Excellent Business Stay at Sofitel Opera – Impeccable Service and Top-Notch Facilities I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sofitel Opera during a business trip, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the hotel’s service and facilities. From the moment I arrived, the team made sure everything was seamless, which is exactly what I needed for a stress-free business trip. Facilities: The hotel itself offers everything a business traveler could need. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable work desk, fast Wi-Fi, and ample power outlets—perfect for getting work done in between meetings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to rest well and recharge for the next day.

One of the best hotels in our travel history! Nice location near several metro and train stations (you could catch a train to Versailles from the station, also could go directly to the city center, tour Eiffel, Musée d’Orsay and other locations via metro) The hotel itself is very clean, modern and well-equipped. Stuff was very nice and polite (they even offered us 2 bottles of water for our way to the airport, so so sweet!). We also liked the breakfast, there are were plenty of diary, non-diary, vegetarian and meat-containing options, some really good pastry options. Drinks were standard: tea, coffee, juices (we didn’t try) and water The room is so far the best of all we had in Paris (this is our 3rd visit). Stylish and comfortable, enough space for two people, well-equipped bathroom with all necessary facilities. Also there was a tea station and coffee machine. And, of course, the view!!! Simply the best!

A great hotel in a great location and service. The one thing that kind of annoyed us, was the size of the room and the bathroom. Although we booked the bigger room but it was so mini. I can't imagine how the real mini room looks like. Also the cups for coffee were too big and didn't even fit in the machine. Everything else was perfect.

We loved our stay here. Location was superb for seeing all the main sites. The hotel was clean, quiet and refined. Staff were friendly and more than happy to assist. We chose not to pre-book breakfast here as there were many beautiful cafes nearby to walk to each morning. Loved our small suite. It was very small but we were only really sleeping there so it didn’t matter. Would 100% stay here again,

Huone ihan ok, palvelu kaipaa parannusta. Sijainti on hyvä ja huone itsessään kelvollinen. Makuuhuone on hieman pieni, mutta kylpyhuone on melko tilava, joten kokonaiskoko saattaa olla suurempi kuin monissa muissa Pariisin huoneissa. Vedenpaine oli kuitenkin epätasainen, ja lämmin ja kylmä vesi vaihtuivat arvaamattomasti, mikä oli turhauttavaa. Palvelu oli vaihtelevaa. Kun kirjauduimme sisään noin klo 22, yöhenkilökunta oli erinomaista – kohteliasta, huomaavaista ja avuliasta, vaikka hotelli oli täynnä seuraavana päivänä. Päivävastaanottovirkailija oli kuitenkin aivan päinvastainen. Kysyin huonevarauskäytännöistä, ja hänen asenteensa vaikutti kärsimättömältä ja välinpitämättömältä, melkein kuin olisin häirinnyt häntä. Vaikka ymmärrän kulttuurierot ja sen, että englanninkielinen kommunikointi voi joskus tuntua tylyltä, hänen käytöksensä oli tarpeettoman töykeää ja epäammattimaista. Tilanne paheni, kun he ilmoittivat minulle, että huone oli saatavilla, mutta korkeampaan hintaan. Sen sijaan, että he olisivat kohteliaasti selittäneet, vastaanottovirkailija huusi minulle kovaan ääneen (istuin hissin lähellä) äänensävyllä, joka tuntui tylyltä ja kylmältä. Tässä vaiheessa päätin, ettei se ollut sen arvoista. Vaihdoin toiseen lähellä olevaan hotelliin samalla huonehinnalla. Ero oli kuin yö ja päivä: parempi sijainti, mukavampi huone ja moitteeton palvelu. Vaikka jouduin maksamaan tuntuvan sakon peruakseni jäljellä olevat varaukseni tässä hotellissa, se oli sen arvoista, jotta vältyin niin huonolta palvelulta. Kun menin takaisin noutamaan matkatavaroitani hotellin vaihdon jälkeen, he eivät edes kuitanneet minua tai yrittäneet kommunikoida kanssani. Tästä huolimatta sanoin silti ”kiitos”, mutta he jättivät minut täysin huomiotta. Tässä vaiheessa olin helpottunut, että olin tehnyt päätöksen muuttaa. Heidän veloittamaansa hintaan nähden palvelu ja kokemus täällä eivät yksinkertaisesti ole vertailukelpoisia. En suosittele sitä.

Erinomainen paikka yöpyä. Yövyin mikrohuoneessa, joka oli suunniteltu yksin matkustaville, ja mikro se olikin! Mutta se oli erittäin siisti, sisustettu ripauksella fantasiaa ja vaikka se oli pieni, siinä oli kaikki mitä voisi kuvitella. Henkilökunta, jonka kanssa olin tekemisissä, oli aina ystävällistä, kohteliasta ja vastaanottavaista. Sijainti on lähellä rautatieasemaa ja sen metro- ja RER-linjoja. Kaiken kaikkiaan pieni, mutta erinomainen pieni hotelli yöpyä. En epäröisi palata tähän paikkaan.

Really like this Hotel, the service is great, staffs are so kind and warm and helpful during our 5 nights staying. The room is small but cute, only thing is the roof is a bit low cause we are on the 1st floor. Location is so convenient which accelerates our visiting in Paris!

衞生 位置 和設施都很好 但是唯一不滿意的是定的最貴的房型 就是為了靠街邊的陽台拍照好看 結果被安排到最轉角的內側的房間 和前台説明情況但卻告知説 以為check in晚來所以靠窗邊的房間都被安排完了 可是很荒謬的是 我和我朋友11點就在前台放行李 那時候酒店説不可以辦理入住要等到三點 看了網路上都推薦這家 因為陽台好看 總之蠻失望的 早餐 還行吧 中規中矩 感覺四星酒店可以做的很好

位置很好，在大使館區附近，安全性不錯，走幾百米就是西班牙廣場，一路往下可以把所有景點都逛一圈。樓下有米其林西西里風味餐廳，推薦。服務特別熱情。住的內庭陽台房，抽雪茄很方便，早上不吵，晚上樓下酒吧有點吵。
