"Not exactly the most convenient location as it’s at the corner of the round about but considered near to arena already. The morning breakfast buffet was ok only. Room is ok but other amenities remember get from counter because I didn’t notice until I check out that I can get the other amenities from them. They provided me 1pm check in which is very helpful since I had to go to the arena."

"I booked this hotel mainly because it’s relatively close to impact arena. The hotel facilities were decent, with a clean room, comfortable bed, and good Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. The hotel was also able to assist in receiving a parcel before my check-in, which was very helpful and well-handled. There is also a 7-11 right infront of the hotel. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re in Bangkok for a concert near Impact or if you needed a place to rest near DMK airport. Great location and good value for the price."

"Stayed here during an event at Impact and found the Botanic Service Room to be a great value. The room is small but cosy, clean, and well-maintained — perfect for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and everything I needed was within reach. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with a nice selection of items and even one local Thai dish that added a special touch. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and the staff were polite and accommodating. Overall, it’s a simple but comfortable place with a warm vibe. Ideal if you're attending something at Impact or need a short, hassle-free stay."

"Around 40 mins by train from SIAM BTS. Just 2 minutes walk to Pink Line BTS but less people around. Not quiet because many vehicles went through the road in front of the hotel. The nearby Shopping Center looked not large but didn't expect we could stay over 5 hours. The Department Store named 'Central' was new for us. Hotel looked not large. Our floor was only 17 rooms. Lobby was general but clean and new. Receptionists were nice and helpful. Room cleanliness was very good, had enough space. Shower space could lay an audit. View was wide. Just an unknown building blocked part of the scene. Over 80 channels was selectable on TV. Just no Hong Kong channel. We were on 16/F, even the facing road was noisy. It was no effect for us. Breakfast was good, variety not much and changed few on the 2nd day."

"The hotel room was clean and very spacious. The bed was comfortable, and having a small fridge in the room helped to keep things cold. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel location was also very convenient, close to skytrain station restaurants and shops. I will stay here agai."

"Everything was good overall. The hotel was quiet, which I liked. Check-in was a bit slow (almost in the afternoon), but the staff didn’t rush me which was nice! :) They were very flexible. The only thing I didn’t like was someone honking in the parking area. It looked like they were calling a staff, but it surprised me a lot."

"My room for this trip is a Grand deluxe river view room, the room is spacious and full of useful amenities (They also provide you with a fresh fruit plate which is so lovely). The bed is huge and comfy as well as the A/C that works super good! They do have 2 pools, one outdoor and another one in the middle of the hotel. I would love to suggest this for the one who's looking for a cozy and peaceful place to stay in Nonthaburi where you can enjoy the great view of the Chao Phraya River, I feel so relaxed on this trip (10/10)"

"Great for introverts as you're able to just rock up straight to your room and that's it. Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too. There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go. You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.) The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok."
