Huone oli hyvin puhdas, tilava ja oli kaikki tarvittavat täydellinen oleskelu. Aamiainen oli herkullinen ja keittiö oli hyvin ystävällinen tehdä minulle ruokaa palatsini mukaan. Tärkeintä, hotellin henkilöstö / tytöt edessä työpöydällä AMERIKKI! Ulkomaana he auttoivat minua paljon ja olivat hyvin kärsivällisia kysymyksistäni. Suosittelen erittäin jäädä Atour Hoteliin. Hän käy taas."

"Room is spacious and bed comfy. Just the pillows needs some improvement. Tv size quite small compared to Urcove Hyatt. Hairdryer is usable but heavy. Consider upgrade to Dyson look alike. Sauna and steam room in separate bathroom Indoor pool n gym Paid laundry Great view."

The Tianpeng Hotel provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to Jieyang will find that the Tianpeng Hotel is a fantastic accommodation choice. Traveling to the hotel is easy with Jieyangjichang Railway Station located approximately 500m away and Jieyang Chaoshan International Airport roughly 800m away. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is the usual choice for a large number of business travelers.
"Location: Great location, just next to the airport, but it is not really walkable to the airport. There was a back entrance at the Hotel but we are not sure if there's a side/back entrance to the airport as the main entrance is pretty far as we tried walked 5 minutes and still couldn't reach the airport main entrance and turned back to catch the free shuttle services. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the airport. Cleanliness: The room was spacious and clean. We stayed for a night and left wee hours in the morning, thus not sure about housekeeping. Service: Front desk staff was helpful but can't converse in English. Facilities: This is a typical business hotel. There were ashtray. Provide only basic toothbrush and toothpaste set, no shower cap. Only 2 power outlet, 1 at the desk and 1 next to the bed. The room is clean and spacious and the bed is comfy. Overall: We choose this hotel as it is near to the airport as we have an early morning flight to catch. We checked in late as we transferred from another hotel in Ancient City and only stayed 1 night."

"前台小姐姐小哥哥特別熱情，服務態度特別好。當時我們辦入住的時候房間還沒有收拾出來，前台小哥給我們升級了房型，還送了我們早餐，太驚喜了，早餐種類很多很好吃。前台漂亮的小姐姐在我們走的時候還追出來給我們送水，特別可愛啊！我媽特別滿意我訂的這個亞朵。早知道兩天都訂這裏了！環境也很好！下次還來！"

"I am used to stay in this Hotel because of its location and honestly last I stayed there it was four years ago . At that time I was little disappointed but after 4 years when I rebooked recently the Hotel but with different name so I didn’t know if it was the same, finally when I arrived at the hotel I found out that same hotel but renewed, it was completely a new brand Hotel . Hotel’s employees are more professional and helpful , clean and good breakfast to start the day."

"新開的酒店一切都是嶄新乾淨的，除了氣味有點大基本上沒啥問題（至少比煙味好多了），裝修現代簡約，傢俱智能齊全，空間寬敞舒適。離古城的景點也就兩三公里，打車非常方便，從飄窗也可以看到附近的一些古建築，視野開闊。小建議：肥皂用過後沒合適的地方放，為了使用與打掃方便換成洗手液會更好。"

Atour Hotel @ Puning gave us the best experience like our own home, the warm hospitality provided by front counter staff - excellent. They taking care of each checking in guests so detail that until they have prepared raincoat & mosquito repellent for our short visit to the villages. during our stay at Atour - we encounter raining day , when we go out (waiting for the hired car) the staff automatically passing us umbrellas. Atour also provide us with the free laundry - this free laundry not only provided machines and dryer, there always a staff that to assist you and take care of your laundry, when laundry completed - fold and put nicely into the laundry bag with your room number (some of them they even send it back to individual room). As a frequent traveler, hotel like Atour (Puning) should be a trend and this will be a winner for hotel service provider. Atour even have a library filled with many text books for our reading, all those books are very interesting cover many topic. Atour also provide a ” Tea session Place” for your convivence - which you would not be able to find elsewhere, I guessed after Atour, many other hotels might copy their concept as well.

