"What a fantastic boutique hotel so glad I stayed here! I found the hotel exactly like the pictures and even had a beautiful fragrance throughout on arrival to reception and in my room . My room was beautifully decorated and very clean and new. All the staff were friendly and attentive and anything I asked for was accommodated. The view from the rooftop made ypu feel like you were in the heart of rhe pyramids and I preferred this location to the front line pyramid hotels. I would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely return,it felt like a real luxury sanctuary in the middle of busy Giza just what we wanted from our stay"

"Very close with giza gate entrance for eygptian, thanx allah, tourist police let us pass the gate to enter immediately. The hotel a little bit noise but easy acces to buy food. Very friendly n helpful staff from 🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾 ♥️"

"I had a great stay at Turquoise Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum View Hotel. The location is excellent, very close to the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for solo travelers!"

"В общем всё понравилось, но есть нюансы. Мы купили 2 ночи, но планировали вторую ночь не ночевать, а вечером ехать в аэропорт. При вечернем заезде парень на ресепшене позвал ещё несколько человек. Их стало 5 человек. И они нам сообщили, что в отеле мест нет. Есть в отеле, который ниже этажом, но вид не совсем на пирамиды. Мы начали немного ругаться, что будем жить одну ночь и нам нужен хороший вид. Подобные отзывы я много читала в других отелях. Но в этом отеле таких отзывов не видела. По итогу заселили на одну ночь в другой отель ниже этажей с хорошим видом на пирамиды. В качестве извинений подарили целый торт! Спасибо. На следующий день, когда мы приехали вечером после экскурсии, нас заселили в купленный номер. Побыли в нем часа 2, нам сделали украшения ко дню Рождения. В целом ситуация немного испортила настроение, но общее впечатление нормально. Пожили в разных номерах, все ок"

"I stayed here for one night and was truly impressed by the service, especially from a staff member named Osama. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to help us. When we struggled to book an Uber because drivers were demanding extra charges, Osama stepped in, arranged one for us at a fair price, and even prepaid without asking for immediate reimbursement—he simply told us to repay whenever convenient. Since we had an early morning schedule and needed breakfast before the official serving time, Osama kindly prepared and wrapped breakfast for us so we could take it along at 6–7am. This thoughtful gesture made our day much easier. Later, when it was time to head to the airport, we faced the same issue with Uber drivers asking for inflated fares (up to 1500 EGP). Once again, Osama helped us secure a ride at the lowest possible price. His kindness and dedication truly exceeded our expectations. Although I wasn’t able to transfer him a tip due to technical reasons, he absolutely deserved it. Overall, the hotel is good, but the staff—especially Osama—made the experience exceptional."

"The staffs are the best. Best service and very friendly. They helped me from picking me up from the airport and dropping me off at the hotel in Sars and also stopped at the Giza Plateau so I can take more pictures. Radwan and the staffs are amazing!!!! I will be back someday. Thank you."

"酒店前台小姐姐很可愛，拉着行李領我們去房間的叔叔很盡責，額外給我們介紹哪裡好玩、哪裡買紀念品便宜，還説有個地方別去，東西很貴😂一開始以為要給小費，沒想到叔叔頭也不回瀟灑地走了，絕對認真且友好。 門口在修路，往裡走一小段即可。警惕酒店周圍的黑車，儘量先在房間裏打完車再下樓，不然黑車司機會一直騷擾你。 酒店一樓有電腦供遊客使用，我們用這個電腦在火車訂票網站上成功訂票，網速也不錯。"

"Room and toilet is clean. Breakfast buffet is limited. Housekeeping very prompt. Front desk admin friendly. Room view facing pyramids. The only downside is the air conditioning made funny noise and traffic is noisy too because of its location. Beside hotel there’s a mini mart and a vape shop.  A bit upset paid $55USD for airport transfer but the car couldn’t fit us"
