老闆是在揭陽開店的在杭州生活了20年的湖北人，非常熱情善良真誠。此行是為了看揭陽燒龍活動，在古街遊玩的時候老闆急切的打電話催促:其他客人已經出發了，讓我們快點回來過去佔位置，並且給我們準備了兩個凳子方便觀看盛況。多虧老闆的幫忙讓本次旅程圓滿結束，下次來揭陽還住這家（房子寬敞乾淨）。 另外前台小美女非常熱情可愛☺

自駕來，門口有免費停車，一間2個獨立房間非常好，大家打呼互不幹擾，房間設施新的，空調給力，1月來的，就是被子太厚了，熱啊，還有打掃衞生的時候，拖把要處理，不然脱完地，有很大的味道，好房間都被影響了，總體非常好，價格很實惠，推薦大家入住

Front desk staff are very helpful. A lady offered to return a room key from another hotel which I forgot to return when checked out. Great location for food and shopping. Extremely good value. We stayed there for two nights

It’s near to Puning Station, located near to 商品城（20min walking) near to 老二肠粉, this hotel do cater mahjong room for customer on Lvl 12 & 13, sometime they also allow them to play in their own room, you will hear them dragging their chair and slamming the door quite often, other than that the hotel also provide simple Chinese breakfast..and lastly they have a team of excellent customers service reception, that’s really a plus point for the hotel! Thank you very much for the service rendered! Kudos to the hotel who had such a great team!

There is a upgrading work of the road in front of hotel, so is kind of dusty and unexpected, but well this is not the hotel issue but just wanna highlight this to those who's gonna visit soon. Located near industrial area and away fr tourist attraction, bout 15-20mins walk to main street to find eateries.

酒店門口有一排停車位，後面小區裏面也有一個很大的停車場，停車完全無壓力。大堂很氣派，一進來就能感覺到當年是個四星或者五星的酒店。現在看來室內設施稍顯陳舊，不過也還是很好用。我這人對氣味比較敏感，連換了兩間房才讓我滿意，前台小美女態度始終的非常好。入住期間酒店管理也沒啥問題每次打掃都讓多給兩瓶礦泉水，工作人員也都非常痛快，不摳就讓人很有好感。連住了三天，期間多次和前台小美女溝通，都讓人感覺舒服，這個大大的好評。退房時候我丟棄兩件衣服在客房垃圾桶，傍晚的時候前台還給我打電話問我是不是遺漏兩件衣服在客房，讓人感動和舒心。整個酒店在服務方面做的很優秀，希望能保持下去，下次來普寧還會選擇這裏。

房間很好 衞生：這家酒店真是太棒了！從入住到離開，每一個細節都讓人印象深刻。房間寬敞明亮，傢俱擺設高雅舒適，讓人倍感温馨。床品和洗浴用品都非常高檔，讓人一躺下就不想起來了。酒店的位置也很好，離景點和商業區都很近，非常方便。服務人員的態度也非常好，讓人感到非常親切和舒適。總之，這是一家非常值得一試的酒店，我會極力推薦的！

We are a group of 16 families booked into this hotel. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. A welcome drink, Chinese tea, and Lo Hon Goa were provided to all guests at the lobby daily; we enjoyed the drink after a long day of traveling in Jiexi. Free laundry and dryer facilities were provided. I have traveled to many countries, and this is the first time I have experienced a hotel offering free self-service laundry. What I mean was, no coins required to use the washing machine. They were free to use. Good buffet breakfasts were provided. The three-person room had ample space. There was a blocked toilet issue, and they fixed it straight away. Highly recommended to everyone.

Will recommend to my colleagues! It's amonb the best places I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service.
