Clean and and convenient place to stay, it is located at a quiet and safe side street just few minutes walk from the terracotta warriors museum. Owners don't speak much English yet, although they are trying to learn (maybe next year they will know!). For now, simple communication using phone translation (voice and typing) is convenient. Hosts are friendly, they are husband and wife and the place is their home renovated. Feels like a homestay (with privacy as rooms are ensuite). They will provide breakfast. For lunch and dinner (paid separately but well priced) they can cook to order spicy or non spicy (your choice of food, again, order using Google translate). Taste of food is homey and tasty. Especially relaxing for stay the night just before a next morning visit to terracotta warriors museum, and return for lunch and unwinding before moving on to next part of journey. In case not rushed in time and staying for more than one night, may I suggest going to one of the Lintong District Onsens (15min by taxi), feel the history and relax by dipping in the same onsen source as Yang Guifei at Huaqing Pools - clean and have lots of outdoor pools, dry rock sauna, and rest areas, felt like having an onsen day in Japan. Can easily spend a whole day (we spent 6hrs and still wanted to spend more). Can ask owners for recommendation. We first stayed last year October when looking for accommodation near the terracotta warrior museum, booked to come back this year to relax and visit the less visited spots, hopefully next year we want to return. My son already misses the friendly cat nextdoors. Highly recommended.

I don't know whether it's just me but my hotel and Bnb choices hahaha it's sooo amazing! Okay so for this place, first I want to say thank you to the receptionist for handling everything in a great job! Despite they can't really speak in English,they help me a lot with the help of weixin! They even help me to take my parcel (which is a huge luggage that I ordered from taobao😭) 1.Location + It's soooooooooo nearby to everything! (LITERALLY WALKABLE TO EVERYTHING) Like the malls just besides it,the place that young people hangout also nearby,the Xian historical areas also nearby! and yes the place to pickup your parcel is just Infront of the place😭😭😭! It's soooooo convenient + Train stations is just 5 minutes walking! Bruh it's soooo amazing! + Food? Don't even say anything! Just besides the place have all kinds of food that you need! For me as a Muslims also! It's really nice! 2. The room + Oh god should I say more? The pictures explains everything! It's sooooo pretty and neat! The cleanliness is everything! I love that we had 2 huge bed for both of us hahaha and the toilet also had an led lights for us to apply makeup + I love that the ayi always ask us for anything that we need (eventhough we had to buy our own towels as we are not that comfortable to use the disposable towels, but it's our own problems not the place okay!) as they provide us with tons of things to make it easier for us!! 3. Service + Oh god they are sooooooo helpful, so one time I ask whether they have like a self laundry area,and they said I can sent the washing machine to your room (at that point I was sooo shoketh cause I thought the translations have some kind of problems hahaha,but it's not! ) they literally sent me the washing machine and even help me to install it 😭 + The cleaning ayi is sooooo helpfull! Love her sweetness and kindness despite our broken mandarin hahaha Okay so yeah this place have a really nice room! Just one thing, it's nearby food stalls and shops so it can be a little bit loud during the night,but yeah just put your earplugs on and sleep,it's going to be fine!

This hotel is minutes walking distance from Xian terracotta warriors. It is cheap and cheerful. The owners were exceptionally kind to us. They drove us to the theatre as the times had changed and we would have missed the show and wouldn’t not take any money of us for the loft. They also arranged a taxi for us the next day as we were having difficulties getting one without WeChat. I can’t recommend this inn enough! Please stay here if you’re visiting the terracotta warriors and experience the kindness and warmth of Chinese people. To the owners thank you soo much for your kindness and lasting memories 💗

This accommodation is really great. If I come back to Xi’an again, I’ll definitely stay here. The staff are very sweet—although they were sick, they still made a sincere effort to explain everything to me in detail. And of course, they can speak English. Getting here is easy; it’s near Tiyuchang Station, Exit D, and also close to many tourist attractions. The common areas are very charming—every corner is beautifully decorated, and everything is thoughtfully arranged. The bathroom might have a slight odor, but someone comes to clean it every morning. Most of the people I met were Chinese; I haven’t seen any foreigners yet, but everyone was very kind and willing to help. 这家住宿真的非常好，如果我再来西安，一定还会选择这里。工作人员非常可爱，尽管他们生病了，但还是很认真地向我解释各种细节。当然，他们也能说英语。 交通很方便，靠近体育场地铁站D口，也离很多旅游景点很近。公共区域特别温馨，处处都很可爱，每一件物品都布置得很用心。 卫生间可能有一点异味，但每天早上都会有人来打扫。我遇到的大多数是中国人，还没见到外国游客，但每个人都非常友好，也愿意提供帮助

