"房間設施設備齊全，空間很大，唯一的問題就是房間設定二樓是睡覺的地方樓空調製熱不夠，二樓反而好一點，房間有一點點味道，不過性價比很高，就不要自行車了。我選的這家酒店距離朱家尖碼頭打車需要7-8分鐘，距離5-6公里，如果大家需要住碼頭不打車更近一點。就可以選擇條件好一點的酒店🏨，附近超市什麼更方便，步行即達。"

"I had a wonderful stay at Banxia Banyin Hotel near Wugongshi Wharf and Guanyin Fajie. The location is excellent -- just a short walk from the pier and within easy reach of the main attractions on Putuo Mountain, such as Puji Temple and the scenic Guanyin statue. It's very convenient for both sightseeing and dining, with plenty of local vegetarian restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is peaceful and beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with a calm, Zen-like atmosphere. The rooms are clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, offering a relaxing space after a long day exploring. The staff were polite and attentive, always ready to assist with directions or local recommendations. Check in and check out were smooth and efficient. Overall, it is great value for its location and comfort."

"Location is not too far from the ferry terminal and airport. Lots of shopping options nearby and wide choice of cuisine to choose from. Breakfast was very good"

"The best hotel we have stayed in China! We got upgraded to an executive room which was really spacious. Even though the convenient store is not nearby, we managed to order a delivery from Watsons. The Reception desk is really helpful, knowing that a foreigner doesn’t have a local number to finalise the delivery order, the receptionist kindly lend me her number and received the delivery. She even sent my item up to my room! Dinner was great too! We had crab, hotpot, sushi and more at the buffet place. Eating great food while listening to the live jazz band, totally the right feel for Christmas! Will stay in a Sheraton again!"

"We love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced."

"The room is big but very dark. My parents couldn’t find light switch at first. All the decorations are in black so I would not recommend for anyone who loves bright room. Other than that, the room is comfortable. Breakfast has wide local selection, only that the only staff there greeted every guest with angry face every day. (We were there 2 nights). She refused to refill sugar for coffee saying sugar was out. Sure. Front staffs were willing to help. Laundry is free but the laundry room is not so clean. The water leaked out from under the washing machine."

"和朋友一起出來旅遊，第一次來舟山鵜鶘酒店，整體體驗超預期，房間寬敞明亮，衞生做得很到位，設施齊全，服務人員態度友好，管家明明有需求響應及時。周邊也交通方便，環境安靜（靠近機場晚上有飛機飛過的聲音，但是還好 工作人員也已經提前提醒），住得很舒心，玩的也很多， 管家明明提前將遊玩訊息發給我們，可以照着時間表玩，海洋雨林兩天無限次進出 體驗感很好， 表演活動也很豐富， 浴場 免費提供泳圈 也有專門的工作人員看護，是一次非常滿意的住宿體驗。 但是提個小小的建議 早餐真的不太好吃 希望可以改善"

"老公在返程的路上説：以後到舟山衹住君瀾，鎖死~~ 初此來普陀山遊玩，挑選了很多酒店，從島上到碼頭到市區，最終君瀾的服務和風格吸引了我們，果然沒有選錯，旅行中的幸福感和體驗拉滿！ 首先，給我的管家小姐姐妮莎一個大大的贊，出發前一天貼心的預約好了接機的酒店商務車，以至於我們不用在大雨中手足無措~ 辦理入住時，小姐姐告訴我們已經升級好了房型，有陽台帶浴缸，窗外是水庫，風景很好噢😊~ 熱情服務，貼心且暖心~ 再説酒店的風格，客房很禪意，空間開闊，衞生打掃的很乾凈，軟性的茶具，半水的陶缽，一片楠香享受難得靜謐的午後~ 因大雨不好外出，卻意外收貨了參觀酒店的普陀仟觀音展廳的機會，300多尊材質不同形態各異的觀音菩薩造像，集全國各工藝美術大師的匠心製作，非常震撼（佛像沒有拍照，有緣人可以去參觀） 最後不得不提，臨行的當晚，前台三位小哥哥給了我們滿滿的感動。本來約好了19:30的送機服務，便和老公放心的出去吃大餐了，突然接到前台電話説平時去機場12分鐘的路程此刻地圖顯示需要50分鐘，建議我們提前出發~ 匆匆打包了剩下的飯便着急往回趕，一路上小哥哥們也在關注我們的位置，隨時和我們進行溝通。終於到酒店了，結果酒店商務車也被堵在機場路上😂，小哥哥立刻去停車場開了私家車送我們，一路上，開足了火力準時平安奔到了機場！！有驚無險！不得不説，三個人有電話溝通的，有幫取行李開門，有幫開車接送，忙中有序、分工明確，讓緊急事件處理的效率最大化，真的是太厲害了，這份敬業精神讓我敬佩~ 以前更多是出差住酒店，雖然也是五星，但都沒什麼太多的記憶，這回感受很真切，服務貼心/周到，真的是把客人的需求和感受放在了最先，超讚！！"
