Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Grindelwald

房間正對夢幻山坡，比很多打卡點都更好拍。洗手間雖然要站在浴缸裏洗澡，但是有個透明玻璃隔板，乾濕分離做得其實挺好的，並不至於像攜程的某個評論吐槽得那麼誇張。整個房間還是比較decent 的，mini bar免費。 早餐也很好，甚至還有白葡萄酒和味增湯、米飯和辣椒醬，中國胃可以開心加油了。 酒店的spa 也不錯，不過泡池不大，儘量飯點去錯峯泡澡的話體驗會更好。 酒店提供免費火車站接送服務，我們走的時候甚至是用賓利車送我們去的車站…… 酒店離火車站走路其實很近，五分鐘吧。但是行李多的朋友們最好還是提前通知酒店接送一下，因為格林德瓦這邊是山區，很多大坡要爬。 酒店餐廳每天都有不同的優惠主題套餐，很多人推薦的肉火鍋不錯，湯底沒有怪味，肉質當然很新鮮，但是可以無限添加的蔬菜才是亮點：多汁的小瓜、甜椒和蘑菇是我在歐洲吃到過的最好吃最甜的，值得嘗試。當然鎮上我們吃下來最驚艷的一個餐廳是在酒店走過去十來分鐘的那個sunstar 酒店的餐廳，好像餐廳名字是字母A開頭的。那家的芝士火鍋沒有怪味，適合新手入門；他家的燉牛肉和馬賽魚湯等等都非常好吃。 酒店的服務人員也很友好熱情，完全沒有遇到過任何之前有評論提到的“區別對待亞洲人”的情況。走的時候還給了我們瓶裝水和巧克力。一定會再來

The hotel is very beautiful and also the room with balcony that I could enjoy the magnificent view of the mountain. The breakfast was nice with different choices of food served in a traditional restaurant at ground floor. The garden in front of the hotel was planted with flowers. Will definitely stay again when I come to Grindelwald.

酒店在grindelwald 另一端上坡，不太近Grindelwald station and Coop，好在門口就係bus 121,122,123，不過一開始自己見Google map話係train station行15分鐘only，點知推行李上斜坡都幾辛苦😂 好在近Pfingstegg 和 First 纜車站，而少女峰就要either 搭bus 121,123或train to Grindelwald Terminal station，轉Eiger Cable car，一係就照去Grindelwald station，坐Train去Kleine Scheidegg 雖然住最高4/F，但房間冇冷氣，d蟲入哂房🫨 但風景係靚既，房又大，最衰冇雪櫃，只能夠在房煮下麵 早餐本身以為好少野食，但有得單獨order hot drink and egg，都幾好食 雖然見酒店餐廳dinner好似好多人贊，但太貴了，最平係4-course menu個d fine din，都要過CHF100

We stayed at Eiger Lodge Chic as a couple, and honestly, the location alone won us over — it’s incredibly convenient, just a short walk next to the terminal. That made getting around a breeze and gave us more time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Some of the facilities were under renovation during our stay, but it really didn’t disrupt our experience. The place still felt calm, clean, and thoughtfully managed — you can tell they’re upgrading with the future in mind. Breakfast was simple, but everything served was fresh, tasty, and more than enough to start the day right before heading out. Sometimes it’s the straightforward things done well that make a stay feel grounded and comforting. Overall, a lovely, easy, and practical base for exploring the Jungfrau region. We’d happily return.

各方面都挺好的我們住了兩晚，酒店就在first山的半山腰Bort這個纜車🚡上下點，其中有個遊樂項目Trottibike的起點就在這裏終點在山腳，我們要在first玩所以定了這個酒店，酒店不大總共10多個房間，房間沒有空調，夏天上半夜有點熱，下半夜就沒問題，冬天有制暖器。如果入住這裏大家一定記得提前在下午五點前check in，因為我們要在山下的小鎮格林德瓦坐纜車上來的，纜車最後一班大概在下午5點-6點，除非是自駕車，不然晚上上來酒店很麻煩。大家如果喜歡安靜且希望窗户直接可以看first景色的話這裏就挺好的，酒店下面吃自助早餐的位置也很好對着雪山，房間價格還行，下山做纜車衹有一站，從Bort到山下十多分鐘。對了酒店旁邊還有個適合小孩玩的小樂園。

Easy to find. Very central in town. Very walkable. Shared bathroom wasn't an issue. Included breakfast left us full everyday. Very short walk to cable car to get to First. Quiet and cozy rooms.

Although the weather didn't quite cooperate during my stay, the hotel's fantastic service more than made up for it. The hotel's interior design is simply stunning. Every aspect of the decor exudes elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail is evident, and it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the premises. The architecture and furnishings are tastefully chosen, providing a luxurious and comfortable ambiance for guests. One of the highlights of this hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking view. Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. However, even through the mist and rain, I could sense the beauty that lay beyond the hotel's windows. I can only imagine how magical it would be on a clear day. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable. breakfast was simply delicious! The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. If you're looking for a hotel that combines elegance, comfort, and impeccable service, this is the place to be.

