The receptionist in charge spoke English well and helped clarify several misunderstandings regarding the hotel policy, as one point differed from what was stated on the Trip.com page (regarding the number of guests). Unfortunately, the stove in the kitchen did not work when we arrived, and the staff mentioned that it was not intended for use by default, which was quite disappointing. However, the staff’s polite and courteous behavior toward us was an excellent point that helped compensate for these shortcomings. Also, the location was very convenient, as it was close to Daiso, a bus stop, and a train station.

The pics of the photo are accurate and really nice. I’m glad I took the one with the sea view even though it was a smaller room. Paid a little extra as son was staying with us and was expecting him to sleep on the sofa but they provided a foldable mattress. The hotel staff (day to evening, sorry didn’t ask your name) was extremely helpful, giving us advise and recommendation on where to go as well as places to eat (ate two of them was super yummy). Did I mention again the view was good? Located near the cultural villages and even has a spa connected to the hotel. I think it would be perfect if I manage to get the larger room with a view. If go to busan again will definitely consider staying again.

We are family of three with 6 year old kid, stayed at NEWCZ Centum for 3 nights. Staffs are welcoming and offered us a free room upgrade to the room with nice view. Room is spacious, has separate dinning room and it has very interesting second level to kids to play or for the guest who prefer to sleep in Tatami style bed. Location is quite convenience, a few mins walk from train station and shopping mall (which has one of famous Jijimba for both tourists and locals - Spa Land Shinsegae. We enjoyed our stay, especially our little one who love to play hide and seek been very busy climbing upstairs and downstairs to Hide. Would love to stay here again if we visit to the same are next time.

Located at a strategic location , nearby Haeundae Beach Lots of f&b nearby, walking distance as well Hotel is clean and staff are friendly Only downside is the room be extremely stuffy at times as the air conditioning does not work. The staff accommodated me with a portable AC/Fan to help with the situation. Other than that, overall no other complaints.

Booked this hotel as part of a surprise trip for my husbands 40th birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic! Great location, just a 15 minute walk from the subway; and the views from the room were phenomenal! I booked a deluxe ocean view room which was a really good size and had everything we needed (including a fancy japanese style toilet). We didn't have a chance to try out the restaurant but did visit the cafe on the top floor which was lovely and had some great views over Yeongdo island and Busan. The staff were very helpful and friendly and check-in/check-out were quick and easy. We would absolutely stay here again and have already been looking at when we can next visit!

Spacious room with washing machine and fully-equipped kitchen but cooking is not allowed which is weird. Apart from check-in everything is self-service, including making requests for housekeeping every time you need it. Also you won't be receiving a physical room key, just a QR code printed on paper or accessible on a dedicated website (so you need to make sure you have good mobile coverage even in the lift as you'll need the code to get to your floor). Not all staff are proficient in English so it was a bit difficult to communicate with them. And their self-service system requires guests to communicate with staff through kakao talk so it was not that user-friendly to foreign guests.

Very centrally located, easy to find building. But surprised to see no reception. All the details are delivered by email/messages or calls when needed. Fun to have night market right outside the building.

Nice hotel conveniently located in the city surrounded by lots of nice restaurants and cafes Opposite the hotel is a 3 storey high Daiso and walk down the street to the end (about 5mins walks) is the Haeundae Traditional Market that sells plenty of local delights. If you need to travel to another city bus, the Intercity Bus Terminal is just behind the hotel. It's about 3-5mins walk. The staff are friendly and helpful and there's a convenient store right below the hotel I will definitely stay at Ramada Encore if I visit Haeundae. Will stay more days at the hotel. Location and view are amazing, unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviews in relation to everything else. The hotel did not serve breakfast despite the website saying so, and the room and general areas are worn down or just not even finished. The room appeared to be half decorated. Also to note, the windows on the higher floors have no security locks and swig wide open…I was solo travelling but would not have felt safe if kids were in the room. The toilet flush didn’t work, the bathroom smelled strong of sewerage and the aircon also didn’t work at all. The lady at the front desk tried her best, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want to relax in Busan, there are far better places within the same price range.
