The location is quaint and just a minute’s away from a street with cafes and eateries.

We received a free upgrade. The lady who checked us in was bubbly and helpful. Our room was warm, clean and spacious. Very happy with our stay.

Stayed for 3 nights. Was upgraded from standard room to superior room. Hotel reception are friendly, particularly Amalie which has bubbly character, it was a great experience dealing with her, great start for my stay. Nice, warm and comfortable room. This room type has a Nespresso machine, you can also make tea with the kettle provided. Good breakfast, plenty of choices including fried rice. There is a sauna and gym with majestic view. Airport bus dropped me off directly just opposite this hotel. The pick up point for most northern light tours are nearby. Overall it was a great stay and highly recommended.

房間有個客廳還蠻大的，客廳有梳化床，餐廳廚房都是連着的，廚房還有洗碗機的，蠻好。 出門走七八分鐘就有一個超市，買東西回來自己煮很方便 唯一的不足就是，如果客廳要睡人的話，那個窗簾不夠寬，擋不住外面的燈光，晚上睡覺有點亮

A great place to just stay and view northern lights just outside just at the farm. 10-12 rooms so very nice experience. Have restaurant that you can hide from the cold easily and you can step out to view the northern lights when they are out. FYI: photos uploaded are taken by iPhone

The place and staffs were really nice, it is quite far from city centre but there is a bus stop right in front so it kind of makes up for the distance.

The location is amazing! All the pick up spots for the activity were 3-10 mins walk. However, the nightmare started when we got to the room to realise that the bin was full…. We tried to talk to the front desk but it was late in the afternoon and we were told no one from room service is there and we can’t change room cos they full…. Even though the next day in the morning a bus full of tourists came and I don’t believe that many checked out in few hours Again location is good, but it is not a cheap price you’re paying for the bare minimum of cleanliness

Hotelli on melko kaukana Tromssan keskustasta. Lentokentän bussipysäkki on 10 minuutin päässä. Se ei vaikuta paljolta, mutta jos sataa lunta ja sinulla on paljon matkatavaroita, sinun on varattava runsaasti aikaa, koska kukkulat ovat jäisiä. Kun astut sisään, se on upea. He ovat remontoineet yhteistilat, ja se on aivan upea. Mutta kun menimme kahden hengen huoneeseemme... sitä ei ollut remontoitu. Se on pienin huone, jossa olemme yöpyneet 8 päivän oleskelumme aikana alueella. Ovi ei ole hyvässä kunnossa. Kylpyhuone tuntuu kuin sairaalasta. Sänky ja tyynyt ovat mielestämme epämukavat. Huoneen seinätkään eivät ole hyvässä kunnossa. Kun menimme aamiaiselle, se tuntui täysin erilaiselta hotellilta. Kahvila panoraamanäkymineen oli ihana. Ja buffet-aamiainen oli herkullinen. Olimme melko järkyttyneitä siitä valtavasta erosta yhteistilojen ja huoneen välillä.

Tämä on paras asunto, jossa olen asunut. Olemme varanneet kaksi asuntoa kahdella alustalla, koska yksi on täynnä. Vaikka Trip.com-ohjelmassa on pieniä kahta huoneistoa (toinen on sauna-huoneisto, pieni koko), molemmat asunnot ovat hyvin, keittiö on täynnä ja makuuhuone on mukava, Lämmönvoima, joka on pumppattu kerran kahdessa päivässä (riittävästi), reception on viisi minuuttia kävelymatkan päässä Viking Hotel, kaikki henkilöt ovat hyvin.Asunto on kaupungin keskustassa, supermarketin, ravintolan, päivän kokoelmapisteen ja niin edelleen, on kokonaan 10 minuuttia matkaa, yhteenvetona on super suositeltavaa! Varaa!

We were notified that the elevator was out of order in the first day of check in, it was terrible to carry luggage up to the 4th floor. We spent three nights there, unfortunately, the elevator was not repaired on the day we check out. But the staff is friendly and the the cookies provided at the snack bar is good!!
