"Varasin yhteensä 4 huonetta, pyysin huoneet samasta kerroksesta, mutta sain ne kerroksista 1, 3, 4, 5. Huoneet eivät vastaa varauksessa käytettyjä kuvia. Joidenkin kylpyhuoneiden puhtautta pitäisi parantaa. Joissakin huoneissa wc-istuin on pienempi kuin wc-istuimen reuna. Joissakin huoneissa on likaiset wc-astiat. Tienvarsi huone Siksi kuulin autojen ja äänitorvien äänen, joka on luultavasti yleisin ääni täällä hotelleissa. Kuulin myös melun yöpyessäni Tulip-hotellissa. Mutta valitettavasti sinä yönä, jolloin yöpyin siellä, suuri joukko korealaisia turisteja piti keskiyöllä kovaa ääntä kadulla. Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla lähellä yömarkkinoita. Palveluhenkilöstö täyttää yleiset standardit Huoneen kylpyhuoneessa on vain yksi roskakori Huoneessa pitäisi olla mukavuuden vuoksi toinen roskakori. Kylpyhuoneen kuivilla ja märillä alueilla lattiapinta-alalla ei ole juuri mitään eroa. Kostuta koko huone suihkun jälkeen. Huonejärjestely on hankala vieraille. Toisella puolella on peilipöytä ja toisella puolella peili. Ei ole pyyhkeitä, vain kasvopyyhkeet. Kaiken kaikkiaan huone on melko hyvä. Mutta sinun pitäisi käyttää oikeita kuvia huoneesta. Vaikka huoneita on monenlaisia, Ja pienten mukavuuksien lisääminen olisi hienoa."

"Overall service was good. The staffs are very helpful and easy to communicate with as they are fluent with english. However would really appreciate if got freezer to store my ice gel pack. As an expressed breastmilk mother like me, we need ice pack to travel on road. Already chose only hotel with refrigerator during screening to book the hotel. Turns out only got chiller. Otherwise, for muslim this hotel is convenient as it is walking distance to two halal resto and as well as night market."

"Nice little getaway place from busy Dalat went fishing by the lake! Also good food spots nearby."

"We booked 2 rooms, one for 2 pax and 1 for 3 pax. The hotel has room for 3 people and very spacious, exactly what we needed. The staffs were friendly, helpful and professional. The location is very convenient to travel around and good for car pick up and drop off. It's also near the Dalat market and Xuan Huong Lake with few steps away. Nice breakfast. We can book airport transfer, tour, and spa at the hotel too. Recommended!"

"Before confirming this hotel we checked with staff from Sandles Camellia if the rooms in Flora were air-conditioned which they said yes however rooms WITHOUT window only had aircon while those with window come with only FAN. We were trying hard to find the aircon controls but silly us took too long, more than 15mins, to report that there was no aircon resulted us in having to keep the room. Flora could have admitted their misinformation n changed the room inspite of us taking a little longer to report it. If they were gracious enough to change the room for us this feedback would have been so very different. However I must say that the location is marvellous since the entrance of the hotel is right at the Dalat night market! So convenient!"

"New Boutique Hotel on a quaint corner 5 floors in total. V clean room & bathroom. Mattress is relatively hard. Request for a topper. There is a coffee machine in the room with also free bottled water, G7 coffee and tea. I didn’t try so I cannot comment on them. I like the breakfast buffet and dessert provided in the room. the 2-4pm tea is just hot tea and some pastries. Can skip as you can get better ones at cafe. Service by Ciang at Front Office was prompt and helpful in locating shops for me. A special mention is that the Front desk is at G level which is more like a basement and bringing your luggage down is difficult. However Ciang helped me to carry. Location is far from Dalat Night Mkt or GO supermarket on foot. However, Grab saves the day and is very wallet friendly for the 7-8 min drive. I will still be back!"

"Excellent hotel. Clean, professional and staff helpful. I would rate excellent but there were a few items - these are minor. Recommend.  One special mention: When I checked out the lady who attended was outstanding. She handled everything so efficiently and I just appreciated it."

"I recently stayed at MerPerle and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean, nicely designed, and new and well-maintained. However, one downside was the noise level. My room faced the road, and it was quite noisy. The sliding door to the balcony didn’t provide much soundproofing, which made it difficult to sleep at times. If you're planning to stay here, I recommend staying a room that doesn't face the main road."
