I’m someone that loves to explore luxury boutique hotels and to indulge in every character and detail the property wishes to present to its guests. Hotel Florida has done an impeccable job from very attentive and helpful pre travel communications, check-in, to check-out. Everyone I met at the property made me want to smile and praise such a good day. Big applaud to keep such consistency on the concept and design quality. The bedding / fabric is so so comfy. I would certainly love to come back for the same room or experience a different suite!

We loved our stay here. Location was superb for seeing all the main sites. The hotel was clean, quiet and refined. Staff were friendly and more than happy to assist. We chose not to pre-book breakfast here as there were many beautiful cafes nearby to walk to each morning. Loved our small suite. It was very small but we were only really sleeping there so it didn’t matter. Would 100% stay here again,

Erinomainen paikka yöpyä. Yövyin mikrohuoneessa, joka oli suunniteltu yksin matkustaville, ja mikro se olikin! Mutta se oli erittäin siisti, sisustettu ripauksella fantasiaa ja vaikka se oli pieni, siinä oli kaikki mitä voisi kuvitella. Henkilökunta, jonka kanssa olin tekemisissä, oli aina ystävällistä, kohteliasta ja vastaanottavaista. Sijainti on lähellä rautatieasemaa ja sen metro- ja RER-linjoja. Kaiken kaikkiaan pieni, mutta erinomainen pieni hotelli yöpyä. En epäröisi palata tähän paikkaan.

Really like this Hotel, the service is great, staffs are so kind and warm and helpful during our 5 nights staying. The room is small but cute, only thing is the roof is a bit low cause we are on the 1st floor. Location is so convenient which accelerates our visiting in Paris!

Erittäin pieni huone, suihku oli mukava ja vesi oli lämmin ja työskentelee hyvin, tv ei monia kanavia, mutta todella pieni huone! As a first time guest of this brand and someone unfamiliar with this particular area of Paris, I documented my stay with an entirely objective perspective, and it turned out to exceed expectations. Facilities: The hotel is brand new, and while there was a faint hint of paint smell in the room (likely due to recent renovations), the overall facilities are thoughtfully designed with a youthful, practical, and distinctive style. My base room was around 20 square meters—already significantly larger than other Parisian accommodations in the same price range. According to the website, the hotel also offers family friendly options with kitchens, loft style rooms, and more. The complimentary bedtime tea was excellent a well known French brand also sold at Lafayette ,perfect for unwinding at night. The coffee provided wasn’t quite to my taste, but it was still decent. The basement level (B1) features a laundry room, entertainment area, gym, co-working space, and meeting rooms, all uniquely designed. Notably, there’s a shared kitchen fully equipped for guests to cook their own meals ,a fantastic amenity! Service: It’s clear that the hotel’s opening team is still in training, and while some staff members appeared slightly inexperienced, their dedication was evident. Every request I made was promptly addressed. One employee, Helana, stood out-when she noticed I seemed unsure in the laundry room one evening, she proactively approached me, asked if everything was alright, and offered a solution. The next day, I observed her energetically assisting other colleagues. When I complimented her, she humbly replied that she genuinely enjoys helping others and even shared useful insights about the hotel’s facilities. Another front desk lady (whose name I regrettably forgot) was consistently warm and smiling, resolving my queries with kindness and even granting me a late checkout. Outstanding service like this truly minimizes travel hassles and adds delightful surprises to the journey. Impressed by LYF’s service, I decided to extend my stay by five more nights for a deeper experience. Safety & Transportation: Some had warned that this district might not be the safest, but my stay proved otherwise. The area is well connected, just a five-minute walk to the metro and feels like a residential neighborhood with an artistic vibe. One night, I returned to the hotel at 3 AM via night bus and walked back without issue, as the streets were still lively with people chatting or on dates. The area is both tranquil and culturally vibrant. Dining: Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants are within easy walking distance, making dining options convenient. Booking Recommendation: Ideal for travelers seeking an ”authentic local living” experience, young families, or digital nomads. The base room offers great value, while longer stays may warrant upgrading to a kitchen equipped unit. Final Thoughts: Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Considering its location, price, safety, facilities, and service, it stands out as the best I’ve experienced in Paris. While not the most luxurious, it’s undoubtedly a unique space that lets you feel the pulse of the city. My stay was so enjoyable that I’ve decided to book another five nights after returning from Nice. I’ll share an update after my second stay!

