"Varasin yhteensä 4 huonetta, pyysin huoneet samasta kerroksesta, mutta sain ne kerroksista 1, 3, 4, 5. Huoneet eivät vastaa varauksessa käytettyjä kuvia. Joidenkin kylpyhuoneiden puhtautta pitäisi parantaa. Joissakin huoneissa wc-istuin on pienempi kuin wc-istuimen reuna. Joissakin huoneissa on likaiset wc-astiat. Tienvarsi huone Siksi kuulin autojen ja äänitorvien äänen, joka on luultavasti yleisin ääni täällä hotelleissa. Kuulin myös melun yöpyessäni Tulip-hotellissa. Mutta valitettavasti sinä yönä, jolloin yöpyin siellä, suuri joukko korealaisia turisteja piti keskiyöllä kovaa ääntä kadulla. Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla lähellä yömarkkinoita. Toisella puolella on peilipöytä ja toisella puolella peili. Ei ole pyyhkeitä, vain kasvopyyhkeet. Kaiken kaikkiaan huone on melko hyvä. Mutta sinun pitäisi käyttää oikeita kuvia huoneesta. Vaikka huoneita on monenlaisia, Ja pienten mukavuuksien lisääminen olisi hienoa."

"We booked 2 rooms, one for 2 pax and 1 for 3 pax. The hotel has room for 3 people and very spacious, exactly what we needed. The staffs were friendly, helpful and professional. The location is very convenient to travel around and good for car pick up and drop off. It's also near the Dalat market and Xuan Huong Lake with few steps away. Nice breakfast. We can book airport transfer, tour, and spa at the hotel too. Recommended!"

"There was a hiccup when checking in. Hotels could not local our booking number from Trip.com but it was resolved after some wait. Rooms was clean and breakfast was good. Please avoid the local crowds on their peak traveling period as it could turn out to be very rowdy and noisy. Overall this is not a bad hotel. Thank you"

"The whole team lf staff were very welcoming and hospitable. They offer daily room cleaning at your request and the rooms are exactly as pictured in the listing. Comfortable, cosy, and there's a whole bunch of puppies and cats running around the premises doing their own thing 🥰
The fireplace was also a very lovely experience, where we got to chat with some other guests staying there.
Its like a 5-15 min grab ride from the hotel to almost everywhere we wanted to go to, and theres also food options nearby (walkable)
I usually like to try out different hotels when returning to the same city but I would probably come and choose to stay here again when I have the chance to come back 🫶🏻"

"Great staff all over the resort, always smiling and no rain or cold weather can dampen their moods. My room card was accidentally disabled and just by reaching out to a near by technician, he immediately understood my issue despite language barrier, within 3 minutes someone ran to me to open up the door. The villas are far away from the reception. The surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful. I love that the resort plants their own vegetables. There is a shuttle bus (not very frequent) bringing you to town area which is abt 20+ mins drive away. There is a mini mart in the resort for basics including wine and beers. Very family friendly too as there is a theme park within the resort.
The interior of the room(I stayed in a villa) is like the chalet type. If the resort can do minor touch ups to the rooms, this hotel will definitely get its 5 stars!"

"I love it. We had a chance to upgrade our room to premier (although only on the third day, but still, it was a great deal).
Good breakfast, and normally it is a buffet, but if there are too few guests, is it a la carte.
It is the best hotel around (we've checked a few nearby, and they are much worse (conditions of the rooms, beddings, etc)
Sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with some of the staff, even with a translator, and it feels like I was talking to the alien, so be patient))"

We come Da Lat in 29 november and stay here for 3 nights.
So, in room we had , there was a tv with airplay , big bath, balcony, nice wifi , enough for work.
When we come, Weather still not too good , so in room , was a little bit cold. but after take a bath it was ok.
Breakfast à la carte, you can choose one main dish , after you come at morning, you can take fruits, choose few drinks (they have a different nice taste tea) , juice , coffee and one little cake desert (at least we had this set)
We took a bike, so for us location was nice , take a grab is not problem too. Near have some cafe, but sometimes we still book a grab for foods. You can pay by cash also , when rider is coming .
In sum, worth place"

