"There was a hiccup when checking in. Hotels could not local our booking number from Trip.com but it was resolved after some wait. Rooms was clean and breakfast was good. Please avoid the local crowds on their peak traveling period as it could turn out to be very rowdy and noisy. Overall this is not a bad hotel. Thank you"

"The whole team lf staff were very welcoming and hospitable. They offer daily room cleaning at your request and the rooms are exactly as pictured in the listing. Comfortable, cosy, and there's a whole bunch of puppies and cats running around the premises doing their own thing 🥰 The fireplace was also a very lovely experience, where we got to chat with some other guests staying there. Its like a 5-15 min grab ride from the hotel to almost everywhere we wanted to go to, and theres also food options nearby (walkable) I usually like to try out different hotels when returning to the same city but I would probably come and choose to stay here again when I have the chance to come back 🫶🏻"

"We booked 2 rooms, one for 2 pax and 1 for 3 pax. The hotel has room for 3 people and very spacious, exactly what we needed. The staffs were friendly, helpful and professional. The location is very convenient to travel around and good for car pick up and drop off. It's also near the Dalat market and Xuan Huong Lake with few steps away. Nice breakfast. We can book airport transfer, tour, and spa at the hotel too. Recommended!"

"Great staff all over the resort, always smiling and no rain or cold weather can dampen their moods. My room card was accidentally disabled and just by reaching out to a near by technician, he immediately understood my issue despite language barrier, within 3 minutes someone ran to me to open up the door. The villas are far away from the reception. The surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful. I love that the resort plants their own vegetables. There is a shuttle bus (not very frequent) bringing you to town area which is abt 20+ mins drive away. There is a mini mart in the resort for basics including wine and beers. Very family friendly too as there is a theme park within the resort. The interior of the room(I stayed in a villa) is like the chalet type. If the resort can do minor touch ups to the rooms, this hotel will definitely get its 5 stars!"

"Cozy boutique hotel with nice service! We come Da Lat in 29 november and stay here for 3 nights. So, in room we had , there was a tv with airplay , big bath, balcony, nice wifi , enough for work. When we come, Weather still not too good , so in room , was a little bit cold. but after take a bath it was ok. Breakfast à la carte, you can choose one main dish , after you come at morning, you can take fruits, choose few drinks (they have a different nice taste tea) , juice , coffee and one little cake desert (at least we had this set) We took a bike, so for us location was nice , take a grab is not problem too. SSobel PhangThe room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Linh was really helpful and able to speak good English. We requested for extra pillows and Linh immediately send it up to our room. The balcony view was amazing, overlooking the city on one side and forest on the other side. The area is rather quiet but we have no problem getting in and out by Grab. However the road leading towards hotel is probably under construction. There is a cute cafe named deer in the forest & dessert shop named NA & cakes that serves very affordable yet delicious cakes. I would definitely come back again and gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family

VVieraskäyttäjäDalat Palace Heritage Hotel It’s true that the last time we stayed at the Dalat Heritage Hotel was years back. It had a different name then too, when it was, we believe, under a different management. The place was beautiful, with vanished wooden floors, beds with canopies and bath tubs on steady golden legs. Golden taps and fresh looking bathroom tiles. Most importantly, it was clean, the cushioned chairs felt firmed, the rooms & bathrooms brightly lit. It was an equivalent if not better than the Raffles in Spore. We decided in our latest trip to stay at the now Dalat Heritage Hotel for two nights, 23 & 24 July 2025 . We learnt that it had changed hands and while we expected it to have aged, we thought most hotel managements, would have done some upgrade, some renovation some replacements of essentials. Sad to say, our stay was a tremendous let down. I’m trying not to use the adjectives “traumatising experience” and will not offer photos, so that the hotel has an opportunity to spruce it up and bring it to its former glory. The property has too much potential & history to be abandoned by visitors to Dalat. We stepped into a an old, tired looking lobby. Waited a long time to register and was told to expect welcoming drinks which never came. We girls had to use the “ladies. ” another disappointment. It was old, the flush was a pull up lever which almost didn’t work. The taps were tarnished. We finally got into our rooms. The floors were scratched, not quite the varnish, but we thought, it’s ok, a little authenticity, somethings must age. The beds still had its canopy, but the linens looked worn, tired. The little table with its two cushion chairs were well placed, but the cushions were totally worn, we could feel the base of the seat. There was a dressing table, thoughtful… but then there was no light for any lady, vain or otherwise, to apply her war paint. The room was badly lit, no extra lights at the dressing table or anywhere. The stand alone cupboards were large, but dark as well. I almost missed the black hair dryer kept in there, and we couldn’t find the room slippers and had to ask for help to locate it in the cupboards. The most disappointing was the bathroom. It was badly lit as well. The taps were all tarnished and without my glasses, I could see the bits of mould growing around the base of the tap. There was also limescale deposits. The floor tiles were badly worn, and I wish I could say it gave the bathroom a feel of the grandeur of yesterday years ageing gracefully, but hygiene is too important here to do so. The highlight was when we took a shower and stepped into the bathtub supported by “stone legs.” It wobbled continuously and made such a lot of noise that kept the user on edge. Then, we saw it all, the grouting of the wall tiles were caked with black moulds. To top it all, the bathroom had a stench of clogged pipes. It stayed with us like a faithful friend that won’t leave even if we tried pushing him out the door!! Did I mention the mosquitoes that bunked in with us? They bit my friend on the face & eye lid which swelled for 2 days. In the mornings, they sounded the wake up calls around our faces. If it had been possible, we would have cancelled the wake up calls. Breakfast was good. There was a good spread and the chefs behind the counters were friendly and all smiles. However much could be done to train the waitresses, who hid in corners. I asked one of them where the toaster for the bread was, she said there was none. I found it on the second morning. It was there all along. I guess her English needs polishing. Luckily, the porters were friendly and quite quick with umbrellas as it rained the whole 2 days we were there. On the whole, the hotel had a handful of local guests while we were there. I hope they chip in, in encouraging the hotel to relook at its offerings. We would really like to go back, but perhaps, only if someone wrote a review that says otherwise.

RricharddurhamGreat place to stay if you want a quiet pace with great views that still has easy access to the city centre. The staff are ever friendly. If you have your clothes washed there make sure you tell them not to write your room number in permanent ink on your clothes. Incredible that they do that. They really need to stop doing that. Also, they could iron shirts (on request). I would still stay there again.

AAnonyymi käyttäjäI recently stayed at MerPerle and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean, nicely designed, and new and well-maintained. However, one downside was the noise level. My room faced the road, and it was quite noisy. The sliding door to the balcony didn’t provide much soundproofing, which made it difficult to sleep at times. If you're planning to stay here, I recommend staying a room that doesn't face the main road.

VVieraskäyttäjäNice staffs and good location I arrived in the very morning at 5 Am, the staff helped me to check in and so friendly with me, he offer me half price to get early check in which is reasonable. And most of staffs they can speak English. The hotel located nearby city centre with very nice views, I saw beautiful sunrise here. 5 mins motorcycle to centre. I rent motorcycle here, very convenient and good deal. I never drive motorcycle before the staff teach me again and again. 👍 It is a quiet place with warm hearted people, I hope they can get more business and if I come to Da lat again, I will definitely book this hotel again.
