"春節帶家人過年，50平方的園景房間很大氣寬敞，房間內可以泡温泉，中式沙發帶台桌，有當地特產飲料和水果小點心，房間暖氣足很暖。負一層有公共湯池和熱炕，服務態度很好。除夕可以訂餐，送餃子。遠離城市鞭炮喧嘩，空氣好肅靜。三公里左右有關門山景區，可以走走跑跑。早餐樣式比較豐富。總之家裡人比較滿意。"

"The location is super nice between the mountains. Very quiet location. The hotel itself is quite old. The maintenance and cleaning service could be better. The restaurant on the 1F is very good."

"We absolutely loved our time in Benxi. As others have stated, Eric was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us, even on his days off. I felt so bad but he made arrangements and translated for us when needed. He took us on a hike and showed us the area. The hotel was beautiful and the amenities were great. It's a little confusing on the booking but you can use the hotsprings and pools the whole time you are there, not just one day. They have lots of fresh fruit and drinks to eat for free too. Breakfast was great and so was dinner. The only downside was the trash that the construction workers left on the hillside and we found some mold behind the heavy curtains in our room. I left my medicine at the hotel when we left and Eric sent it express so I got it the next day in shenyang. He was so helpful and kept checking in. We are so grateful for him especially. We will absolutely return."

"湯溝温泉度假，比較一番最終選擇楓述酒店，僅此一家有小童娛樂泳池設施，孩子玩得開心；大人泡池有室內室外，比較喜歡室外，空氣好，風景美；二樓還有汗蒸房間、榻榻米休息場所。除此之外酒店服務周到貼心，酒店管理人員素質高，照顧幼兒休息給予免費延遲退房，讓此次度假甚感温暖！還要誇一下餐廳飲食，套餐性價比高，6菜一湯一湯盆米飯88元，超值！浴區平價超市價格公道。總之，楓述温泉酒店是不錯的選擇。"

"房間佈置得很温馨，有情調。有床有榻榻米，能躺還能坐着聊天放行李，屋裡還有冰箱，夏天可以冰點水喝。最重要的是很乾凈，還是寵物友好。老闆和管家也都特別熱情 服務周到。樓下有園區食堂，秒殺外面一條街的所有飯店。地理位置也很好，離綠石谷，觀山湖，關門山都很近，開車很方便。樓下園區有停車場，10塊錢一天。這個價位能住到這種民宿很開心，以後來了還會繼續光顧。"

"服務：提出需求能給予積極溝通，問題能得到積極響應。前台、客房、大堂、泳池、餐廳及主管的服務可以給5分。每日水果供應及時。 環境：獨棟別墅，環境優美。 衞生：榻榻米上不乾淨，上面有一些不知道是油漬還是什麼，反正就是不太乾淨。屋裡呢，也是有蒼蠅，我們又找工作人員過來打蒼蠅。 設施： 1.使用熱水非常不方便，需要泡池一直放熱水，淋浴這邊才有熱水，而且淋浴這邊的熱水還不可以調整水温。 2.庭院的推拉門門栓不合理，在小門上面，從裏面、外面都能打開，這樣就造成了安全隱患，我們晚上11點被人從外面打開小門，進入院子。拍拉我們卧室房門把我們驚醒！據工作人員反饋是隔壁屋走錯了。 3.迷你吧裏啥也沒有，包括冰箱。 4.晚餐衹有自助烤串，或提前3小時預約鐵板燒。否則需開車3分鐘到花溪沐餐廳單點。"

"帶小孩，老闆貼心給安排了無煙房！位置就在湯溝盡頭的公寓，很好找！停車場很大。一宿收費十元。 房間內就可以泡温泉！觀山景！離綠石谷走路十來分鐘！空氣新鮮！雲霧環繞！ 吃飯園區早中晚有食堂。起來晚了沒去上。周邊飯店很多。晚餐在園區門口吃的！非常好吃！烤羊腿棒！串也好吃！還買了煙花放！非常滿意！以後再來還定這家！"
