
