"The location is so good and the staff is friendly, generous and very helpful. The room is okay. However, I just wanna complain about the free shuttle car. I booked the shuttle car at 6.30. So, I came at the lobby at 6.25 and was waiting outside. Then, another guest of your hotel came to the lobby at 6.30 and sat inside the hotel. Once, the shuttle car arrived we just got in the car but that hotel guest started shouting and yelling to the driver and us. I don't understand what I am wrong and these experiences made me feel uncomfortable. Please set up and improve the shuttle car transport system."

"酒店服務特別好，前台清潔等等全部工作人員都很不錯，停車也很方便，環境很不錯，高空景觀，還有花園，晚上氛圍很好，很適合跟朋友一起來住，一起來喝酒。房間全部智能，電視可以投屏。酒店的洗衣服務也很貼心，放門口之後洗完會送回房間，服務太好了，住的很舒服。來揭陽旅遊必吃的一間披薩店強烈推薦，「來個披薩」，只有揭陽才有的厚底榴蓮披薩，超級好吃。下次來揭陽還會繼續入住這間酒店。"

"Location: Great location, just next to the airport, but it is not really walkable to the airport. There was a back entrance at the Hotel but we are not sure if there's a side/back entrance to the airport as the main entrance is pretty far as we tried walked 5 minutes and still couldn't reach the airport main entrance and turned back to catch the free shuttle services. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the airport. Cleanliness: The room was spacious and clean. We stayed for a night and left wee hours in the morning, thus not sure about housekeeping. Service: Front desk staff was helpful but can't converse in English. Facilities: This is a typical business hotel. There were ashtray. Provide only basic toothbrush and toothpaste set, no shower cap. Only 2 power outlet, 1 at the desk and 1 next to the bed. The room is clean and spacious and the bed is comfy. Overall: We choose this hotel as it is near to the airport as we have an early morning flight to catch. We checked in late as we transferred from another hotel in Ancient City and only stayed 1 night."

"I don't get it. Why does this hotel have that much high score in reviews? I forgot to take a picture of changing booth outdoor pool, but I can tell you that it's the most disgusting percility you can ever imagine. The room was old, stained, and smalls bed. A bunch of police and soldiers tells(don't get me wrong. I respect men in uniform)that how this old-fashioned place runs so well. If you are none of them, go to Marriott."

"在同規格的酒店民宿中，這是我住的目前最好的一家店（本人比較挑剔），不管是從環境，設施，服務都是很不錯的，房間衞生乾淨  老闆娘和前台小姐姐都很熱情，一樓還有各種免費的水和冰棍，還有房間裏的一些貼心的細節之處，投屏很精準，一個房間一個wifi，有效防止串台，有在揭陽就會來，確實很推薦"

"春節來的，説真的這是我能訂到的最便宜的連鎖酒店了，我想着至少品質可以保證吧，其實位置還可以，在比較安靜的街區，去領取五公里之內，房間不大但是功能都具備，停車也很方便，維二美中不足的是，房間廁所裏面的味道特別大，整個房間都是臭的，但是通風也不行，另外空調也是沒有任何反應的"

"房價150元，雙床房含早餐，性價比高。環境乾淨安靜，服務熱情周到，工作人員形象好。早餐不錯。唯一小問題是部分設施缺少標識，比如冷熱水方向沒有標記，使用時有點不方便。總體體驗很好，推薦入住！"
