Stayed at Fairmont Makati for a quick trip and everything was great. The location is super convenient—right next to Greenbelt and other malls. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet. What made it extra special was that they surprised me with birthday snacks in the room. It was such a nice touch and really made my day. Staff were all really kind and helpful too. Would definitely come back.

Viime aikoina olin Holiday Inn & Suites Makati ja olin miellyttävästi yllättynyt parannuksista viimeisestä vierailustani vuonna 2023. Hotelli on uudistettu ja uudistettu, moderni sisustus, joka luo lämmin ja kutsuva ilmapiiri. Kaikki tuntuu puhtaalta, tyylikäsltä ja hyvin ylläpidetyltä. Yksi korostaa minun oleskelu oli poikkeuksellinen palvelu. Vieraiden suhteiden virkamiehet olivat ystävällisiä, huomiota, ja todella apuatällainen myönteinen muutos verrattuna aiempiin kokemuksiini. Heidän ammattitaitonsa antoi minun tuntea arvostettu ja tervetullut koko oleskeluni. Yleensä, yhdistelmä päivitettyjä tiloja ja parannettu asiakaspalvelu teki tämän vierailun todella miellyttävä. For a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

This was my sixth visit to Citadines Makati over 2.5 years, making a recent incident especially disappointing. I found my room's bedsheets unchanged, stained, and with hair. Staff offered a room upgrade, but the resolution took nearly an extra hour of waiting. For a loyal guest, this failure in basic hygiene and the prolonged inconvenience have severely damaged my trust in the property.

Had a great stay at this hotel as always. This was my 4th or 5th visit and they never disappoint. The place was homey and inviting, location was superb, breakfast buffet was awesome and the room & bed were very clean & comfy - I slept well. The staff were consistently warm, professional and accommodating. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️.

Such great value for staying in a vibrant area of Manila! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast is recommended in the lobby cafe (best meal we’ve have on our trip!). Our room was spacious with a huge comfortable bed and AC. The TV connects to YouTube, Netflix etc. If you like having something on whilst in the room. We were aware before staying that being in a built up area meant you could hear the noise outside and this didn’t bother us at all. The shower was cold and I’m sure had we minded the staff would have fixed it or changed room. But it was actually quite a welcome respite from the muggy hot weather!

Great staff, very helpful and responsive. Cleanliness is okay. Great location with a lot of restaurants around and also near the pier, very accessible and not so far to the main tourist attractions.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The staff provided outstanding service—they were polite, quick to assist, and always smiling. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted fresh. The hotel is also close to restaurants and major attractions. Highly recommended!

Overrated hotel. We entered into I'm Hotel and taken to Oakwood. We were met with rules and regulations and told about the fines. Balcony door didn't seal well and had a bicycle lock on it. Do not stay here if you can not leave your leg high to get into the tub that has a telephone shower. It's definitely not a place I will take my elderly parents. Breakfast is limited and is with the guest from the other hotel. Your juice options are only one. All in all, it's a clean place with ridiculous traffic at entrance. High-end accommodation with a water dispenser in the hallway, so don't expect drinking water in the room. Advice bring a water bottle to collect the water.

I am a repeat client of Berjaya Hotel for 2yrs I think. 2 weeks ago I booked a Deluxe Studio, I love doing staycation especially during my busy schedules. I even tried all their rooms ever since I started booking for their hotel rooms started with their Deluxe room, Premier room, Deluxe Studio and my recent booking was their Premier Studio, both of their studio type room was very spacious perfect if you want to have your friends come over after your busy schedule. In general all their rooms regardless the type was spacious last December I have a simple christmas party arrange with some of my friends we really enjoyed the view, ambiance and experience. I tried comparing as i speak for my stay in their Premier studio today to the other hotels I would say their Premier Studio was very excellent and meet my expectations it seems like Im in a five star hotel or just compared with other 3 star hotel that is why I dont dare to try other hotels because the experience I have with them when I enter the room and seeing the total look of my room its large bed, its working station, its relaxation corner and mini living room really feels like home so i would only scan and check other hotels but in the end I will always bring back to Berjaya cause I can say my heart belongs to this wonderful and ausome hotel. I would love also to give credit 1. to their amazing and excellent Hotel Manager Mr. Den whose from day 1 was very accomodation to me to all my concerns and requests. 2. their front desk staff whose very respectful when communicating not only to me but with the entire guess. 3. Security, Bell Boy, and other Staff up to cleaner and all. I like how they greet and give respect to each and everyone of the guest the pride of Berjaya Hotel really lies with all their staff whose really amazing and Excellent so again I want to give credit to Mr. Den for leading all the staff well with great leader a great staff will be possible and achieve so again congratulations to you and keep up the good work. So to all travellers like me what are you waiting for if your looking for a place to stay here in the Philippines where you feels like your at your own home choose only Berjaya Hotel, because your money is guarantee worth spending only with Berjaya, because nothing beats Berjaya.