酒店大廳很氣派，穹頂上都是鑽石燈，閃閃發光。 酒店樓層還是很高的，我們入住的是19樓，房間的裝飾很中式風，衞浴很大，床也比較大。我們孩子比較大了，需要加床，酒店加床節日需要180元。加床的服務員服務特別好，是一個有點年紀的男服務員，但是給人感覺很好，服務很熱情。

This hotel was just newly built last year. Their cleaniless, ambience, orange scented, their staff were very friendly and approachable. I was served by both Xiao Ting (小婷) & Xiao Yang (小杨), their service was prompt, warm and friendly. They even allowed me to delay my checkout timing as my high speed rail was in the late afternoon. The hotel room is clean, without weird odours, clean simple and minimalistic design. The bed and pillows provided allowed me to have a good peaceful rest. Toilet and shower room is well clean, provided orange scented bath gel, shampoo and hair conditioner. Free mineral water is also provided, tea bags and orange flavoured snacks. Wifi connection is strong. There are a lot of television channels to watch, the smart television is big and allowed me to connect my phone for a smart view. The room soundproofing is acceptable as well. Overall, this hotel is new, clean, and allowed me to rest well.

Pros: Room is clean n aircon works well. Bed is very comfy too. Location is good as it’s within a 20min radius to good food n some places of interest. The service from receptionists is excellent too as they are very prompt when request for amenities. Cons: Hot water in the shower barely could feel it. It’s hot season now so it’s still fine but if it’s the cooler season then this will be an issue as water. The housekeeping service, practically u needed tell her what u want her to do like change towels, change bedsheet, make bed etc if not, she will just clear the rubbish bin n top up shampoo, soap n water. Lastly, patrons were smoking in n out of the hotel n even along corridor at room level. Told the receptionist about it n she just smile even tho there are multiple signages at the public area in the hotel that show “no smoking in public area” n cigarette smell from the corridor, will be able to smell in room.

挺後悔前兩天住了其他酒店，沒早點看到巢滙，真的是沒有對比就沒有傷害。 房間：在網上看到酒店房間視頻還挺驚喜，挺像我去年在西藏拉薩住的房型，方正，廁所和淋浴分開，我比較敏感，對氣味、空間的能量很看重，這個酒店從進前台、走廊到房間，都沒異味和讓我不舒服，説明能量很好。 設施：床墊支撐力很好，我朋友腰椎不好，對床墊要求很高，也沒聽他説睡得不舒服。有超大投影儀、智能紗窗，日常洗漱用品準備得也很齊全：除了基本洗漱用的，還有針線包、女士皮筋和發貼、浴袍… 服務：酒店前台、阿姨等工作人員態度非常好，和藹可親 交通：酒店去揭陽古城、市政府、盧前夜市、榕江邊都非常方便，打個車或騎個共享電動車就能到附近的景點

安心又暖心 這次帶娃來普寧吃吃喝喝，入住星辰麗致酒店真的太省心了！從進門開始就感受到滿滿的誠意，前台小姐姐不僅禮貌熱情，辦理入住的速度也很快，全程耐心解答我們的問題，讓人特別安心。房間乾淨整潔，細節做得很到位。床品柔軟親膚，我們特意選了親子房型，空間寬敞，衞浴乾濕分離，還有專門的小童洗漱用品，細節滿滿，讓帶娃的我們省心不少。酒店的公共區域也很安全，走廊和電梯都有防滑設計，地理位置絕佳，離我們打卡的普寧大院、春滿園等美食店都很近，打車幾分鐘就到，帶娃出行毫無壓力。酒店正對面就是普寧國際服裝城，女兒“斥巨資”給全家人都買了衣服，皆大歡喜。這裏都是讓人放心的選擇，下次再來普寧，還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏！✨

The hotel is in the centre of Puning. The hotel room is spacious and clean but the hotel is kinda old and staff there are not well-trained even smoked during working on duty that was totally unexpected.

Staff were helpful and friendly, and always willing to answer questions. Location was a bit far from main points of interest; it was walkable but not a pleasant walk and shops nearby were not super interesting. There was a 24h convenience store across the street at least. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the hotel breakfast was decent. They advertise a fitness room but apparently it's been closed for a year so the entire floor is not available. Laundry is free but it's one single machine and with no instructions (but staff was able to help). The hallways smell like cigarettes/smoking and our first non smoking room had the smell too but it wasn't too much of an issue inside the rooms for the most part. Beds were comfy and there was enough privacy for a comfortable stay. The elevators did had an issue and they closed one and then both of the elevators for a short time when we were forced to use the stairs but I'm sure this is just an anomaly.
