The hotel room is beautifully designed. A huge smart TV, nice bath tub and a hugh comfortable bed. All the staff are friendly. Shout out to Funny, she helped to get a grab and also good recommendations to restaurants. She told me to try hotel restaurant but I told her want to try one outside first. Breakfast is delicious. Not many people knew about 2nd floor also have breakfast. We were there for 3 days, not many people ate at level 2.  Overall is a hotel that I will defined stay again.

A superb hotel experience. Ideally situated with plentiful parking and an EV charging station. The front desk staff can facilitate EV charging through their app, there is no hassle needing to sign up a new account as a tourist. The hotel's appearance and upkeep are commendable, and its amenities are satisfactory. Breakfast, though modest, is perfectly adequate. Lastly, a special commendation goes to Ms Benz for her outstanding hospitality and support. The check-in and check-out procedures were swift and effortless.

This is my 4th time staying at this hotel, hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to popular spots like the ASEAN Night Market and Greenway Night Market, Krua Pa-Yad restaurant making it easy to enjoy local food and shopping on foot. Good buffet breakfast and my family likes the chicken mushroom steam soup very much👍. The gym & swimming pool are well maintained. We usually like to stay at the main building where swimming pool, gym and restaurant are in the same building. Spacious and relax lobby. Overall it offers great value for money.

Sanoisin, että hinta-laatusuhde oli kohdallaan. Tilava huone, rakastan tyynyä, todella mukava, nukuin hyvin joka yö. Uima-allas, helppo pysäköinti, kelpo aamiainen, kaikki nämä ovat upeita. Hieman kaukana Lee Gardenista (jos kävelee), mutta onneksi sähköpostilistalle pääsee halvalla ja helposti.

This hotel is recovering from last year Huge Flood. I came back since they got comfy pillow. Last time they sell it to customer but now did not see pillow for sell. Overall good stay.

The staff here were cute & polite, they even made a cute lil’towel swan with heart shape ❤️ The room was spacious, my friend decided to join last min and they easily added another bed in. Everything was clean, plus free drinks & breakfast. Recommend!

** A Simple Stay** Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair. As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean. One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience. In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities. Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.

ห้องสะอาดดีค่ะเตียงโอเคเลยมีผ้าขนหนูเตรียมให้ครบทั้งห้องทีวีหนึ่งแอร์หนึ่งตัวแต่รู้สึกว่าคนที่นอนติดประตูห้องไม่ค่อยโดนเท่าไหร่แต่ยังดีที่ที่พักให้พัดลมค่ะแต่ติดตรงที่ว่าเดินบันไดเหนื่อยนิดหน่อยเพราะว่าบันไดชันละก็ติดกับที่ใกล้ที่พักมีผับอยู่ตอนกลางคืนเสียงดังมากเลยค่ะเพื่อนบอกว่านอนไม่หลับเลยแต่ว่าถือว่าดีค่ะไม่ได้ไกลจากตัวเมืองถ้าไม่ได้ติดเรื่องเสียงเราโอเคเพราะว่าเป็นคนใส่หูฟังอยู่แล้ว 

My 4 days 3 nights stay at this hotel gave a rather unsatisfying experience, around 2.5/5 stars. On the second day, the housekeeper forgot to provide bath towels, and I had to walk to the reception counter at the ground level to request them. After waiting for 3 hours, there was still no sign of the towels being delivered. I went to the reception again and was told that housekeeping had already sent the towels — but to the wrong room. The phone in my room wasn’t working; there was a phone unit but no connection, which meant I had to go down to the reception for any requests. After my second complaint and waiting almost 10 minutes in the room, the towels were finally delivered. In terms of cleanliness and room condition — it was very run-down. The toilet door had holes. The comforter was very worn out and thin, offering no warmth at night under the air-conditioning. The location is good as it’s near the night market and eateries.
