My stay at El Nido Resorts Lagen Island was nothing short of extraordinary. The staff's warmth and genuine hospitality were exceptional; they always wore smiles and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. From assisting with ferry bookings to surprising me on my birthday with a beautifully decorated bed and a delightful cake, their thoughtfulness was truly heartwarming. Special thanks to Carell, Jojo, Harnie, John, and Arvin for their outstanding support. The resort's happy vibe upon arrival sets the tone, and you leave with a smile, longing for more. The complimentary tours, seamlessly integrated into the package, were made exceptional by the supportive guides, creating a private and well-timed experience. Opting for the overwater bungalow was a unique and enchanting experience, adding to the paradise that is El Nido Lagen Island. The buffet-style meals offered three times a day were a culinary delight. I wholeheartedly recommend El Nido Resorts Lagen Island for an unforgettable and highly recommended getaway. We enjoyed the experience overall. We could hear the waves from our tent when falling asleep and the beach is gorgeous. Air conditioning worked well in the tent. The gym is fantastic and there is also a pool with bar area available for the glamping guests. Having a shared bathroom was not as annoying as we expected, as only 3 tents share bathroom, but some showers never seemed to have hot water. Also the bathrooms could be upgraded as some seemed unfinished (ceiling / walls / locks). It would be nice to have clean mugs and coffee / tea refills available everyday.

My husband and I celebrated our second year anniversary at Cauayan. We considered other resorts but we have definitely made the right choice. The island is just breathtaking! We were greeted with a warm welcome by the hotel staff and were escorted to our beautiful villa. My husband arranged a private tour of El Nido islands, where we ended up visiting about 7 spots with our guide even acting as our photographer (he took fantastic photos and videos too). In terms of food, the buffet breakfast offered a wide array of food selection. For lunch / dinner, we enjoyed all that we ordered (though some are really very spicy, so take note). The bar staff can concoct amazing drinks as per your mood & whim. I particularly enjoyed the spa and wished I booked a much longer massage. Our stay at the island became so much more meaningful when we witnessed hawksbill sea turtles being released to the ocean….As amazing as all these are, the best part of our stay in Cauayan is the friendly and customer focused staff. They prioritize the customers’ needs, always have a smile on their faces and have just made our stay in El Nido a memorable one. Thank you Cauayan and we will surely return for another amazing experience at your island!

We had an amazing stay at Lihim Resort and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The accommodation was excellent – very comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. The food at the restaurant was outstanding every time, fresh and delicious, and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. A special mention goes to Nicky, who was always incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel truly at home. The butlers were also amazing – professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, Lihim Resort exceeded our expectations, and we were extremely satisfied with both the service and the atmosphere. We would gladly come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay.

Located just north of the main town and boat departure beach. Complimentary 24-hour tuktuk service, but walking only takes 15 minutes or so. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and A/C worked well. Bed and pillows were a little firm, but reasonably comfortable. Included breakfast is good. Resort is divided into 3 parts. Cadlao 1, 2, and 3. 1 is at the entrance, 2 is next, and 3 is the farthest away (but still only a few minutes walk). 3 is also the most secluded, which might make it a little quieter. J Benito tour agency is directly across from the entrance, if you want to schedule tours.

We stayed only one night, but have been warmly welcomed. Nice and clean hotel, although it was terrible weather (storm) there was no issue (flooding or leakage), the room was comfortable, with good size and arrangement. Breakfast can be taken with a very nice view on the beach (careful, it’s not the best beach of the area). Team welcomed us warmly, there are restaurants (TAAS worth it) all around which makes a good location overall (trip in tricycle to the town is always funny).

From the moment we left the port, our Matinloc experience already felt special. The boat ride was smooth, and the boatmen immediately assisted us with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Jam from FO/Reservations, who gave us a friendly tour and clear briefing. Even before the trip, Reservations Manager Ms. Jeannette had already been very responsive to my emails, making the planning stress-free. Our VIP villa, perched on a cliff, offered an astounding view that raised the standard of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the generous souvenirs and hygiene kits provided. The staff were consistently attentive and polite special thanks to FO Supervisor Ms. Jhona and their Korean General Manager for adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highlights of our stay included the refreshing fresh fruit shakes, fun water activities, the amazing walking path lined with century-old trees, and of course, the delicious food (their pizza was a standout). The WiFi was surprisingly fast..even powered by Starlink at the port. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of staff recommending where to get beers in town since they don’t sell alcohol on-site. Matinloc truly combines paradise-like views with genuine hospitality. Maraming salamat to the whole team for making this my best El Nido stay so far.. I would gladly return a hundred times over.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und ruhig. Das Zimmer bietet genügend Platz, ca. 25m2. Eine schreckliche ”Aussicht” vom Fenster an eine Wand vom Waschraum/ Personalraum ist einfach nur schlimm. Das Badezimmer ist leider extrem klein und bietet keine Ablagefläche für ein Necessaire oder Waschutensilien. Es befindet sich ein sauberer und schöner Pool auf dem Dach. Von dort aus hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Das Frühstück ist dem hohen Preis der Zimmer keinesfalls angemessen. Es hat praktisch keine Früchteauswahl, die ”Säfte” sind ein Chemie-Mist und kaum geniessbar. Kein Joghurt, kein Käse, kein frisch gemahlener Kaffee (welchen man erwarten dürfte bei diesen Preisen), kein Bratspeck, kein richtiges Brot nur den üblichen Toast-Quatsch.

Отель просто шикарный. Идеальный вид из номера, особенно приятно было завтракать с видом на пляж. В номере чисто, вкусно пахло белье. Очень приветливый персонал. Пляж почти пустой в минуте ходьбы. Идеальное место для уединения.