It’s true that the last time we stayed at the Dalat Heritage Hotel was years back. It had a different name then too, when it was, we believe, under a different management. The place was beautiful, with vanished wooden floors, beds with canopies and bath tubs on steady golden legs. Golden taps and fresh looking bathroom tiles. Most importantly, it was clean, the cushioned chairs felt firmed, the rooms & bathrooms brightly lit. It was an equivalent if not better than the Raffles in Spore.
We decided in our latest trip to stay at the now Dalat Heritage Hotel for two nights, 23 & 24 July 2025 . We learnt that it had changed hands and while we expected it to have aged, we thought most hotel managements, would have done some upgrade, some renovation some replacements of essentials.
Sad to say, our stay was a tremendous let down. I’m trying not to use the adjectives “traumatising experience” and will not offer photos, so that the hotel has an opportunity to spruce it up and bring it to its former glory. The property has too much potential & history to be abandoned by visitors to Dalat.
We stepped into a an old, tired looking lobby. Waited a long time to register and was told to expect welcoming drinks which never came. We girls had to use the “ladies. ” another disappointment. It was old, the flush was a pull up lever which almost didn’t work. The taps were tarnished.
We finally got into our rooms. The floors were scratched, not quite the varnish, but we thought, it’s ok, a little authenticity, somethings must age. The beds still had its canopy, but the linens looked worn, tired. The little table with its two cushion chairs were well placed, but the cushions were totally worn, we could feel the base of the seat. There was a dressing table, thoughtful… but then there was no light for any lady, vain or otherwise, to apply her war paint. The room was badly lit, no extra lights at the dressing table or anywhere. The stand alone cupboards were large, but dark as well. I almost missed the black hair dryer kept in there, and we couldn’t find the room slippers and had to ask for help to locate it in the cupboards.
The most disappointing was the bathroom. It was badly lit as well. The taps were all tarnished and without my glasses, I could see the bits of mould growing around the base of the tap. There was also limescale deposits. The floor tiles were badly worn, and I wish I could say it gave the bathroom a feel of the grandeur of yesterday years ageing gracefully, but hygiene is too important here to do so. The highlight was when we took a shower and stepped into the bathtub supported by “stone legs.” It wobbled continuously and made such a lot of noise that kept the user on edge. Then, we saw it all, the grouting of the wall tiles were caked with black moulds. To top it all, the bathroom had a stench of clogged pipes. It stayed with us like a faithful friend that won’t leave even if we tried pushing him out the door!! Did I mention the mosquitoes that bunked in with us? They bit my friend on the face & eye lid which swelled for 2 days. In the mornings, they sounded the wake up calls around our faces. If it had been possible, we would have cancelled the wake up calls.
Breakfast was good. There was a good spread and the chefs behind the counters were friendly and all smiles. However much could be done to train the waitresses, who hid in corners. I asked one of them where the toaster for the bread was, she said there was none. I found it on the second morning. It was there all along. I guess her English needs polishing.
Luckily, the porters were friendly and quite quick with umbrellas as it rained the whole 2 days we were there.
On the whole, the hotel had a handful of local guests while we were there. I hope they chip in, in encouraging the hotel to relook at its offerings. We would really like to go back, but perhaps, only if someone wrote a review that says otherwise.

AAwilumThe hotel has a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and bright, with large windows. In my room, the window faced the sunset, and the sunlight warmed the room throughout the day. This made the room pleasantly warm, even in the evening. It was nice to return to a warm room after a long day, thanks to both the sunlight and the view of a beautiful sunset.
The placement of power outlets was convenient, and the room included a kettle, which allowed me to make tea easily. The hot shower was also a plus. The parking area was secure, closed, underground, and very spacious—perfect for both bikes and cars. Overall, the hotel gave me a sense of safety and coziness.
However, there was one downside I encountered. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower kept flooding the room. On the first day, I reported this issue to the staff. They responded promptly by wiping the floor with dry towels and removing the water. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. The next day, I asked them to fix it again, and they removed the floor filter, which was blocking the water drainage. While this improved the situation, it did not completely resolve the issue. It seems the shower area wasn’t adequately sealed, as water continued to seep out into the room. This made it impossible to take a long shower, limiting me to very short ones.
Despite this, my overall impression of the hotel is positive.

AAnonyymi käyttäjäI recently stayed at MerPerle and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean, nicely designed, and new and well-maintained. However, one downside was the noise level. My room faced the road, and it was quite noisy. The sliding door to the balcony didn’t provide much soundproofing, which made it difficult to sleep at times. If you're planning to stay here, I recommend staying a room that doesn't face the main road.

I arrived in the very morning at 5 Am, the staff helped me to check in and so friendly with me, he offer me half price to get early check in which is reasonable. And most of staffs they can speak English.
The hotel located nearby city centre with very nice views, I saw beautiful sunrise here. 5 mins motorcycle to centre. I rent motorcycle here, very convenient and good deal. I never drive motorcycle before the staff teach me again and again. 👍
It is a quiet place with warm hearted people, I hope they can get more business and if I come to Da lat again, I will definitely book this hotel again.

Breakfast is excellent, option of many vietnamese food & coffee/tea in filling portion. Staff always friendly. Recommended. Location is not in center, near traditional market, very quiet and not much food option at night.

JJade6892Receptionist is very efficient & courteous. Spacious reception & dining area.
Room is clean & tidy, but small (no chair, one has to use the bed as chair for the table).
Toilet is clean, tidy & quite spacious. However, one of the holder of toilet bowl lid is broken.
Facilities inside room: water boiling kettle, wifi, TV (no channel & no remote control), hot shower, toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, ear cotton buds, shaver, standing fan, slippers, etc. No hair hairdryer.
Nice comfortable bed & pillows.
Complementary 2 bottled water, 2 sachets of coffee & 2 tea bags per day.
Cafes & restaurants nearby.
Safe area.
Only complaint: as most hotel in Vietnam, the door & wall of the room are quite thin, & if there is noise from the walkway outside the room, it can be heard very clearly from the room (noise from other hotel guests or room cleaner in the morning).
The cleaner will shout from room to room in the morning asking for room cleaning service & this will disturb sleeping guests. When there is no answer, the cleaner will assume that there is no guests inside the room & will open the door using the masterkey. This is not the correct way to do the daily room cleaning service! The management of the hotel should buy tags (request for room-cleaning or do-not-disturb tag) that can be hanged on door knobs as done in many hotels.
