Location is good. If you prefer central town against quiet woods. Atmosphere or ambience is awesome though the hotel is in city it's interior is soothing and relaxing. Rooms we booked zen room the one we got was spacious and comfortable all details adhered too except a few which can be overlooked but need to be highlighted so shoddy staff do not spoil management name see below areas of improvement. Value we were over charge due to last minute booking Cleanliness was awesome, considering getting clean rooms is considered a luxury in the country . Ideally clean rooms should be default.. Noise level not so good the room we got was in high traffic area and could hear people/staffspeaking outside inside the room so guess the reverse.... Amenities was good above average, bathroom fittings top notch but what use is a high end hardware without software or a ferrari withoht petrol why do i say again pls check areas of improvement for honest review for staff Areas of improvement Staff i from north east on night shift was a liar, he thinks people who come as guest in there are fools . There was no hot water at night when we arrived at 0800pm after a days sight seeing this is why I say what good I your bathroom fitting if there is no hot water as good as ferrari without fuel. Add to that staff is a liar saying geyser is put on and the temperature is slowly increasing giving same bill shot whole 1 to 2 hours and we nd kids had to have cold shower in 17c weather.i suppose he was told to lie by day shift or senior person Body soap was empty vial in bathroom. Cupboard hanger rod missing . All in all guess the overpriced cost I paid for last minute booking was not worth

I stayed at this property during my visit to Ooty for a period of 3 days. 1. The service and behaviour of all the staffs were excellent and they were all very kind. 2. The food is the best part. The chef Mr. Manoranjan customised every dish we ordered according to our taste. HE DESERVES A HIKE AND AN APPLAUSE 👏 3. The location is decent just 4 km away from city centre (Charring Cross) If I’m visiting Ooty again no doubt that this will be my choice

We booked a stay with three rooms. While two of the rooms were satisfactory, one room fell short of expectations. The room was not clean or properly maintained. There were cracks on the walls, with peeling paint in some areas. Additionally, the floor appeared dirty due to a prior leakage from the toilet, even though there is no active leakage at the moment. The overall condition of the room needs improvement to match the standards of the others.

The location of the hotel was good, not too far away from the city. The rooms were clean and tidy with a beautiful view from the balcony. The receptionist is helpful and will be at your service anytime. Overall a 10/10.

The resort room was so spacious. Hot water facility was top notch. Full was delicious and hotly served. From the room we can see toy train view its a nice experience. Balcony mountain view is excellent. Nice stay. Friendly staff.

A decent hotel nearby ooty lake. We stayed at triple deluxe, the third bed was sofa cum bed, although not so comfortable, easily 3 adults can stay with that in place. Restrooms were clean. No food available.

Good service, room is fine, near to railway station and bus stand, proper arrangement for tours. Wifi is available. At main bazar
