"It's located 1km away fr the bus station. It's a bit tough to get to the hotel on foot if you are dragging along a big luggage. It's easy to get a ride hailing from the hotel. We had problem on the electric power on off initially, the front desk quickly sent someone to attend on it. The breakfast has many variety to choose from. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here."

"春節帶家人過年，50平方的園景房間很大氣寬敞，房間內可以泡温泉，中式沙發帶台桌，有當地特產飲料和水果小點心，房間暖氣足很暖。負一層有公共湯池和熱炕，服務態度很好。除夕可以訂餐，送餃子。遠離城市鞭炮喧嘩，空氣好肅靜。三公里左右有關門山景區，可以走走跑跑。早餐樣式比較豐富。總之家裡人比較滿意。"

"房間温馨乾淨，地熱暖和，早餐中西結合免費，午餐晚餐很便宜（聽説廚師是那一片最好的），品種繁多上檔次，私湯温泉大氣典雅。還備有能量小食禮盒:飲料和餅乾。特別服務人員熱心，老闆特別好！"

"房間面積很大，衞生條件乾淨，裝修風格比較現代化，晚上在院子裏坐着聊天很舒服愜意，有停車場，裏房間非常近，拿東西非常方便。但是想提個意見，我們正在從房間往車上一趟趟裝行李的功夫，服務員就進去開始換床單、打掃衞生，這點顯得不夠專業，顧客的感覺不太好，希望改進一下，等客人還了鑰匙再做，不差那幾分鐘。"

"The location is super nice between the mountains. Very quiet location. The hotel itself is quite old. The maintenance and cleaning service could be better. The restaurant on the 1F is very good."

"We absolutely loved our time in Benxi. As others have stated, Eric was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us, even on his days off. I felt so bad but he made arrangements and translated for us when needed. He took us on a hike and showed us the area. The hotel was beautiful and the amenities were great. It's a little confusing on the booking but you can use the hotsprings and pools the whole time you are there, not just one day. They have lots of fresh fruit and drinks to eat for free too. Breakfast was great and so was dinner. The only downside was the trash that the construction workers left on the hillside and we found some mold behind the heavy curtains in our room. I left my medicine at the hotel when we left and Eric sent it express so I got it the next day in shenyang. He was so helpful and kept checking in. We are so grateful for him especially. We will absolutely return."

"這個酒店在小市一莊裡麪，房間出去就是荷花池等各種景觀，非常方便，孩子也很高興。但是訂酒店贈送小市一莊的門票，辦理入住當天，我們跟門口服務員詢問怎麼入園，讓我們找窗口，窗口一個穿黑衣服的大姐讓服務員帶我們去辦理入住，辦完入住一進房間，上個客人退房的還沒打掃，我説你給我換個打掃完的，服務員説沒有，讓我們等着。行，那就等着吧。下午我們出園區去水洞玩，不知道怎麼出園區，回來需要什麼憑證入園，我們就去入口問，服務員頭都不抬，就在那搓她那胳膊，説上那邊，我們又去她説的那邊問窗口，窗口那黑衣服大姐一指説去那邊，又給我們支回服務員那邊，我們就又去問那搓胳膊服務員，最後我説你們什麼態度，踢皮球呢，才有個服務員讓我們出園區，整個園區玩的項目挺多的，夜景也很好看，但感覺管理混亂。"

"房間還行，面積還行，畢竟價格也不便宜，衞生間很大，屋裡兩個床符合需要，但是隔音較差，樓層低，衞生間水流不大，衞生也就還行吧，床鋪舒適度也一般，枕頭很不舒服，早上五六點連大人帶小孩被結婚的鞭炮嚇醒，九點，孩子再一次被樓下結婚的鞭炮嚇哭，不能説阻止你們酒店接婚宴，但是也麻煩考慮一下六百多住一宿顧客的心情和體驗。"

"設施：設施齊全，沒注意介紹但是應該是剛裝修不久的 風格也很温馨 親子或者情侶來都不錯 ，有冰箱，最主要這個投影👍 超級大 衞生：入住時打掃的都很乾凈 特意看了床單和池子 很乾凈 環境：溪谷壹號裏的民宿 小區不算新了 位置就在綠石谷景區門口不遠 服務：大哥加微信自助入住 電視有會員 有問題也給答疑 寵物友好！！！！！"