Vastaanoton nainen, joka käyttää laseja, oli erittäin mukava ja auttoi minua lähettämään tavarani takaisin. Huone oli erittäin puhdas ja siivottiin joka päivä. Viimeisenä päivänä kirjauduin ulos hieman myöhässä ja soitin vastaanottoon kysyäkseni. Hän sanoi, ettei ole syytä huoleen ja minulle annettiin matkamuisto uloskirjautumisen jälkeen. Kirjanmerkki, se on erittäin kätevä matkustaa. Kaupungin muuri ja kello- ja rumputorni ovat hyvin lähellä. Se on kävelykadulla ja se on ei meluisa ollenkaan yöllä. The wonderful service started even before we booked the hotel. We got their wechat contact from Trip.com and enquired 1,001 questions. Mostly unrelated to the hotel), but all our queries were patiently and clearly answered. We decided to book the hotel due to its wonderful location. A day before we are scheduled to arrive, we were given the exact location (best if use A-map) and clear instructions on how to get to the hotel & our room. As our flight landed after midnight at Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, the Silver Shop will be closed & we have to use the back door. As pampered city dwellers, the place will look a bit worn out & run-down. However, their impeccable service & warm hospitality covers whatever flaws there might be. For example, it is really cold in January. The air conditioner wasn't enough for us. They gave us an extra portable one. We went to Huashan for three days, leaving the room empty. The lady boss ensured us the room will be safe to leave our things & wished us a safe journey. She took note of when we were supposed to be back in Xi'an, even when she herself was in the flight back to her own hometown. During our almost two weeks stay there, one day my husband fell ill and we had to stay in. I had trouble trying to order food online. The lady boss got her manager to come to our room and order food for us. Even though the manager can't speak English, he managed to help us. The lady boss is very fluent in English. Be it in text messaging or conversing. We find that a relief because usually we get lost in translation due to us not being able to speak or read Mandarin. We can understand bits and pieces, but we are not able to fully understand it. We were in Xi'an in Jan 2025. We were back again in Jan 2026. We plan to be back again in Jan 2027. If there is a vacancy, we want to stay here again. It snowed this year & we had fun playing with snow on the terrace. The location is wonderful. In the heart of Muslim Quarters. 2 minutes walk to Great Mosque, 10 minutes walk to Drum Tower. Between me and my husband, the feeling is mutual. We recommend this place. No matter how run down. The location, the service, the washing machine on 6th floor with a wonderful sunset view, the terrace, the big drafty room. All these things makes us feel heavy leaving Xi'an.

我們是五個大老爺們入住，住得非常舒服，這個就是在小區裏的民宿，裝修很好，周圍安靜，設施齊全，地暖很暖和，開着窗户都不冷，新風空調啥的都沒毛病，小區管理很嚴，周圍就是萬達和兩條小吃街！吃的應有盡有，不過在房間吃太舒服了，有兩天晚上我們都故意打包回來吃的，吃完打麻將打撲克…都不想出去玩了；周圍交通很方便，走幾步就是地鐵站；有兩間卧室是一個小套房，一間帶獨衞，還有兩間用一個衞生間，三個衞生間確實足夠用了總之，大平層住着真舒服啊

We arrived at 6 pm and the room was not ready. They explained they offered late check out and that’s why it wasn’t cleaned yet,. However, they offer us a late check too and took our luggage to the room when it was ready while we had dinner and explored the city. They give you a code to enter the room. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family (2 Adults + 2 Kids). It had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!!! The toilets were modern. It had a kitchen that we didn’t use. It also had a washing machine with a place to dry the clothes! This really save us! The location was great, right in the city’s heart. We arrived at Xian north and it has a direct metro line 2 (27 min). You also have the Muslim quarter from 1 metro station stop. I would definitely recommend it and would have liked to stay longer.

I love this place. Near to all access and most importantly easy to find foods there. We enjoyed staying there. Recommended for all travellers. Keep up the good work

Unsatisfied. These are rooms in an apartment, not a hotel. To check-in, you need to reach to the room 10823 on the 8th floor, in which staff live. Each unit is divided into 3 small rooms with 1 old-and-dirty shared bathroom. The room I got was not clean with dust on the floor and stains on the wall. It showed in the app the rooms are non-smoking, but I can smell cigarette smoke all over the place and all night long and cannot even sleep. One good thing is the location which is proximity to metro, train, coach stations and some restaurants.
