"Met by 小杰 at the East gate ticketing hall. He escorted me to the hotel carrying my luggage. Along the way, he gave an overall first hand information on the Miao village. Upon arrival , a hot drink was offered as it was very cold outside. 小兴briefed me on the places of interest, activities of the village and how to move around with the help of the shuttle bus. All the 小哥哥,小姐姐 are super nice, well versed at their works besides delivering their jobs professionally. The selling point of this hotel is the location; just a bit below the viewing platform, the view is superb. You don't need to rub shoulders with other tourists but you have the view to yourself. Thanks to 小杰, 小兴, 小丽 and another 小哥(whom I don't know his name) for their 5-star service rendered to me during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit the Miao village."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!"

"Very nice room and great view of the village from the room , I think this room type on the 5th floor (highest floor here, No. 501) is the best room and view of this hotel. Amenities is good. Toilet is smart toilet, we get the welcome fresh fruit in the room, staff is so friendly and helpful to travel in this village , we are so impress to stay here , only 1 thing is the weak point for us is breakfast is too basic (noodle and porridge) but overall is good and next time I need to back to stay here more To reach to this village, you should go to the north gate and take the bus after buying tickets to the village, then walk to the bridge No. 6 about 200 m. Then the staff of the hotel will help you to carry luggages to the your room but on check out date, he will bring your luggages to the bus station directly ^^"

"Varasimme huoneen ilman aamiaista 4 yöksi mutta yllätimme saapumisen, kun bonus ilmainen aamiainen kahdelle oli sisällytetty huoneen varaukseen. Meille annettiin lippuja yösyötäväksi kahden viime päivän makuun. Huoneen koko on suuri ja erittäin mukava. Uima-allas kuten pullollinen juomavettä, kahvia, teetä, sähköketeliä, hammasharjaa, hiustenlähtöä ja kylpy geeli toimitetaan päivittäin ilmaiseksi. Huoneessa on myös sähkökuivaaja vieraille kuivaamaan pesät vaatteet. Hotelli sijaitsee hieman kaupungin keskustaan, mutta ympäri matka on tuuli, koska on runsaasti julkisia takseja ja ajo-hailing autoja. Hotelli on erittäin helppoa, ja vieraiden vastaanottajat ovat aina valmiita antamaan sinulle tietoja, joita tarvitset, kun pääset ympäri ja sijoituspaikoille."

"The family host is very nice , a bit straight forward but sincere.They keep asking why I did not wake up early to have their local home-made breakfast😳. The father ( I supposed ) pick you up at the ”small north gate ” which is about 1.5 km from the north main gate ( where you buy the admission and the tourist bus ticket ) and take your luggage to the hotel.. lucky me. The hotel location is excellent ..up to the hill , so you need to walk up stairs say around 10 floor building high. The road was not smooth. But once you check in to the room, you will get amazing view thru out the village from the mountain.The room is spacious, extra clean and well decorated. Very happy stay , I almost don't wanna go around just wanna sit back and relax at the balcony."

"自己來這邊出差，正好路過西江千户苗寨。想來看一眼網上火爆的萬家燈火到底有多美 剛好刷到這家新上新的民宿 非常榮幸當第一位點評者！先點評一下老闆 非常的熱情 從沒有到苗寨的時候就已經告知了路線 可以減少走很多冤枉的路 到了之後還來幫我拿了行李箱 接到房間之後更是熱心的介紹了很多遊玩攻略和美食，味道都不錯沒有踩雷，如果是自行遊玩沒有攻略的話 肯定會走很多回頭路 畢竟這邊想要領略少數民族的風情都是要爬到山上去的 古藏頭都在山頂上！還碰到本地村民辦喜事 又見識到了少數民族的風情。非常感謝老闆的熱情介紹。房間乾淨衞生 觀景效果非常好 去過一次觀景台 對比之下 房間的景觀更全面 正對着白水河 離步行街和乘車點都很方便 出行非常便利 。這次出差時間比較緊 如果時間充足在這邊多住幾天是非常舒適的，氣温合適 空氣新鮮 。下次有機會也會帶家人出行 這家民宿將是我的第一選擇👍👍👍"

"Upon arrival at Kailinan Station, the PIC of Leili sent someone to pick us up. She even recommended us places to go and to dine in Kaili during the short drive. To our surprise, all the staff of Leili are female! Wow, it was all girls power and we were so impressed of how well they have managed the homestay! The homestay is artistically designed and decorated,the ambience is so cozy, the rooms are so new and clean. Not forgetting, the staff are so enthusiastic and kind to share us some information about Kaili. The homestay even provided us with welcome afternoon tea sets which serves their local tea and midnight dessert (green bean soup). We just feel so home staying in Leili. =)"
