"Our experience at Angsana Zhoushan has been extremely positive: facilities are new, hotel is spotless and moreover it is dog friendly! The food is also fresh and tasty.
We especially appreciated the front desk team, who were consistently helpful and accommodating with all our requests. We would also like to thank the gentleman at the entrance—always kind, attentive, and ready to take us around in the hotel’s shuttle cart. "I had a wonderful stay at Banxia Banyin Hotel near Wugongshi Wharf and Guanyin Fajie. The location is excellent -- just a short walk from the pier and within easy reach of the main attractions on Putuo Mountain, such as Puji Temple and the scenic Guanyin statue.
It's very convenient for both sightseeing and dining, with plenty of local vegetarian restaurants nearby.
The hotel itself is peaceful and beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with a calm, Zen-like atmosphere. The rooms are clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, offering a relaxing space after a long day exploring.
The staff were polite and attentive, always ready to assist with directions or local recommendations. Check in and check out were smooth and efficient.
Overall, it is great value for its location and comfort."

"It appears efficiency is a key at this hotel. Requests were actioned very promptly. Cleaning staff did a nice job. Room was a good size and mostly in good condition. Plenty of stains on the carpet in the room though, and the room entry door frame was partly torn away from the wall.
Service was very good, though it was four days before any staff so much as smiled. Efficiency but not much in the way of warmth towards guests.
While some rooms are non-smoking, most of the hotel seems fair game for smoking including halls, washrooms, elevators, etc. Cigarette butts to be found and smell throughout.
Apparently the hotel must be very pet friendly given the dog that was brought into the restaurant at breakfast.
Acceptable all around, but not sure I would opt for this hotel again."

"Absolutely fabulous location, great room, view with deck ( We choose balcony seas views). All double glacéd! The spa facilities in and out are world class 5 star! Service is courteous, we stayed 3 nights. At the spa outdoor area a lady called Ruan Yueer who looked after guest, very cheerful and customer orientated. So was the lady inside the main Spa.
Overall fantastic experience!

"服務：酒店前台服務員很熱心，主動幫我們升級了有窗户的、空間和窗都更大的微湖景大床房，也幫我們聯繫了去碼頭接行李，回程時幫我們把行李送碼頭，省去我們提箱子走路的麻煩，司機大哥秦師傅非常熱心，不僅耐心等我們接送行李，返程時還幫我們找到最快的路線進站碼頭（因遇到大霧天氣，返程那天通知下午兩點停航，我們行程變得非常趕，而且一路公車排長隊，碼頭排長隊，本來很焦慮，怕趕不上，多虧了秦大哥，再次特別感謝，非常熱心為我們着想）
設施：酒店是新裝修的，在龍沙二區，是一整棟都拿來當酒店，所以管理比較整體，設備也比較新
衞生：新酒店，衞生乾淨整潔，沒得挑
交通：龍沙二區，離公車總站很近，出門右拐沒幾步就到了，去坐索道很方便"

"My fourth visit to the hotel for dinner. The food is always outstanding with a great selection of fresh seafood which Zhoushan is famous for and arguably the best seafood in China.
 This was my first stay in the hotel.  a minor issue with my air-conditioning was fixed incredibly quickly. would happily stay again"

This is an excellent place to stay as it offer a great view overlooking the beach and harbor. The vibe is very different from my first night stay which happened to be next door neighbor. The people here know what makes the customer happy, they upgrade our room when it is not full occupancy. This place is more homely and comfy and you can just chose to laze around on the ground floor in front of the big projector screen to watch a movie or at a quiet long table for reading, or just to day dream while looking out at the sea. The precinct has a nice cozy area for meals too.

I have left my mobile phone charger in hotel room during checked out.then the owner really did alot of effort to help sending my charger to my next hotel in shanghai.even he kept followed up until i received my good.
The hotel location also very good near ferry terminal walking distance so easy to take shuttle bus to go around island.and beside hotel alot of restaurant.
And the most important the owner is very helpful and can do pick you up in ferry terminal.
Beside good service the hotel price consider cheaper among other similar hotel.
So will definetely come back and stay.
Even i did abit late checked out the hotel was never charged me extra fee.
The owner also can guide you how to go putoa island and any information needed just contact via wechat.