The hotel is quite good, have water machine outside the room, complimentary sparkling water, and offers a stunning view of Eiffel Tower from the rooftop.

This so-called five-star hotel may enjoy a prime location next to the Eiffel Tower, but the reality is deeply disappointing for the price they charge. The central issue, and one that ruins the entire stay, is the ancient air-conditioning system. It can only produce either heating or cooling—not both—and the creaky controls offer no real control at all. We stayed in late September when the afternoons were still hot and sunny, and the room became unbearable. Opening the window wasn’t an option either, since it just brought in street noise and light, making rest impossible. When I complained, the staff first tried to mislead me by saying they would send a technician to “fix” it, as if this were a problem isolated to my room. Of course, they knew full well this is a general, long-standing issue built into the system. Instead of any actual solution, they then attempted to placate me with complimentary coffee and champagne—which I pointedly returned. Reading other reviews confirmed I was not alone. Many guests describe the exact same problem, and management appears content to ignore it. For a hotel that charges luxury rates and claims five-star status, the lack of a modern climate system is unacceptable and feels like outright negligence. My advice: avoid this hotel entirely in spring or autumn when temperatures fluctuate. If comfort matters at all to you, spend your money elsewhere—this place is only trading on its view of the Eiffel Tower, nothing more.

衞生 位置 和設施都很好 但是唯一不滿意的是定的最貴的房型 就是為了靠街邊的陽台拍照好看 結果被安排到最轉角的內側的房間 和前台説明情況但卻告知説 以為check in晚來所以靠窗邊的房間都被安排完了 可是很荒謬的是 我和我朋友11點就在前台放行李 那時候酒店説不可以辦理入住要等到三點 看了網路上都推薦這家 因為陽台好看 總之蠻失望的 早餐 還行吧 中規中矩 感覺四星酒店可以做的很好

Very horrible hotel for black female travellers. I stayed at the Originals with my friend for 3 nights, then another 2 nights. We pre-booked and paid for the 3 nights in FULL before arrival. Upon arrival, we were charged a deposit of €150 Euros which was explained to be a security deposit to be returned after checkout.I had no issues with that and focused on exploring Paris. There was a day my room wasn’t cleaned and I complained to a mixed lady at the hotel reception politely to inform the cleaner and she condescendingly looked at me and blurted “I’m not the cleaner”. I never asked her to be one, I only informed her so she can tell the cleaners to make a stop at my room and refill the shower gel, replace soap and toilet paper. The day I checked out, I missed my flight due to the Paris traffic and had to reschedule my flight to the next available date which was in 48 hours which meant I needs to stay in Paris for another 2 nights. I headed back to the hotel. I don’t know why but our cards refused to work despite being funded. We had some Euros cash left in cash and paid for one extra night. The next day, we asked to extend but our cards wouldn’t work. We informed them that we needed to get some sleep but would try an ATM or go to a BDC to change some Dollars. In between, the cleaner came to the room and yanked off our key card cutting off the light supply, we were barraged with calls from the reception threatening that security was going to escort us out of the room. It’s wild because most of their staff is black and yet they treated us like ****. We saw how white guests were treated and black guests and the difference was clear. Maybe they had an assumption and became discriminatory towards us. Note that 4 nights out of 5 was already paid in FULL and they had a security deposit of over 200 Euros with them. We had to abandon everything and rush to an ATM to withdraw more cash💰 to pay for the final day. Let’s not get into the fact that one of their staff ******* almost tried to be ****** with me. I got into the elevator to go and get water at the restaurant on the 8th floor, he kept looking at my boobs and made suggestive comments about wanting to spend the night with me. He also insisted on a hug. I cried from the experience of that hotel and very horrified. As a travel content creator, I will document my experience with videos when I’m back home and share YouTube videos. If you’re a Nigerian or black woman, please avoid THE ORIGINALS. I was excited to be here but it turned into a nightmare. As a business owner myself and CEO of 3 thriving companies, I saw some many lapses in their customer service. The entire place needs a staff overhaul.
