"I highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer. I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. This really shows he still cares and puts customers in first place even when he is on leave. 👍 For our PIC, '晚風'."

"The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back."

"Really made a good choice staying here instead of Holiday In Express. As the hotel is just beside the ski resort. No need to wait for any buses just walk to ski resort, ski village and even the hot spring. This hotel is very worth it. As you stay comes with complimentary: 1) Mini Bar in room 2) Hot Spring Access 3) Ski lift access ( 2000rmb deposit) 4) Snow activities 5) Breakfast 6) Shuttle from Changbaishan West Railway Station 7) Water Park At night the whole village really feel like in the alps. One night is too less for us to enjoy everything. Had an amazing sleep. Got bathtub. Room is big and with a wide view of the ski area. Very nice 5 stars."

"This place is very cheap, and not too far from most attractions. You will need taxi though to go to the main attractions. The staff were helpful, and the little town was also interesting to explore."

"This was my first time visiting Harbin, and although I had read many reviews saying this resort was beautiful, I was still worried about transportation. I emailed the hotel in advance, and Coco kindly replied and even contacted me on WeChat to explain how to get there. She also arranged a private transfer from the railway station — such wonderful service! We were on our honeymoon, and Coco surprised us by upgrading our room to a very spacious suite. It was absolutely lovely, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. I loved it so much! When we arrived, Coco continued to help us with everything. She arranged transportation for our activities such as snowmobile, horse ridge, and feeding elk. Everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Since we were using an eSIM and didn’t have a Chinese phone number, Coco even helped register and generate the QR code we needed for visiting the hot springs at Club Med, feeding the deer, skiing, and driving the UTV. The service was truly outstanding. The resort itself is perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is a Burger King, a small town area with restaurants and convenience stores, and many beautiful photo spots. The breakfast restaurant is lovely, with a wide variety of food. All the staff were attentive and very friendly. I was genuinely impressed and absolutely loved my stay here. Highly recommended!"

"在入住兩天前，管家小魏就提前聯繫我了，其實住過很多酒店，接觸過很多酒店管家，但小魏是真的讓我感受到了24小時的高標準管家服務，特別貼心，能盡情吐槽能分享，詢問後給的建議都特別妥帖。 每天都及時分享長白山景區的開放情況。 下了飛機有接駁大巴，大概40分鐘左右到酒店，大巴開得非常穩。 在酒店大堂就能直擊長白山，酒店房間也是一直能看見長白山，還看到了粉色的日照金山。太幸福了！ 夜裡看到了冰稜子，還看到了漫天的星星，很很很被感動。 酒店有一個在一樓的室外泡池，不方便之處在於必須出去才能到泡池，不能直接從一樓室內步出，是一個專門的地方。泡池水温39.6度，個人需要更燙的温度哈哈哈，這個適合全年齡段。 但是泡出來非常冷，去的時候人少，裏面的桑拿沒有開，簡單的洗了澡。房間裏面非常暖和，大年三十也開到了晚上十點。 泡池的景色非常美，一定要去拍個照片。 酒店早餐在二樓，也能看到長白山，可以邊看早上的山邊吃。第一天麪條提前做好了，不願意現場最新的，感覺餛飩麪條都坨了；第二天是按照需要現場做的，放了好多蔬菜，辣椒油搭配好吃，雞湯的！ 早餐總體不錯的。 房間很大（對比瑞士出來的，更喜歡美憬閣），酒店在山上一點的位置，接駁車方便，10分鐘一班，第一站上車，5-10分鐘直達雪場。 雪場適合入門，太喜歡了，學不夠！孩子三小時從零基礎到順利平行式，太開心了，我是兩天學會了半犁式。 酒店附近有小時候人蔘雞，連刷兩次，太好吃了，天麻人蔘。很推薦！！！直接來車接車送。可以讓管家幫忙預約和聯繫。離開了還麻煩管家幫我預訂了餐。 入住時贈送了蜂蜜瓶，好有創意，直接自己加水，孩子特別喜歡！ 不足之處：花了鉅款1398r提前預訂了年夜飯，真的很很很很難吃，孩子沒怎麼吃，就主要吃了點水餃和水果……還不如給準備個高價火鍋…（最主要來之前銷售説出了酒店沒地方再吃年夜飯，來之後瞭解到其實有少數店家開門的，感覺也被愚弄了，不好吃就更不開心了）。但年夜飯的服務人員態度都特別好，銷售瞭解到之後也幫我溝通了，還是感謝的（純粹不好吃，不針對任何服務人員） 房間有大浴缸，竟然還準備了精油球，很貼心！ 總體離開之後念念不忘，感覺不該換酒店的，每天滑雪完很累了，收拾行李更累了…非常推薦入住！！！再次感謝管家小魏23點多還回我消息幫我解決要求，特別感動！"

"Impression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅."

"Overall, our stay was excellent. We experienced a minor issue at the beginning due to a language barrier. The package stated that free ski access was included daily, but we were initially informed it was only valid once. Fortunately, this was quickly resolved, and we received exactly what was published: free ski access throughout our 3-night stay, daily breakfast and dinner, and one rafting experience which was fantastic value. What truly stood out was the level of assistance from the staff (Emily, Sunny and Ada). As someone who relies heavily on Google Translate to communicate in Mandarin, I really appreciated how patient, helpful, and supportive they were throughout our stay. They assisted us every step of the way. Highly recommended."

"❄️ The hotel is not the most convenient choice for families with young children or for less experienced skiers, as it is located away from the city centre. Guests always need to rely on shuttles or taxis to get around. The city centre is also where the hot springs, water park, and the snow and ice attractions are located, so unfortunately a lot of time is wasted in transport. 🚐 Shuttle service is a clear area for improvement. The frequency is limited, and we often had to wait quite a while—sometimes missing two full shuttles before being able to board. Increasing the number of shuttles would make a big difference. 🎿 Ski passes are flexible: they can be used on any day, including check-in and check-out days. Usage is limited to once per night, and you can choose either daytime or nighttime skiing—but not both on the same day. However, you don’t need to use them on consecutive days, which gives families more freedom to plan rest days. 🏠 On the positive side, the room was spacious and well equipped. The bar, fitness area, ping-pong room, and yoga room were all enjoyable and added variety to the stay. Breakfast is also quite varied and good."
