It’s a great choice if you’re visiting Lost World of Tambun, though it’s a bit far from the town area."

"This hotel truly offers a special atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond; our names were even on a welcome board! We were upgraded and treated like VIPs. The general manager clearly fosters excellent hospitality. Even a waiter moonlighting as a village trekking guide made our experience unforgettable. It felt more like a home than a hotel. "A perfect stay at an affordable price. The unit was clean, well-designed, and fully equipped, and the apartment facilities were excellent—spacious pool, clean surroundings, a gym, and a ping-pong area with a beautiful view of Perak city. The location was ideal, close to great food, shopping centres, and attractions in Ipoh. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return on my next visit to Ipoh."

"Strategic location to Concubine Lane and all eateries. All within walking distance including to KTM, if you're back packing. Not advisable to walk from KTM to hotel if you have a big luggage (like me). I might have overlooked that the hotel does not have a lift. Had to carry my big luggage all the way up to 3rd floor. Easy check-in and check-out. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"I am truly impressed with the amenities there. Very thoughtful and everything you need is there. Including dish soap, laundry powder, scissors, kitchen cloth, towels, toilet doormat, hair and body shampoo. So you just bring yourself and clothes. I especially love the washing machine which has a dryer function and the water dispenser and not forgetting the microwave. And the place is really new and very clean. Bedsheets and towels are clean too. The place smells clean too. I love that the staff is really considerate to disinfect the door card tag string with a nice fragrance."

"It’s a house that they separated into one small unit (2 doublebed) and another big unit (one with a living room that we didn’t stay) I would stay for the location but if you value privacy, i wouldn’t recommend because the two units are separated by a makeshift door where you can see the other unit through the gaps and then hear other people talk. Then sharing one parking. They didnt have clear signage (the number fell off i presumed) But service is fast and helpful! (We had issues with the wifi because the other unit turn it off)"

The homestay is very spacious and clean, making our stay comfortable. An extra bed was provided, which was very convenient, and having a washing machine was a big plus. The condominium itself is nice and well maintained. Customer support was fast and responsive, and everything was well arranged from pre-stay instructions until checkout. A deposit is required to be prepaid, which was handled smoothly. The only downside was that slippers were not provided in the house. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this place.

This is my second stay and I’ll say this hotel is good to stay. I think the hotel actually set their aircon timer that’s why we felt so stuffy during midnight time. We heard there were hotel guests complained about their aircon too.

Hotel is clean and the decoration is very pretty. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Everything is perfect, overall we had a pleasant stay, would definitely stay again when we’re back to Ipoh.

Staying in Level 13 with street view. Dual keys units hence its well equipped and clean house. The 2 bedrooms unit come with dining hall, living hall, 2 toilets and 2 bedrooms. Big bedrooms and can fit 4 person comfortably. Easy check in with clear instructions given Washing machine is available for long traveller like us. Thank you and pls keep up the good service and nice maintenance of the house.

A great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

The property is a newly built bungalow just beside a hill and a temple. there are plenty of local foods around within a few minutes of walking distance. the check in check out is very simple, and the host and caretaker are friendly. since it's slightly further out from the city, the air is fresh especially so because we are beside one of the big hills. One downside: at night, there will be a low pitch humming, which I presume is the pump running for the water tanks. it didn't bother me, but soundproofing could be improved for the rooms. there's enough parking at the property or beside it for about 6-7 cars, so no issues there.

I had a generally pleasant stay at this homestay. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities. A special mention to the security guard downstairs, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the overall experience even better. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low—so much so that it made showering quite difficult and uncomfortable. Additionally, for a two-bedroom unit, only one access card was provided. This was quite inconvenient, as the card is required not only to enter the unit but also to use the elevator, making it challenging for multiple guests to move around freely. Overall, while the stay was comfortable and enjoyable in many aspects, addressing these issues would greatly enhance the guest experience.
