"I stayed here for one night and was truly impressed by the service, especially from a staff member named Osama. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to help us. When we struggled to book an Uber because drivers were demanding extra charges, Osama stepped in, arranged one for us at a fair price, and even prepaid without asking for immediate reimbursement—he simply told us to repay whenever convenient. Since we had an early morning schedule and needed breakfast before the official serving time, Osama kindly prepared and wrapped breakfast for us so we could take it along at 6–7am. This thoughtful gesture made our day much easier. Later, when it was time to head to the airport, we faced the same issue with Uber drivers asking for inflated fares (up to 1500 EGP). Once again, Osama helped us secure a ride at the lowest possible price. His kindness and dedication truly exceeded our expectations. Although I wasn’t able to transfer him a tip due to technical reasons, he absolutely deserved it. Overall, the hotel is good, but the staff—especially Osama—made the experience exceptional."

"Уже второй раз здесь останавливаюсь. Хорошее сочетание цены и качества. Есть много мелких недочетов,но в целом нормально. Есть массажное кресло. На 4ом этаже есть сауна и джакузи ,там же стоит несколько тренажёров. Все это входит в стоимость бронирования .Всем этим воспользовался. Правда вода нагревалась 3 часа. Завтрак всегда хороший,если мало гостей и в Рамадан,то готовят завтрак ограниченно ,если много гостей,то шведский стол. Это как попадёте."

"Great stay! As soon as we entered the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the owner and welcomed with some yogurt and congee a satisfying treat after a long flight. The hotel has the feel of an Airbnb or homestay, as it is located in an apartment building. The location is excellent, with an ATM, cafes, and a supermarket all on the same street. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service and hospitality. The staff are genuinely kind and helpful, giving us a sense of safety which is especially comforting in a city like Cairo, where you're often approached by people trying to sell you something. Their team goes above and beyond, even accompanying guests to buy fresh fruits if needed. The owner, Ismail, speaks Arabic, Chinese, and English fluently. As a former tour guide, he offered great recommendations for things to do around Egypt which was especially helpful for us since we didn’t have a strict itinerary. He also helped us navigate Cairo, including how to get to the pyramids and how to use inDrive for ride-hailing, essential information we wouldn't have known otherwise. As a Singaporean, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone from the region, given its affordability and exceptional service. The pyramid view alone makes it worth staying here!"

"Останавливалась в отеле на 1 ночь, чтобы посмотреть пирамиды. Меня принял доброжелательный персонал, улучшил мне условия проживания (дали с личном туалетом и душем). Красивый вид из окна на пирамиды. Завтрак был простым, но вкусным. В отеле можно поменять доллары на местные фунты. Всё понравилось. Рекомендую"
