"The staff are super helpful and friendly. But the bathroom and toilet facilities are a bit outdated. The tap over the wash basin keeps dripping water and it's making loud dripping sound that it's disturbing our sleep. Since we only stayed for a couple of nights, so we did not bother to ask for change of room. Also, it really difficult to turn the tap on and off with these old-styled taps. Hopefully some renovation is in line soon when we come back next year to stay there..."

"I stand at Ibis Melbourne Glen Waverley for a night and it was good. It was clean, although some areas of the room was rough due to wear and tear - which is to be expected for an older budget hotel. I did have some issues with the deposit that I put down which was not explained well by the front desk and thus, created confusion on my end. There was also a wrongful charge to my card. I wrote emails but did not get a response so I went down to the hotel personally to sort it out. My experience thereafter was good when a lady at the reception explained the situation, apologised and started the refund process. I received my money back with no issue. All in all, it was a fair stay. "

"Good location situated just besides M CITY Mall where food and grocery stores are conveniently available. Clean and cosy and room size and is reasonable large leaving plenty of room to move around with a super king size bed and 2x 24 inches luggage. Just small improvement is on house keeping. It will be more convenient if the tea and coffee supplies can be replenished on daily basis without having to request daily. However the staff were quick and friendly to replenish upon request during the stay so no issue, just bit inconvenience. Breakfast is ok although not many choices but is sufficient for a nice morning meal. Overall the stay was value for money and we were quite happy."

"Check-in was quite smooth as they could retrieve my booking very quickly. I was able to check in at 2 pm on time, which was good. The room was very basic but it's true to the photos advertised. The room is clean and well kept and comes with a microwave, toaster and electric kettle. Bedding was average, but overall, this motel is very well located with a 24-hour Mac just beside and Coles within walking distance. I booked a family room for 4, so I would expect 4 sets of plates, bowls, metal spoon, and forks. There were only 2 bowls, 2 small plates, 2 large plates, and one metal dining knife, so it would be better for the hotel to provide these based on the number of guests expected for the room. Otherwise, it's really a good place to stay for its location and cleanliness."

"Batman on Collins is a great hotel in a perfect spot for anyone arriving by train, since the hotel is just across the road from Southern Cross station. The interior is unassuming but pleasant. The amenities are pretty aged with old carpet but the standard room is satisfactory, but everything could be cleaner. Overall, it's still good value if you can find a deal price."

"I stayed at 3 hotels all near Flagstaff stations for this trip, just to try something new and compare. Excellent location and the Flagstaff garden is right in front of my window so the view is superb! The bed is too soft but so as the Pegasus and the Jazz hotel so I guess it's the standard?.. Staffs had excellent service. It's my favourite out of the 3 and I would stay here again, though this is a pure hotel so there's no kitchen for those who need to know, unlike the Pegasus and the Jazz."

"Excellent service provided at reception. We were provided with Shaving Kits, Toothbrushes and Toothpaste. We were allowed to check-in early since we arrived on an early morning flight. The breakfast in the morning was excellent with a buffet style breakfast including eggs cooked to order and a freshly squeezed vegetable/fruit juice from carrots, beetroot and green apple."

This is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.

First time we stay at Park Hyatt Melbourne and the experience can't be better. The hotel is a little far away from the middle of the city but it has its own advantages such as better gardens, more quiet and also pretty spacious courtyard. The hotel and rooms gave me a touch of the 1900s decoration style, which is pretty impressive. The room was spacious and well equipped, and I was especially loving the Le Labo brand used in the bathroom. The fine dining experience was truly amazing, with pretty good acoustic music. Overral, the stay was pleasant, and I would definitely visit again.

Perfect stay for a simple trip. Stayed at the single bed room. The room is small but just enough for my short stay. Room was clean & it has everything you expected for a budget hotel: Tea/coffee, milk on the fridge and toileteries. Wifi speed is good for browsing (Approx 40-50Mbps) The only downside is: Their hotel key is using old technology and easily demagnetised. I happen to put it next to my Airpods and it loses the magnetism.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The facilities, especially the pool and restaurant, were excellent. Location was convenient, close to shops and attractions. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The location is perfect. Lots of eateries and shops around. Great view. Room was clean and staff were amazing. Two of the window latches and the ice cube tray were broken. Otherwise it was great. By the way, I am still waiting for the pre-authorised deposit back. Read some reviews that can be difficult or take long to get that back, hopefully it will not be this case as I really wanna book this hotel again.

It was very clean and well organised. The pool and sauna were wonderful and the gym was pretty good for a hotel. I recommend this hotel for a night stay, the price was very reasonable as well!!!

The hotel carpet smells, the building is old and needs a total replacement of carpet. When we entered our room. It smells like bleach everywhere. We have to open the window to make it go away. The room is decent size and the toilet and bath are separated where there are no hand basin to use after using the toilet if someone is using the shower or bath tub. The view from our balcony is magnificent, the Melbourne tall buildings skyline. I also love the location because it is near public transport, free tram and shops, even universities. The kitchen are complete with cooking utensils and pans. They got free coffee, tea and milk. The toiletries were given 1 set of tiny bottles but we are 4 people booked in.

Very convenient location as it just 10mins walk to Melbourne central. The rmit university and swanston tram station right in front of the hotel building. Don’t have enough time to enjoy pool and sauna as it opens from 7am-9pm only. The only dissatisfied is I don’t know that the room service is provided. On the 4th night of our stay while we entered the room after one day trip, we realized that the cleaner has actually entered and cleaned our room without asking our permission. Imagine what if our goods have went missing, can the hotel management beared the cost of our loss? Please do not enter the room without inform customer, customer will ask for room cleaning if they really want the service.
