"Strategic location, old folks friendly as not much stairs to walk up/down between the shuttle bus station and the homestay. There're a few neighbouring restaurants that can dine in while enjoying the sunset although a bit pricey considering the food portions served. The interior deco and digitalised amenities make it feels like staying in hotel instead of homestay. Sound proofing is acceptable for us and no complaint as all on cleanliness. The young owners are friendly and contacted us for necessary arrangement prior to the stay. Do not hesitate to stay here."

"Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the boss himself — a genuinely kind and thoughtful man. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. Later, he informed us that if we wished to visit the city center where the Miao Village is located, they could easily arrange a ride for us, and we could simply message them anytime for a return trip. He even reminded us to double-check their contact number to ensure we could always reach them.
At the lobby, fresh fruits and tea were prepared for guests — a lovely and thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. Although the boss humbly mentioned he isn’t a true tea connoisseur, he still took the effort to serve us sincerely and warmly.
When it was time to check out, as our car was waiting, the boss personally came over to make sure we had water for the journey. He kindly offered bottled water and even wanted to give more, but we gratefully accepted two — already more than enough.
The hotel itself is spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. But what truly makes this place special is the warmth and sincerity of the boss. Highly recommended."

"If I could give these people 100 stars, I would! We were super lost at first, but we gave them a call and they met us across the bridge and helped us carry our bags up the steep hill, and then up the multiple floors of the hotel. The two men at the front desk went above and beyond to help us out — we accidentally left a phone on the train on the way to Xijiang, and we couldn't contact the train company because we're international travelers who are not fluent in Mandarin. They helped us contact 12306, file a lost item report, coordinate with the train company, and arranged for a courier to bring the phone from the train station to the village. We got the phone back in less than 24 hours! They were also helpful with local recommendations, and overall very patient with my intermediate level Mandarin. Very lively location, right above bridge #1. The room was comfortable and clean, and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Also, they have a very cute, sleepy cat ＜3"

"The view from this Guesthouse was fantastic, the stairs to get to the Guesthouse a little difficult. If you are elderly or not fit maybe consider staying somewhere lower. In saying that the host was very helpful and carrying our bags up for us and he was very friendly and accommodating.  The town itself has become quite commercialised but it is still beautiful to see the architecture and go for a hike into the rice terraces. "

超愛的一家民宿😍滿意的不得了！！！
前面都是貓貓圖了 後面有酒店的圖片呢
老闆人很好，因為不太熟悉路，問了老闆很多的問題都詳細解答了，也幫我們約了從高鐵到苗寨的司機，到了苗寨裏也有阿叔幫忙領行李上樓👍在這裏的三天時間也推薦了我們很多美食和好玩的地方玩，一點雷都沒有踩！
酒店很乾凈，設施也很齊全很智能，舒適度拉滿了，和網上很多的住宿體驗形成鮮明的對比，逛累了晚上回來泡泡澡，上床看個電影實在是不要太舒服😋
民宿裏有很多貓貓，每衹都可愛得很，要是再住多兩天我的相機內存卡都要爆啦 貓貓都很親人，不兇，小房間也很乾凈，最愛粘人的老四了🥹
這家民宿是我住過最好的民宿之一啦，給我的旅途增添了很多驚喜和歡樂，回到自己的城市以後充滿了戒斷情緒hhh以至於自己也去買了一衹可愛的布偶妹妹回家🙈希望山裡有喵能越做越好啦，苗寨的風景很好，民宿的喵喵很可愛，民宿的老闆很熱情，希望不要太久我還會再來這個有趣的地方玩耍✨

喺Trip.com偶然發現呢一間民宿，傢俬配件色系吸引咗我，所以果斷訂咗，然而因為要去千戶苗寨影相，所以到晚上先可以check-in，酒店服務人員晏晝出嚟將我D行李接返酒店，一直等到我夜晚嚟攞房咭，真係好貼心👍👍房間對住出邊嘅景真係好靚，如果夏天應該更加舒服😌唯一美中不足欠缺一個早餐😜😜前臺小哥哥也很有耐性地給我們介紹，因為這個酒店是新開嘅，廚房仲整緊，未來嘅日子設施將會更完善，亦都同我哋介紹呢個酒店嘅老闆我有Taste所以好多謝我哋咁多客人都鍾意佢哋嘅傢俬，仲可以搵佢哋預訂，我真係超鍾意佢哋嘅梳化😎😎雖然喺呢間民宿逗留嘅時間唔係好長，但我下次再去苗寨嘅時候一定會再煮多次想試埋佢有浴缸嘅房，佢哋嘅浴缸仲要係砌出嚟，

Great location overlooking the entire village. It's also quite at outskirts of the village, so after a couple of minutes hiking upwards, you're in the midst of the rice terraces, which is also a lovely experience for those who wish to be out of the busy and touristy atmosphere. Services provided were great. We got a free upgrade to a bigger and better room. I can highly recommend this place.

