Enjoyed our holyweek staycation in a very quiet Makati. There is an ongoing mall construction across the street but it was a holiday so no issues. The staff are nice. We appreciate the complimentary snacks and drinks. Nice big pool might need an update soon, need more lights at night.

Would definitely stay back at this hotel if I come back to Manila. Considering the location it’s walking distance to Glorietta and Greenbelt. Everything about the hotel is presentable as you see on photos. And the buffet..fantastic!

Had a great stay at this hotel as always. This was my 4th or 5th visit and they never disappoint. The place was homey and inviting, location was superb, breakfast buffet was awesome and the room & bed were very clean & comfy - I slept well. The staff were consistently warm, professional and accommodating. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️.

Great staff, very helpful and responsive. Cleanliness is okay. Great location with a lot of restaurants around and also near the pier, very accessible and not so far to the main tourist attractions.

Viimeaikainen oleskelu kiinteistössä oli erittäin pettymys ja ongelmallinen. Viikon aikana sähköä leikattiin klo 8:00-6:00, eikä asiaa koskevaa viestintää ollut johtaja tai omistaja. Onneksi Trip.com auttoi minua käsittelemään ongelmaa, mutta koordinointi omaisuudesta itse oli hyvin köyhä. Jokainen huone näyttää olevan eri tilassa. Vaikka huone, jonka olin tällä kertaa oli hieman parempi kuin se, jonka olin aiemmin, yleinen kokemus ei vielä vastaa hintaa, jonka maksoin. Olin 7 yötä, koska olin henkilökohtaisesti desinfioinut koko huoneen ja mieluummin jäädä sinne. Mutta olin edelleen pakko vaihtaa huoneita, mikä aiheutti paljon haittaa. En voi hyväksyä sitä, miten paljon koiraa huoneessa on, vaikka se on 23. kerroksessa. En tiedä, miten ne näyttivät, mutta sängylehdet ja pyyhkeet ovat olohuoneessa.

Very nice staff and Accomodating. Very Accesible and close to eveything . It was relaxing and worry free no hassle at all.the pool was not that fab but it will do my kid still enjoyed it. They only served breakfast and I was advise that they dont Cater for Lunch or Dinner

I am a repeat client of Berjaya Hotel for 2yrs I think. 2 weeks ago I booked a Deluxe Studio, I love doing staycation especially during my busy schedules. I even tried all their rooms ever since I started booking for their hotel rooms started with their Deluxe room, Premier room, Deluxe Studio and my recent booking was their Premier Studio, both of their studio type room was very spacious perfect if you want to have your friends come over after your busy schedule. In general all their rooms regardless the type was spacious last December I have a simple christmas party arrange with some of my friends we really enjoyed the view, ambiance and experience. I tried comparing as i speak for my stay in their Premier studio today to the other hotels I would say their Premier Studio was very excellent and meet my expectations it seems like Im in a five star hotel or just compared with other 3 star hotel that is why I dont dare to try other hotels because the experience I have with them when I enter the room and seeing the total look of my room its large bed, its working station, its relaxation corner and mini living room really feels like home so i would only scan and check other hotels but in the end I will always bring back to Berjaya cause I can say my heart belongs to this wonderful and ausome hotel. I would love also to give credit 1. to their amazing and excellent Hotel Manager Mr. Den whose from day 1 was very accomodation to me to all my concerns and requests. 2. their front desk staff whose very respectful when communicating not only to me but with the entire guess. 3. Security, Bell Boy, and other Staff up to cleaner and all. I like how they greet and give respect to each and everyone of the guest the pride of Berjaya Hotel really lies with all their staff whose really amazing and Excellent so again I want to give credit to Mr. Den for leading all the staff well with great leader a great staff will be possible and achieve so again congratulations to you and keep up the good work. So to all travellers like me what are you waiting for if your looking for a place to stay here in the Philippines where you feels like your at your own home choose only Berjaya Hotel, because your money is guarantee worth spending only with Berjaya, because nothing beats Berjaya.

We found the hotel in a peaceful neighborhood. We have to pay Php2k for a security deposit in cash and reimburse right after checking out. Our main concern in our room was the cooling of the air-conditioning; we had it somehow ”fixed,” but it didn't reach our expectation for the coolest temp. All praise to the chef (in the egg station) for his friendly approach and assistance with the station foods.

It's such an old place, but the location is ok. Unfortunately the lift didn't work and it was manually operated (in a good efficient way but still quite slow to go up and down). Being abto to open the window in one of the highest floor, and look down, seems quite unsafe especially if there are kids around (but I want to believe people with kids are not given this room). The bathroom had some sewage smell coming from toilet. Good bed and decent shower. Good AC 2000 php deposit seems too high and unnecessary Staff was friendly

Room is very same as photo, complete kitchen utensils and everything was brandnew, I dont like high floor so this 7th floor room is perfect to me. Amenities was good, The free sauna is what i like here since i dont swim. But the highlight was the location, I was very close to rockwell and filling station in poblacion. There was a very good biryani restau downstairs just a few walking distance only. Thank you, will definitely be back again and would stay longer.