CChambo97This is one of the most welcoming hotels I have ever stayed in! It is a family run business and they are the kindest hotel staff I have ever me. They treated me and my girlfriend so well, you really feel like a valued customer.
The room was so well kept, very clean and modern. The views of the mountains and dock are extremely beautiful.
I could not recommend this hotel anymore if I tried and if I happen to be on the island again, this place would be the only hotel I would want to stay.
Easiest 5 stars I have ever given!

SSteven DowsonWe stayed in the attic room with skylights, for the sea view you stick your head out of the window and look to the left and see a little. The room is very well designed, making the most of the unusual space, and although I'm tall I managed not to bang my head on the beams. The room is very cozy and also well ventilated, with the windows open there was no need for a/c although the weather was cool and breezy. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the beach, we had good moon views at night but it was too cloudy for sunrise. There is ample parking near the hotel, and the friendly owner was available on video call to guide us to the hotel otherwise very difficult to find. Breakfast was excellent - rice porridge, doughsticks, pickles, preserved tofu. We would definitely stay again.

OOrangelilihStayed there for two nights between 23-25 Dec with two friends. The family room has two double beds and a private bathroom, and is spacious enough for three of us. We were very happy with our stay and will recommend it.
- The room was immaculate, beds were comfortable, and the shower worked perfectly. Can't fault it
- Location - The B&B is in a residential complex off Mei Qin Road, about 10 mins walk from the wharf and Puji Temple. 2 mins from the bus stop. Very convenient
- The host Xiao Xiong was intentative and very helpful. It was our first time to Putuo Island, she gave us great advice about how to get around and which temples to visit
If I were to nitpick, the sound proof was poor. However, the B&B is in the middle of the complex and Dec is off season, the noise was tolerable.

VVieraskäyttäjä酒店位置很好，距離東海漁村僅百米，鬧中取靜的好地點。車子可以開到門口，門口屋後有停車場非常方便。第一次來住在了半山其他酒店，出行要麼叫車要麼要下來幾百米台階，如果有長者孩子的實在不方便。
全部海景房，躺在床上既可以觀海～早餐晚餐我們都選擇在室外，美景配美食～房間對比其他酒店要大很多，房間和床鋪都非常乾燥完全沒異味沒有水氣，對海邊的房子來説太難的。我們住的衞生間有窗户，也同樣乾燥沒有異味，裝修風格簡潔大方，沐浴液用的資生堂（老闆娘是有要求的）～

晚餐如圖～老闆娘親自下廚，我們多次對比在外用餐，還是老闆娘的晚餐性價比之王了，因此後續都是晚餐回來吃😂～邊晚餐邊欣賞夕陽下的海山船～
老闆非常有責任心，確認訂單後會幫助確認定船票（不是每家都會給你電話確認你的船票），對於不是常常上島的遊人來説太貼心了。我們8月第一次上島訂了其他酒店沒人聯繫我們，我們想當然的想碼頭現場買車票船票，到碼頭現場才知道需要提前5天預訂車子肯定沒法上島，還好車上帶了一個行李箱當場裝了車上東西停車乘船。這家老闆會提醒我們預訂來回船票，如有困難也會幫助預訂～如此貼心，此次10.1當然毫無猶豫的再次選擇“極宿”～

剛到老闆娘就出來迎接，特別熱情！因為晚上到的特別累，在老闆娘家吃的飯，海鮮麪特別推薦！
床品很柔軟舒服，乾乾淨淨的。一進房間就特別滿意！房間很大，而且晚上不會吵，很安靜！睡的特別好！
白天玩兒了一整天，老闆娘還給我託管行李，讓我玩兒的很舒心。
建議在老闆娘那裡買香，比在景區賣的便宜很多~
總之這次的旅行和入住都超5星的滿意！下次帶爸爸媽媽來還住這家！已收藏這家民宿啦~
