"It was an amazing trip. Unforgettable memories with this place. Hotel was nice. Tbh gor the 5 star hotel can be little bit better, for example no mini bar at room , more bathing stuff (coat). But generally it’s nice . The room was really nice and clean. View from the room relaxing and beautiful.

"The staff was really nice and polite. The bedroom was clean.
The location is amazing, close to the old town and easy to go watch the fireworks at night, it's a must see.
The tickets show that we got staying at the hotel was nice and fun. Worth to watch.
The only weird thing was that at early morning a lady open our door room to give us some water. Was polite but weird to get somebody trying to get to your room with you there."

"We are a family of 3 who stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel has a penguin enclosure at its lobby and is a favourite for kids. There are also kids' train rides and car rides at the lobby. Our room had a good view of the old town and fireworks at night. But aside from these, the hotel does not match up to its title of a 5-star hotel.
- There was no warm welcome or good service during our stay.
- The curtains are not black-out curtains, so you will get woken up by the brightness outside at 5am.
- The lifts and carpets at the corridor are often dirty and not cleaned well. Not just litter, but large chunks of dust.
- Cleaning of our room the next day made it even more dirty. The cleaner just brings the dust of one room into another room. Highly suggest for the hotel to change the type of mop/ broom used.
- The restaurant where we had breakfast does not provide fork and knife and said they do not have these cutlery when we requested for it. They only have chopsticks and porcelain spoons. This shows that they are not ready for international tourists."

Location is more quiet than other Hotels in the area.
Room was nice and quite clean. Public areas starts to show wearing due to high presence. A couple of broken glass on the balcony (on very high floor) in the vaste breakfast area. Talking about breakfast, feeling was not good at all. Too many people, organized but chaotic and personnel always on the run that can’t follow your request properly. Public areas are ok, many shops, but few entertainments. Honestly, considering that other hotels are even worse, next time will be just a daily trip."

"這次出差住的這家酒店，本來衹當是個落腳的地方，沒想到被兩個小細節狠狠圈粉了。💪 健身房：不止是器材，更是貼心健身房不算大，但勝在乾淨、敞亮。落地窗外是城市街景，運動的時候看着車水馬龍，反而有種抽離感。器材是新的，跑步機、動感單車都有，鏡面牆讓空間顯得更開闊。最戳人的是，角落的小櫃子裏備了礦泉水，旁邊還放着熨衣板和熨斗——跑完步出一身汗，直接把皺巴巴的襯衫熨平，第二天見客户也體面，這點真的太懂商務人士了。 自助洗衣房，長途出行的救星洗衣房就在樓層裏，不用跑老遠，這點就贏了。三台洗烘一體機，操作面板上的提示很清楚，我把攢了兩天的襯衫、襪子一股腦塞進去，一小時後就是乾爽平整的乾淨衣服，對於要連軸轉好幾天的出差狗來説，這簡直是續命神器。"

VVieraskäyttäjä必須五星好評👏週末兩天帶家人和小狗來玩水，住的這家民宿,不收狗狗清潔費，房間非常敞亮乾淨。老闆一家人都好熱情，我們從上海出發時就電話我們，説快到時提前告訴他一下，天太熱，他會提前把空調給我們開開，太暖心了吧。快到時，遠遠就看到老闆在門口等着引導我們停車，幫我們拿行李，去漂流的話還會開介紹信減些門票費用。我特別喜歡院子的設計風格，一大早帶狗狗到草坪上玩，小狗直接撒歡兒開跑，小狗也給老闆打好評哈哈

VVieraskäyttäjä非常漂亮能拍八百張照片的山裡民宿。除了早餐選擇比較少。其他沒啥挑剔。從整體規劃到房間設計到老闆娘服務人員的服務都沒話説。推薦了很多朋友來。適合發呆拍照享受山裡的時光。這次來碰上端午節下雨，不然離民宿不遠處有一個寺廟，連接的小溪棧道散步超級超級治癒！下次有機會再來

The family run the place in just a lovely way, they're welcoming and friendly. Breakfast, lunch, dinner all home cooked with locally sourced ingredients, really great and tasty! 房間不算太大，但非常乾淨整潔，有陽台，一樓房間有庭院。寵物友好，非常適合我們養狗的家庭。
酒店屬於淡季，人不多，價格也相對便宜很多。但早餐相對還是豐富，沒有因為住客少就減少了早餐的種類，這一點超越很多做季候性的景區酒店。
服務非常好，十分親切，賓至如歸。有什麼問題都是馬上解決，儘量滿足。特別感謝主管周舟，一直在想我們所想。

VVieraskäyttäjäThe hotel is clean,receptionist is very friendly and good.Comfortable bed,no complains except the tv only shows Chinese channels which is no problem but I wish they at least had English subtitles,their breakfast is not really suitable for breakfast it’s heavy chinese food like rice etc.Hotels should know that a foreigner can come lodge a room and cater to them,I wish they made English breakfast as well.Also the water in the shower comes out little by little and the AC isn’t cold..

What worked: Great bed, the room is comfortable and pretty, fab bathtub, service is excellent, very pet friendly, great pool (though we couldn't use it, too cold), nice amenities in general, good food
Downside: There is only issue, but a significant one. While the hotel has fantastic grounds and design, it is surrounded by factories. You can see them from the window and the pool. It really kills the vibe and is a bit noisy. But I suppose there is not much they can do about it.
