"I had a really great stay at the Shanghai Bund Riverside Treasury Hotel. The location was honestly one of my favorite parts it’s super convenient and close to the Bund, so getting around and exploring the city was really easy. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I loved the overall design it felt stylish but still cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day out. Everything was well maintained, and the little details made a difference. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which always makes a stay feel more welcoming. They were quick to assist whenever I needed anything. If I had to mention anything, it would be that the soundproofing could be a bit better, but it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable, well located, and modern in Shanghai. I’d happily stay here again ✨"

The atmosphere in the hotel is incredibly warm, calm, and pleasant — it really feels like a place where you can fully relax and enjoy your time. The room was perfect: extremely clean, well-maintained, beautifully prepared, and what impressed us especially was the fresh and pleasant smell — everything felt cozy, comfortable, and carefully looked after. Housekeeping is doing an excellent job, and cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyable, with fresh and tasty food that gave us a great start to each day. We truly looked forward to breakfast every morning. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the reception team. The girls and boys at the front desk are not only friendly, but also highly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. We would like to give special thanks to Nini (妮妮). From the very beginning, she helped us with a serious personal issue during our stay. We faced a big problem, and thanks to her patience, responsibility, and sincere desire to help, she supported us step by step and even helped us get our money back. This level of care is far beyond standard hotel service. She proved that the reception team here is not just present for formalities — they truly help guests solve real and important problems. We are deeply grateful to her. The entire reception team always tried to accommodate our requests in every possible way, making sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Their attitude made us feel truly cared for. Another lovely detail was the availability of bath salt, which made our evenings especially relaxing after a long day. "Vauvan kanssa matkustaessani halusin mennä kävelykadulle ja Bundille. Halusin myös olla riittävän lähellä metroasemaa, ja minulla on hyvä näköala, mikä tärkeintä niitä. Ajattelin, että hinta olisi keskimääräinen keskeisellä paikalla kävelykadulla, mutta olin hieman yllättynyt. Se on erittäin puhdas 20. kerroksessa, ja sieltä on upeat näkymät, vaikka se on yönäkymä. Lapsen kurkku oli tukossa, eikä hän pystynyt puhumaan seuraavana päivänä herättyään. Hän joi puoli pulloa vettä lievittääkseen kipua. Eikö vieraita tarvitse tarkistaa ennen sisäänkirjautumista? Uloskirjautumisen yhteydessä kerroin vastaanotossa, että tämä huone ei ole tarkoitettu vieraiden majoittumiseen, mutta he vain pahoittelivat asiaa pinnallisesti eivätkä antaneet mitään ratkaisua. 2. Ilmastointilaite on meluisa, ja jonkin aikaa työskentelyn jälkeen kuuluu kovaa ääntä. 3. Äänieristys on erittäin huono. 4. Laitteisto on vanhaa ja täysin ristiriidassa hinnan kanssa. Yövyin Lichengissä Shanghaissa muutama vuosi sitten, ja kokemus oli erittäin huono, pääasiassa laitteisto-ongelmien vuoksi.
