"The breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of choices including non‑gluten options. The room was a decent size and very clean. The location is convenient — within about 15 minutes you can reach many shops and restaurants. If I return to Tromsø, I will definitely stay at the Dock again!"

"This was a great location slightly out of the city to catch the Northern Lights without going on a tour (we saw it two nights out of five! Cabins were well kept and clean, we were two adults and two teens and there was enough space for everyone. It is 10mins walk to the bus stop to the city, of 40mins walk across the bridge to the city, both of which were manageable for us. Note that there aren’t many restaurants nearby. All in I was extremely happy we chose this place for the Tromso leg of our trip."

"Stayed for 3 nights. Was upgraded from standard room to superior room. Hotel reception are friendly, particularly Amalie which has bubbly character, it was a great experience dealing with her, great start for my stay. Nice, warm and comfortable room. This room type has a Nespresso machine, you can also make tea with the kettle provided. Good breakfast, plenty of choices including fried rice. There is a sauna and gym with majestic view. Airport bus dropped me off directly just opposite this hotel. The pick up point for most northern light tours are nearby. Overall it was a great stay and highly recommended."

Vinkkejä minun näkökulmastani: - Huone on melko pieni, vaikka varasin kahden hengen huoneen. Se näyttää minusta kompaktilta huoneelta. "Just 3 mins drive from the airport. There's a mall walkable around 7-8 mins and there's public bus to the city centre. Parking lots available and chargeable. They have a common area at the top of the hotel with great view. Guest can use the common area to do own stuff - reading, working, playing board games and there's free coffee and water. If lucky, you can watch aurora from the roof."

"The hotel is outdated and is scheduled to be refurbished in 2025 or 2026. The lobby is ”super” small with no design theme (for what that matters). My room was small and poorly laid-out...plus, the bed was so soft it was uncomfortable and I knew my back would suffer, so I placed the thin topper on the floor and slept on that. Once housekeeping left at the end of the day you could not obtain extra blankets or pillows...all I had was one small, rectangular pillow....I did not get a good sleep! The gym could only be accessed by climbing a narrow, winding set of stairs...I never got there. The front office staff was amazing...so pleasant and accommodating....despite all the demands placed on them. I was thankful I was only staying for 1 night."

"The location is amazing! All the pick up spots for the activity were 3-10 mins walk. However, the nightmare started when we got to the room to realise that the bin was full…. We tried to talk to the front desk but it was late in the afternoon and we were told no one from room service is there and we can’t change room cos they full…. Even though the next day in the morning a bus full of tourists came and I don’t believe that many checked out in few hours Again location is good, but it is not a cheap price you’re paying for the bare minimum of cleanliness"

"Amazing hotel! Perfect location- right in the heart of Tromso so you can get around super easily. The hotel was lovely- it had everything you wanted and the breakfast was delicious. 10/10 would recommend!"
