杭州灣御海君瀾我和家人已經是常客了，真的是愛了，這次過節我是網上訂得房間和家人過去玩的，這酒店很多細節令我難忘，比如服務人員的熱情，過節高峯還能做到周全照顧，我要了一個加被都是提前給我放進去的，我的雙床還幫我換成大床等等細節都做得無可挑剔，所以我又續住了一晚，總之一個字：好！下次我和家人還會再來的

What a wonderful way to spend my birthday. 🤩❤️ I was mesmerized as soon I stepped out my taxi. ❤️💕 this was a perfect weekend trip. They decorated my room for birthday, my room was amazing. Loved the tea room, caught up on some reading there. Hot springs facility is fantastic,perfect for winter. Breakfast 10/10 Thank you to Xiao Zhao and all the other staff members, you are genuinely kind and friendly.

I’ve stayed in the Grand Pacific a few times over the years. Great service (though wanting to carry my laptop bag is over the top), excellent breakfast (Chinese and western), the pool is good, the gym okay but equipment dated. Best hotel in Yuyao for foreign visitors if you can’t speak any Chinese.

Face-to-face staff are excellent with English speaking guests. Over the phone speaking English at night it’s impossible to order in-room dining or even communicate to have dishes collected. Food takes up to 45 minutes to arrive and is cold and in poor condition. Ordered an Angus burger - cold wedges and the bun was hard and cracked (perhaps left under heat lamp for too long); very poor value for money. Even buffet breakfasts are a little rough around the edges. On day 1 there was honey. On day 2 there was no will in the restaurant to supply honey or even check with the kitchen. Again, all staff (including janitors and handymen) are usually amazing and helpful. The team went out of their way to make my child feel welcome with free toys and activity packs.

The ‘hot spring’ was an highlight, the bike ride ( yeah, electric for 24 hours) from next door bike hire, awesome. We had so much fun, could park the electric bikes without any hassle at the hotel bike park. Due to heavy rain we called the bike shop who agreed to pick them up by car the following day, without us having to take the back by ourselves. And the hotel was very helpful to leave them behind. Everyone , without fail, has been trained in customer service - it’s noticed! A wave and hello, always given whoever you pass. Yes, I would stay here happily again in the future! Ernst New Zealand

The hotel is great and definitely recommended for visiting. The staff are friendly and helpful (especially many thanks to Leo), the location is convenient, and nature is absolutely fantastic. Either you choose to soak in the hot spring or walk around, it will be worth it. Nearby the hotel, I’d recommend to climb up to the Shangyun Temple, the views along the way are very beautiful.

This luxurious sanctuary, transformed from an ancient Jiangnan water village, seamlessly blends traditional architectural elegance with modern sophistication. Upon arrival, May, the Front Office Manager, greeted us with a warm smile that instantly melted away our travel fatigue. With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations. The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance. May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell. Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth. For family with small children, this hotel is very recommended. Amazing service from english speaking staffs, a lot of activities for children to play, indoor & outdoor playground, carousels, gokart, mini excavators, indoor & outdoor swimming pools, five star breakfast with lot of varieties Chinese & Western style, spacious room and many more. They provide everything we need. Perfect for staycation

I have stayed at this hotel at least 20 times over the past two years.  I have always been happy with the cleanliness of the room and the cleaning staff. They have always been very polite, friendly and very helpful. Sadly, on my last visit, I left an avocado out on the bench inside the room., I left the room for no more than two hours, and on my arrival I found that either a rat or a mouse had half eaten my avocado. I took a couple of pictures of the avocado with obvious bite marks from it and showed the front desk people. There was no apology made or any kind of reimbursement at all for this obvious health risk.  needless to say I will not be staying here again.
