Good location with easy access to everything. However, the hotel was hard to find on the first day as it has no reception, which is part of its concept. Unfortunately, construction work was ongoing in the entrance and corridors throughout our stay, with no prior notice, apology, or compensation. Room amenities were minimal—only 2 small bottle of water for the first day and no slippers provided.

Das Hotel hat Schwierigkeiten unter Druck zu arbeiten.. das Service personal ist schnell überfordert und der Ablauf ist von einchecken bs auschecken zu aufwändig und damit schlecht organisiert.. die Fahrstühle sind nicht in der Lage den ein und Auscheckbetrieb zu handhaben.. 5 min auf den Fahrstuhl zu warten ist als normale bis schnelle Leistung zu sehen… Reinigung erfolgt nach Schema F und nur oberflächlich.. Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden.. Kapsel dafür jedoch nicht.. ließen sich auch wegen Lieferschwierigkeiten nicht besorgen.. der Kaffee welcher dann auf deutliche Nachfrage im Restaurant geholt werde konnte wurde kalt.. siehe Fahrstuhl und die Tassen wieder mitzunehmen bei der Reinigung war nicht möglich.. gehört nicht zur Reinigung…

Nie Wieder. Es gibt keine Mitarbeiter. Dieses Hotel ist ein Self Check-In. Problem: Es wurde die Check In Daten nicht versendet. Erstmal nicht dramatisch. Wenn jedoch dann per WhatsApp / Telefon und E-Mail niemand erreichbar ist. Horror! Ich musste nach einer Ewigkeit dann im Treppenhaus ein Perso Ident Verfahren durchführen online. Leute die nicht TechAffin sind oder Perso nicht dabei hätten, wären gekniffen gewesen. Ich musste dann nochmals etwas Taxe bezahlen per Kreditkarte online. Automated proecesses for checkin and checkout worked fine, but suggestions regarding local food and such were missing. The room was modern and comfortable with coffee and other essentials, including a set of wine glasses. Appreciated. The location was good, and on day two I found the local restaurants and convenience shops I missed the first day. Within sight of Checkpoint Charlie and close to other big sites.

Feel always welcome Quiet and clean. This hotel has been my unbeatable stay for more than twenty years. Throughout the years premises have been developed and concept upgraded without exaggeration but keeping promises!