스위스 여행에서 저를 울고 웃게 했던 숙소입니다 :) 먼저 시설만 보자면 생긴지 얼마 안 돼서 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 엘리베이터도 있고, 주방도 사용가능한데 식기며 기기며 거의 없는 게 없었어요. 요리하는 데 전혀 문제가 없었고요. 위치는 그린델발트 역에서 걸어서 가면 매우 멀고요, 버스타면 가까운 거리입니다. 🌟첫날 짐들고 걸어서 간다는 생각은 일단 버리세요.🌟 절대 짐들고 올라갈 수 없는 수직 하이킹입니다. 버스 시간 꼭 확인하셔서 타고 가시길 바라고요 (SBB 어플 사용하시면 편합니다) 숙소에서 그린델발트 게스트카드 주니까 공짜로 버스타실 수 있어요. (저는 융프라우VIP 쿠폰이 있어서 사용하진 않았지만요.) 제가 울었던 이유는: 1) 도착하자마자 아무도 없어서 전화걸며 1시간 가량 기다렸으나 아무도 받지 않고 오지 않음, 묵는 분들이 있어서 겨우 로비에서 기다림, 노트북에 다른 번호가 있어서 전화 걸었지만 받지 않음. 2) 기다리던 중 한 남자분께 전화와서 다짜고짜 왜 전화했냐고 함. 체크인 하려고 한다고 하니 오늘 풀 북킹인데 무슨 소리하냐고 함. 내 예약번호 알려 주니 일단 알겠다고 했고, 후에 밖에서 뛰어들어오시면서 여권달라고함. 미안하다는 말은 한 마디도 하지 않았음. (여기에서 매우 화가났습니다.) 어쨌건 결론적으로는 트립닷컴에는 예약 내역이 있지만 본인의 시스템에는 없다면서 제가 그걸 확인해 보게 하고, 방이 없으니 본인이 어떻게든 해보겠다고 함. 근데 태도가 미안해서 어찌저찌 해보겠다는 태도가 아니라 나에게 짜증을 내는 듯한 태도였음. 3)결국 매우 어렵게 방을 만들어 주었다는 듯이 생색내면서 방키를 주었고 우리는 1시간을 기다린 것에 대해 미안하다는 말도, 어떤 보상도 없는게 매우 억울했지만 빨리 방에서 쉬고 싶어서 키를 가지고 올라왔음. 근데 사진에 있듯 테라스가 없는 방을 줌... 분명 내가 결제한 방은 예약화면에 테라스가 있었고 난 그것만을 생각하며 예약한 거라 따지러 갔더니 내가 예약한 방이 그 방이라고 함. (분명 방을 만들어서 준거라고 했는데 내려가서 따지니 그 방이 원래 배정할 방이었다고...) 4)그러면서 ’부킹닷컴‘ 예약화면 사진을 보여주면서 그 방은 테라스가 있을수도 있고 없을 수도 있다는 걸 펄펄 뛰면서 강조하는데, 문제는 나는 ‘트립닷컴’에서 결제했고, 트립닷컴에서 내가 예약한 타입의 방의 사진은 모두 테라스가 있었음. 그렇게 얘기하니 엄청 화를 내면서 무료로 취소해 줄테니 마음에 안 들면 나가라고 함. 솔직히 말해서 난 이 말이 매우 협박으로 들렸고, 그 남자의 태도에 겁을 먹어서 나에게 혹시나 해꼬지를 할까 겁날 정도였음. 내가 여자고 아시안이기 때문에 이렇게 위협적인 태도로 말하는 걸까라고 의심하기도 함. [나는 이사실을 부킹닷컴 고객센터에 알렸고 지금은 내가 선택한 방 예약화면에 테라스가 없는 방 사진도 포함되어 있는 걸로 바뀜] 아무튼 이러한 이유로 매우 화가나고 울적한 상태로 스위스 여행을 시작했네요. ㅠ ㅠ 이 방은 테라스가 없고 구글 후기에 누군가 남긴 것 처럼 나무뷰 입니다... ㅋㅋ 다음에 다시 간다면 이 방이 걸릴까 걱정할 바에 그냥 한 단계 위 방으로 선택할 것 같긴하네요. 그리고 화장실과 욕실이 같이 붙어있는 데 그걸 3개의 방이 같이 쓰는 구조였어요~ 참고하세요.

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and helpful! Everyone wore a smile as they greeted us. The location is great and the view of the mountains is unbeatable. Will definitely be staying here again on our trip back! Shuttle service is super convenient (Joao was great and unmatched driver) getting to and from hotel/station.

Really helpful staff, she responded to my urgent request for late check-in within 15 minutes, very efficient. The hostel had a really really really nice view of the Eiger, but honestly felt a bit far from the train station (have to catch a bus that runs every 30 minutes or something). It’s convenient with the bus but should be noted the last bus on weekdays is very early like at around 18:00, arriving any time after that requires walking up a SUPER STEEP hill.
