"I was really impressed on my first visit. I stayed here for three days, and the room was huge with two levels—upstairs was a living area, and downstairs was the bedroom.
There was a balcony with a really beautiful view. Even though our room didn’t have a washing machine, the hotel actually provided one for us to use for free.
And it was super convenient to order food here. The staff were really excellent—they gave great recommendations and helped with everything.
I really loved it and would definitely recommend that if you come to Zhoushan, you should stay here."

"I had a wonderful stay at Banxia Banyin Hotel near Wugongshi Wharf and Guanyin Fajie. The location is excellent -- just a short walk from the pier and within easy reach of the main attractions on Putuo Mountain, such as Puji Temple and the scenic Guanyin statue.
It's very convenient for both sightseeing and dining, with plenty of local vegetarian restaurants nearby.
The hotel itself is peaceful and beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with a calm, Zen-like atmosphere. The rooms are clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, offering a relaxing space after a long day exploring.
The staff were polite and attentive, always ready to assist with directions or local recommendations. Check in and check out were smooth and efficient.
Overall, it is great value for its location and comfort."

"Our experience at Angsana Zhoushan has been extremely positive: facilities are new, hotel is spotless and moreover it is dog friendly! The food is also fresh and tasty.
We especially appreciated the front desk team, who were consistently helpful and accommodating with all our requests. We would also like to thank the gentleman at the entrance—always kind, attentive, and ready to take us around in the hotel’s shuttle cart. Very clean.and mini bar was inclusive, and replenished daily, coffee only 2 capsules could do with more.
Breakfast was good (very busy but mid-autumn Festival period so.expected), wide variety of both Chinese & European food.
Negative points for a supposedly 5 star hotel, there is no food ordering room services, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, & late night snacks.
You can order local takeaways and delivery to hotel lobby.
No hotel car services available, even when requested 1-2 days in advance, had to use local Didi services."

In the hotel they advertise, you have a free sauna pass, but the sauna is not operational :-)
Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay here for one whole week."

"Absolutely fabulous location, great room, view with deck ( We choose balcony seas views). All double glacéd! The spa facilities in and out are world class 5 star! Service is courteous, we stayed 3 nights. At the spa outdoor area a lady called Ruan Yueer who looked after guest, very cheerful and customer orientated. So was the lady inside the main Spa.
Overall fantastic experience!

RRares MAn excellent stay on Shengshan Island. Before we even arrived, the owner already contacted us on WeChat with information about our stay and gave us very comprehensive tips for our stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, next to the boat port, the main entry onto Shengshan, and it is just across it. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived off the boat and helped us get our luggage. They have a very convenient luggage lift which means that you don't have to lug anything up the stairs. The hotel feels clean, luxurious, comfy and homely at the same time. It is a family run hotel and the reception is very warm. Our room was very clean and everything that was needed was provided. The view was spectacular from our room (image provided). The bed was very comfy and the lounger was perfect for watching the sea within the comfort of your room. The pool downstairs is great to cool off after a day out exploring. The breakfast provided was very nice and simple, some youtiao (Chinese fried dough, similar to churros), soy milk and sweet and savoury buns.
All in all an excellent experience, and we thank the hosts for everything.

VVieraskäyttäjä房間面朝大海，我們的在拐角剛好 對着小海灣，看着對面的山，風景絕美，房間硬件顯示老闆的用心，全自動調控，就是按鍵太多，要研究還一陣子。我最喜歡的是這家民宿的餐廳，梭子蟹炒年糕連吃兩天，老闆會根據我們的需要，向漁船購買相應的海鮮。味道是花錢也在城裡吃不到的。民宿裏東崖絕壁僅5分鐘步行，建議凌晨花這個門票錢看中國第一縷陽光，其他時間就不要去了。無人村應該在5-8月比較好，我們國慶期間去，很多綠植已經敗了，沒那麼好看。去嵊山島主要去吃海鮮，不要比價格，越好的東西越貴。

AAJ2020To be quite honest when we booked this hotel for one night only we didn’t have very high hopes for it. However, the contrary happened. Hilton Zhoushan turned out to be amazing; literally from the first minute that we stepped in we were greeted warmly by front desk staff. They speak very good English and the GM was very nice; once he realised that it’s our little daughter’s first birthday they offered cake and candles. They also brought a nice crib for the baby. Every single staff member’s behaviour was professional and friendly and respectful. On the 19th floor we had an amazing view of the lake and the surrounding landscape. We had a great time and will definitely come back.

They provide rather frequent shuttle bus rides to and from the jetty, so you can bring your luggage along and leave it at the hotel before starting your tour of the island. Wherever you go to, just take the island buses back to the jetty and catch the shuttle bus back to the hotel. It's also not that far from the main temple of the island, Puji Si, about 10 to 15 mins for the average walker. The room was clean and comfortable. Across the street there are convenient stores and restaurants. We also ate at the hotel's restaurant which was decent.

WWarren TanadaService by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

For me was really big surprise that near Shanghai have such a small and cute place.
We choose this hotel because of the pool. It’s was so amazing to open balcony and see u private pool. Actually one pool is sharing between 2 room but nobody swim, so everything was only for us.
Also the staff in the hotel is helpful, helped with booking tickets, explained about islands, took us to show bioluminescent plankton.
Could be nice if hotel provide one free coffee for breakfast (now need to pay) and some international food (was traditional chinese breakfast)

Huonemme oli korjausmaksusta huolimatta maanpinnan katselemassa suoraan rakennustyötä. Mutta he siirsivät meidät pienempi huone, jossa oli suuri näköala.