The hotel is located mid-hill with panoramic views as seen in my photos. Room was clean and service is friendly, there is a porter who helped to carry our luggage from the observation deck to the hotel after the shuttle dropped us off. The family room is very large with three partitions: kids room, parents room and a small living area with sofa and writing desk.
They also provide washing machine and dryer for self service. The aircon in the room provides both heating and cooling function which is very useful for cold nights on the mountain.
To get to the village Main Street where all the performances, restaurants and attractions are, you will need to climb down the hill and back up again to return. Hence it’s not advisable for those with very young children or old people with mobility issues to stay here.

住宿的便利性也遠超預期。酒店下樓就是景區內的古街街市，白天逛累了能隨時回房休息，晚上想嘗當地小吃、買特色手信，下樓幾步路就能搞定，完全不用繞路。更值得一提的是酒店的頂樓大露台，這裡能“上房揭瓦”拍照，站在露台上就能俯瞰苗寨夜景、尤其是傍晚時分，夕陽灑在瓦檐上，隨便一拍都是氛圍感滿滿的大片，可以租服裝回酒店拍😁，下午還有民族表演，很有特色，去看錶演也很方便，邊逛邊玩，老闆人也很好，第一次來有不熟悉的可以問前台，服務很到位！

Thanks to Trip.com for this wonderful hotel. All of us (4 pax) LOVED this hotel. Very strategically located amongst food centers, shops and local activities. Views from this hotel is fantastic...accentuated by the river and lights at night.
Again, our stays exceeded the HIGH 5 Star ratings.... Ms Chen, Manager of the hotel is EXTREMELY helpful and resourceful in giving valuable suggestions thus making our stay, a delightful vacation. Well done, Ms Chen, an original Miao native and her efficient team, Ms Wu and others. Wonderful staff, including housekeeping... Definitely, will recommend to visit Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village and staying at Xijiang Story Resort Hotel is a Super Plus advantage. 自己來這邊出差，正好路過西江千户苗寨。想來看一眼網上火爆的萬家燈火到底有多美 剛好刷到這家新上新的民宿 非常榮幸當第一位點評者！先點評一下老闆 非常的熱情 從沒有到苗寨的時候就已經告知了路線 可以減少走很多冤枉的路 到了之後還來幫我拿了行李箱 接到房間之後更是熱心的介紹了很多遊玩攻略和美食，味道都不錯沒有踩雷，如果是自行遊玩沒有攻略的話 肯定會走很多回頭路 畢竟這邊想要領略少數民族的風情都是要爬到山上去的 古藏頭都在山頂上！還碰到本地村民辦喜事 又見識到了少數民族的風情。非常感謝老闆的熱情介紹。房間乾淨衞生 觀景效果非常好 去過一次觀景台 對比之下 房間的景觀更全面 正對着白水河 離步行街和乘車點都很方便 出行非常便利 。這次出差時間比較緊 如果時間充足在這邊多住幾天是非常舒適的，氣温合適 空氣新鮮 。下次有機會也會帶家人出行 這家民宿將是我的第一選擇👍👍👍

The hotel room is very clean and tastefully decorated. It is exactly as described and pictures shown on website. There is a courtyard and viewing terrace on the 3rd floor. The balcony is the photographer’s paradise. It has the traditional Miao houses on one side and the field terrace on the other. The location is on the first main road facing the field on a flat surface. But most accommodations are located on narrow lanes and has to climb up irregular steps. The owner is very kind and considerate, he especially cares for the seniors. He came to the 1st bridge to help us carried our luggage all the way to our room and did the same when we check out. He order food for us when we wanted to eat in the hotel room. Promptly replied us if we need help. We enjoyed our stay and felt like home. We wish to go back again and highly recommend it.

I love the view of the hotel, although some of the furniture's are a little bit torn in the living room but the ones in the room are clean and tidy !
The owner has a really cute corgi, and he's very friendly in guiding us despite calling him multiple times a day to ask him for direction , bus transfer, and luggage transfer.
I would recommend not to bring too heavy items like I did because the route to the hotel is a bit far and difficult until the bus station.
It's a really chill hotel that's near another viewing point for the paddy field . The design is good too!
Thanks to the kitchen , I managed to cook my own supper, and there's a convenience store right outside the hotel too.
(Good-looking owner if you're wondering)
You can even order luggage pick up service when you're leaving (at a price).
There's also some food delivery available thru *******.
