Thoughtful Amenities The welcome ice cream for my sons was a delightful surprise. It was a thoughtful gesture that made them feel special and added to our overall positive experience. Duty Manager Mr. Andei Ho One standout moment of our visit was when Mr. Andei Ho, the Duty Manager, came to assist us during one of our evenings at the hotel. Being a Hongkonger himself, he made us feel right at home. When we returned from a day out and needed to store some belongings at the concierge, Mr. Andei approached us and warmly communicated in Cantonese. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made us feel welcomed. Proactive Assistance After our check-out, Mr. Andei noticed us trying to call an Uber in the lobby and proactively offered to help by calling a taxi instead. Given that we had too much luggage, he went above and beyond by marking the pick-up and drop-off locations for us at the Airport Express Station, ensuring a smooth departure. One day, he saw us waiting outside for a taxi and proactively asked a colleague to come over and see if we needed help calling a taxi. Housekeeping I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. They kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, greatly contributing to our comfort. Summary In summary, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service from Mr. Andei Ho and the entire staff, including the diligent housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!

Se on kadulla JR-tietä vastapäätä, ei kaukana kävellä, ja liikenne on erittäin hyvä. Aamiainen oli hyvä, puolibuffet. Julkinen kylpylä on kuumaa vettä, ei kuumia lähteitä, mutta ympäristö on hyvä. I recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at VIA INN NAGOYA EKIMAE TSUBAKICHO, and it was fantastic! Location - The hotel is perfectly situated right above a shopping mall and close to train stations. You can access everything you need just by taking the elevator down! - It offers easy travel to nearby attractions such as Gero's oden and Shirakawa-go, making it a great base for exploring the countryside. Amenities - The staff is incredibly helpful, especially when it comes to luggage storage before and after your stay. - The views from the hotel are spectacular, particularly from the higher floors. Overall Experience - I loved the convenience of being in the city center and, despite the hustle and bustle below, enjoying a peaceful stay in a beautiful hotel. - I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Nagoya! The stunning views, convenient location, and excellent service truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Location is out of the way, but the service, room, and staff are all exceptional. Very spacious. There's a dining area right when you walk in that has events like live music, but make sure to reserve ahead of time (I didn't and I'm kicking myself for that).

The front desk staff was polite and smiling, and even stepped out of the way to help my husband get into the parking lot. The room was modern and furnished. The water in the bathhouse was a comfortable temperature, though there was a slight bleach smell. I also recommend adding instructions for using the hot springs in the bath room. Many Southeast Asian women were constantly looking around in the bathhouse, seemingly unsure of how to use it.

i have this trip with my family, but the hotel cannot arrange sames floor for us to stay. furthermore, the pillow was too soft, and we have requested to send a harder pillow for rest. at the beginning it is not successful. this is the first poor experience for me and my family. we never have this kind of experience, the front desk told us they haven't any spare pillow at hotel. further more they told me it is not their style to offer extra pillow for this guest to have a better bed time. after a while, they cannot sent us harder pillow for slepp. it is unbelivable, how a hotel offer this kind of service.

The best choice if you come to Nagoya to watch an event in Niterra Hall. It is literally just across the street. It's very near Kanayama station too. Very convenient location. They are very generous with amenities and the place is very clean.

Our stay at Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Nishiki was very comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent—close to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore Nagoya. The staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating, providing smooth check-in and helpful assistance whenever needed. The room was clean, well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job keeping it tidy every day. Breakfast was satisfying with a good selection, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing. Great value for money and highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Room price includes breakfast, while the options are limited, the taste and quality is good. Love the curry and it's soft scrambled egg. Room size I booked is typical Japanese business hotel size, which is compact. Location is like 5-10 mins to Nagoya station, 5 mins to Aeon Mall, and 15 mins to Toyota Commemorative Museum (all in walking distance). Also they have supplementary coffee and soft drinks throughout the day at the breakfast hall until 11pm. You can heat up your food as there is a microwave there. A good hangout place with friends for night snack before hitting the bed.
