"A lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Our room was large, spacious, and beautifully styled with modern décor. We especially appreciated the kitchenette (including a dishwasher) and the two balconies, which made the stay feel even more comfortable and airy. In terms of cleanliness, I’d rate it around 4/5. While the room was generally clean, some items are starting to look dated — for example, rust on the stainless steel racks. There were also a few maintenance issues, such as a fridge that wasn’t working properly and a chunk of plaster missing from one corner. With a bit of TLC and some updates, this hotel could easily move from good to fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent 10-15mins to the centre — trams are just a 2-minute walk away, and there’s a supermarket directly opposite the tram stop where you can also purchase a Myki travel card, making it very convenient to get around. Overall, a spacious and comfortable stay in a well-connected area, with just a few areas that could use some attention."

"This is the best apartment I have ever lived in. Apart from the amazing view, they have all the necessities for you, including milk, drinking water, wine, bath towels, oil, salt, knives and forks and all kinds of cooking tools. They also have a washing machine. I'll check in again future"

"This is my 4th times staying at this hotel. This time I got room 2207 for 4 nights and continue with 1206 for 10 nights. 2207 has a very nice view. I got the sunrise view on my first morning. I love staying in this hotel because it’s very near to my son’s apartment, walking distance to Crown Casino area, and near to the tram stop. Very convenient. The front desk staff also very friendly and helpful. The only inconsistent thing is the cleaning service. Sometimes they forgot to replace the bathroom mat, forgot to clean the bathroom floor, forgot to throw away the garbage and forgot to refill the tea and coffee. I got one hot chocolate drink that already expired."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location and room were very good. Hand soap was only provided in one of the 3 bathrooms so we had to qdk for extra soap. Staff took over 10 .ins to locate key to BBQ which was frustrating. Overall a good place and location to stay."

"The car park is challenging to access, it took me awhile to get the lift door opened and to get in, really need to align the car properly. The room itself is comfortable, with great views of crown tower. The pots are not cleaned well though. The washer and dryer comes in handy. Good place to stay on the whole."

"Nice modern hotel Disappointed with the customer service The checkin experience was robotic, unfriendly and did not show any interest, care or effort to deliver a welcome. The hotel itself is very nice, quality finishes and large rooms. The property has a dedicated service elevator however the housemaids use the guest elevator for transit between floors without any smile, hello or care towards guests. It's also obvious the damage to guest elevator from cleaning carts. Great views, It's a shame this beautiful property is let down by poor customer service and poor management oversight."

"Location is very good because it is just next to a stop on the free tram system. There are shops and supermarkets nearby and some restaurants. You can also easily walk to the CBD, river and Southern Cross Station. It is relatively large and has plenty of amenities. The only negative was that the soft chairs are covered in highly visible greasy food and drinks stains. They should either use a faux leather or something or throws that can be washed. Also there seemed to be a huge excess of bedding which got tangled and uncomfortable. A simple duvet, sheet and two pillows would be better in my opinion. But otherwise, all good!"
