What a surprise that Hotel Nikko Osaka is kind of 5 stars services to us . A welcome warmth anniversary chocolate gift box on the table when we walk into the room. The room might look tiny but not really I can tell that. They have smart design on the long couch sofa with ample space below , thus we can open up luggage and put under the couch sofa . So smart and Neat design! Overall service is 5 stars like . They have plenty of counter with fluent English speaking staffs . No worries for foreign who can't speak Japanese. Highly Recommend to purchase room with breakfast along . They have provide both Japanese style and Western mix Japanese style buffet at different level . We have tried both restaurants for the different breakfast days . Overall Experience is superb ! Last but not least , we managed to purchase way bus ticket from Hotel to Osaka Kansai Terminal Airport that limo bus services by the Hotel Nikko !!! So convenience for us once again !!!

This hotel is really nice with its natural hot spring and free flow drinks available from vending machines. Location is not too bad, near train station and bus stops.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Osaka. The service at the front desk was excellent. I would like to especially thank Ms. Noto for her kind and patient assistance in helping me find the best way to the airport. I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Osaka!

Hyvä hotelli kylpylässä keskimääräisillä palveluilla.  Huone oli puhdas, puhdas ja tuntui uudelta.  Mutta henkilökunta ei tunne englantia, ei edes puhu Mandariinia. Käyttää kääntäjä huono äänen syöttö oli hankala ja joskus se tulkitsi vääriä merkityksiä. Huonepalvelua, jos menee, ei tarjota uudelleen tuona päivänä. Lisäksi oli monia kylpyhuoneen vierailijoita vain makaamassa kylpyhuoneen lattialla.  Miesten kylpyhuoneen osia rakennettiin ja yhtenä yönä ei ollut 40 astetta Celsius tai korkeampi uima-allas, koska ne kaikki oli puhdistamassa samaan aikaan. Paikallinen kylpyhuone oli hyvin liukuinen, lähinnä siksi, että monet vierailijat eivät suutneet pestä itseään hyvin kun käyttivät ilmastointilaitetta. Aamiainen buffet on hyvä ruokavalio ja ympäristö, mutta en pidä ruoanlaittoista munista, jotka olivat kovin maukasta.

Hotelli sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla, vaikkakin 5–7 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, aivan kolmen metroaseman vieressä. Yritimme jopa kävellä kuuluisalta Namban kaupunginosasta, mikä oli varsin miellyttävää. Hotelli itsessään tarjoaa erinomaisen aamiaisen, jota suosittelen lämpimästi. Huoneet ovat siistejä ja täysin varusteltuja. Onsen on ehdottomasti vierailun arvoinen, mutta se on enemmänkin yksityinen vetäytymispaikka, josta puuttuvat avoimet tilat ja vehreys. Baari on hieman tylsä, mutta mukava, että sellainen on. Aulan lähellä on perinteinen kokoustila, jossa on ilmaista vettä ja kahvia sekä pöytiä saatavilla. Kaiken kaikkiaan hotelli ja henkilökunta olivat positiivisia.
