"My wife, daughter and I stayed at Longemont Animal World Hotel with three children aged 3-8 for 6 nights. We were deeply impressed by the enthusiasm and professional service of the hotel staff, especially Ms. Guo Yaping, who answered all our questions and provided us with warm and high-quality services. She helped us a lot and solved the practical issues that we have encountered during our stay. Ms. Jiang Xueli cleaned our room carefully every day, making us feel at home. "原本衹是作為過路酒店沒抱期待，然而體驗確實超出預期。 剛入住因停車及行李車問題心生反感，大堂的一位年輕女性負責人妥善及時地做了處理，態度友善親和力強，房間升級到了親子房，是個小黃鴨主題大開間，小朋友比較喜歡，美中不足是沙發和地毯的清潔問題以及其中一塊玻璃爆裂痕跡，擔心產生安全隱患沒讓小朋友靠近，一晚就懶得再換房了。 退房時，亦是停車問題，進場沒掃到導致車輛第一次沒開出，另一位前台女性人員陪同過去停車場解決的，還送了離店伴手禮，態度真誠得體且到位，總體比較滿意，更值得誇讚的是女性在職場中認真負責的敬業態度，全五星好評給兩位職場女性。"

"It was an amazing trip. Unforgettable memories with this place. Hotel was nice. Tbh gor the 5 star hotel can be little bit better, for example no mini bar at room , more bathing stuff (coat). But generally it’s nice . The room was really nice and clean. View from the room relaxing and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and kind. They gave some gifts to my son because it was his birthday."

"We are a family of 3 who stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel has a penguin enclosure at its lobby and is a favourite for kids. There are also kids' train rides and car rides at the lobby. Our room had a good view of the old town and fireworks at night. But aside from these, the hotel does not match up to its title of a 5-star hotel. - There was no warm welcome or good service during our stay. - The curtains are not black-out curtains, so you will get woken up by the brightness outside at 5am. - The lifts and carpets at the corridor are often dirty and not cleaned well. Not just litter, but large chunks of dust. - Cleaning of our room the next day made it even more dirty. The cleaner just brings the dust of one room into another room. Highly suggest for the hotel to change the type of mop/ broom used. - The restaurant where we had breakfast does not provide fork and knife and said they do not have these cutlery when we requested for it. They only have chopsticks and porcelain spoons. This shows that they are not ready for international tourists."

"Massive hotel with really a lot of rooms, dedicated to mass tourism in the nearby entertainment area. Location is more quiet than other Hotels in the area. Room was nice and quite clean. Public areas starts to show wearing due to high presence. A couple of broken glass on the balcony (on very high floor) in the vaste breakfast area. Talking about breakfast, feeling was not good at all. Too many people, organized but chaotic and personnel always on the run that can’t follow your request properly. Public areas are ok, many shops, but few entertainments. Honestly, considering that other hotels are even worse, next time will be just a daily trip."

"Amazing stay. House staff is excellent in offering an impeccable service without being too intrusive. Food choice and taste is also simple and very nice. A truly unique and magical experience if you like quiet and slow life, moments spent here will become nice memories."

"It was overall a pleasant stay in this very new hotel. Especially the housekeeping staff was really friendly. Room was very clean. Checking in and out was fast. Downside is that the construction of this hotel is not ready so there is currently no gym/spa available. One practical suggestion: the hotel should attach the safety deposit box to the wall. Also I wonder if spinkler system is in use in this hotel? I did not see sprinklers in my room. I wish this hotel will do well and finish the construction work soon. I think I might come back if the gym/spa is available next time because the room was very spacious and nice."

"整體入住都比較滿意，假期出遊，入住人多但是辦理速度快，提前加了管家的微信響應速度較快，有這麼需求可以跟直接跟管家溝通。作為親子酒店，孩子的體驗也很重要，大廳娛樂項目也不少，有節目表演，還有電視播放貓和老鼠，孩子也很喜歡，距離冰雪世界/動物園/大馬戲團近，去演藝城，門口隨時可以叫到車，也很方便。"

"📍地理位置：距離上海2小時車程，一腳油門到達避免舟車勞頓； 🏕️莊園環境：每間都是獨門獨院的帳篷式別墅，結合周圍環境設立了獨一無二的小巧思，比如我們入住的璇璣，院子裏有一顆高大的樹，樹上掛了一個户外吊椅。莊園是封閉式運營，內部有大草坪、沙坑、散步道，小朋友自由活動不用擔心安全問題。 🏡裝修風格：室內設計令人驚歎，璇璣有100平米，卧室、客廳和洗手間分屬三個相通的帳篷，以帷幔相隔。室內軟裝既有法式浪漫，又有美式撞色，還有肯尼亞的原始風。室內各種設備都是頂級配置，包括：VR眼鏡、玫瑰香薰機、藍牙音箱、移動智能屏、立式吹風機…… ☎️管家服務：入住前一天拉了管家羣，八個管家陣仗驚人。check-in時，管家先帶領我們環遊了一圈莊園，介紹莊園一共有20多個服務人員，結合300多畝的莊園一共衹有9間客房，基本實現了1:1人員配置。我們週六中午抵達，衹見房間的私人管家慶文在對我們房間仔細地整理和檢查。整個入住時間，溝通也非常順暢，幾乎分秒必回。在房間裏的備品需求得到充分滿足，出門徒步走到最後走累了管家還派車來接。這次是專門來過生日，管家安排了氣球等生日佈置，晚餐後還贈送了一個小蛋糕。 活動體驗：莊園活動有限，但兩天一夜已經綽綽有餘。第一天下午我們先按照莊園推薦的線路徒步了兩三個小時（一路都有路牌指引，私家線路幾乎沒有遊客，中途可進入八度芥景區欣賞銀杏大道），晚上品嚐了提前一天預訂好的中餐（280/人），散會兒步後到大堂點雞尾酒；第二天早上送餐入户，餐後就在莊園自由活動，製作無患子手串、抄經、讀書……"
