"Rooms are really small but!!! For the price you pay, it's really worth it. Shin-imamiya station just right across the road, it's super convenient. There's a konbini just right downstairs too. The rooms aren't much to scream about, but they provide a good rest. Toilets are small, but expected of Japan. It was a good experience nevertheless given the superb location. Front desk staff are friendly and spoke relatively good English, providing us with directions and good recommendations on places to eat in the vicinity. Osaka tower is just a short walk away! They've even got a luggage weighing scale at the lobby for you to weigh in the bags before heading to the airport."

"This boutique hotel stands out amongst the older architecture in the vicinity. A nice boutique hotel with well maintained facilities. Room was big and spacious, with four huge beds for family of four. Quaintly designed, with a homely feeling. Location is fairly good, although off the grid of downtown Osaka, but fairly easy to get to by way of Metro, with nearest station just a 3 min walk away. Service is impeccable, rooms made up every two days with refresh of towels, water and toothbrushes daily. Very comfortable stay."

"Just finished my stay here and honestly, I really recommend this hotel! The location is super convenient — the Kitahama station is literally just one traffic light away, so getting to Namba, Shin-Osaka, or anywhere else is very easy. The area is a quiet district, so you can actually sleep well at night (no noisy crowds). Plus, there are convenience stores everywhere — Lawson, FamilyMart and 7-Eleven all within 3 minutes’ walk. One thing I really appreciated is that the hotel has laundry machines and dryers. This is very important when travelling, especially in colder or wetter seasons. The room size is also surprisingly big, not like those micro-sized hotel rooms in Japan. Everything was clean, comfortable and well thought out. They also have a coffee machine that makes really nice hot chocolate haha. Only downside is that there are only two lifts, so sometimes need to wait a bit. Overall still a great stay. I’ll definitely come back again!"

"Value and Booking: We secured an excellent promotional rate by booking approximately one month in advance, making this our most cost-effective accommodation in Japan. The average daily cost was approximately $100 AUD (or $65 USD), representing superb value for money. Accommodation (Standard Double Room Non-Smoking): Space Constraint - The room size is extremely compact. Guests traveling with two large suitcases will find the floor space severely limited, which can impede movement and even obstruct the bathroom door access. Bathroom Configuration - The unitized bathroom/toilet is notably small, reminiscent of an airplane lavatory configuration. While clean, this is a unique space constraint that future guests should be aware of. Cleanliness and Maintenance - The room was clean and well-maintained overall. However, we did observe minor signs of wear, specifically light mildew/molding on the window seals and in some room corners, which could be addressed. Pest Control - We were relieved to find no evidence of bed bugs during our stay, despite hearing general reports of issues in other cities in Japan (like Osaka). Service and Guest Experience: The hotel service was outstanding. We were traveling with a two-year-old child and requested an early check-in to accommodate a mid-day nap. The hotel staff were highly accommodating and facilitated an early entry, which significantly improved our experience and is greatly appreciated. Target Audience Note: As the name suggests, the hotel seems to cater primarily to business travelers over leisure guests, which may influence certain expectations regarding room functionality versus amenities."

"It was just a very comfortable stay in Japan! I traveled with my daughter and she said, she liked this apartment more than hotels, as it was really like home! Everything was clean. We also used a washing machine. Extra “thank” for this! The only thing is that it was cool in the bathroom and in the toilet. So, we had to swing the door so that the warm air from the room got into the bathroom and into the toilet. A bit uncomfortable, but OK. I can recommend this hotel."

Minun piti noutaa tavarani aulasta. Palvelu oli pettymys. Näkymä oli mukava."
