We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well organized. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety of options. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to coming back again!

We checked in early, and we were given connecting rooms at 8th floor. There are some rooms under renovation but it doesn't affect us. Toilet comes with small bathtub and shower. Super clean. But we have to bring our own toothbrush and toothpaste. Location is superb ... Photos uploaded are all walking distance from hotel.

The staff here were cute & polite, they even made a cute lil’towel swan with heart shape ❤️ The room was spacious, my friend decided to join last min and they easily added another bed in. Everything was clean, plus free drinks & breakfast. Recommend!

The hotel is in the middle between Lee Garden area and Siam Festival Mall. Easy to get grab or indrive over there..Breakfast not much choices with so so taste. Eat breakfast outside much more better.. Everything was good and I like to stay there because it’s far from busy area like Lee Garden area..

During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair. As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean. One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience. In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities. Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.

My 4 days 3 nights stay at this hotel gave a rather unsatisfying experience, around 2.5/5 stars. On the second day, the housekeeper forgot to provide bath towels, and I had to walk to the reception counter at the ground level to request them. After waiting for 3 hours, there was still no sign of the towels being delivered. I went to the reception again and was told that housekeeping had already sent the towels — but to the wrong room. The phone in my room wasn’t working; there was a phone unit but no connection, which meant I had to go down to the reception for any requests. After my second complaint and waiting almost 10 minutes in the room, the towels were finally delivered. In terms of cleanliness and room condition — it was very run-down. The toilet door had holes. The comforter was very worn out and thin, offering no warmth at night under the air-conditioning. The location is good as it’s near the night market and eateries.

First time staying here. The room is spacious but still has room for improvement. WiFi in the room sometimes is ok sometimes not so I'm using my own data. Bathroom hot water on the first day ok but after that water turns to cold. Below the hotel is the train station so if you cannot bear with the train noise advise not to stay there The shopping and food area is easy to get from there in about 10mins away.

ห้องสะอาดดีค่ะเตียงโอเคเลยมีผ้าขนหนูเตรียมให้ครบทั้งห้องทีวีหนึ่งแอร์หนึ่งตัวแต่รู้สึกว่าคนที่นอนติดประตูห้องไม่ค่อยโดนเท่าไหร่แต่ยังดีที่ที่พักให้พัดลมค่ะแต่ติดตรงที่ว่าเดินบันไดเหนื่อยนิดหน่อยเพราะว่าบันไดชันละก็ติดกับที่ใกล้ที่พักมีผับอยู่ตอนกลางคืนเสียงดังมากเลยค่ะเพื่อนบอกว่านอนไม่หลับเลยแต่ว่าถือว่าดีค่ะไม่ได้ไกลจากตัวเมืองถ้าไม่ได้ติดเรื่องเสียงเราโอเคเพราะว่าเป็นคนใส่หูฟังอยู่แล้ว 

Check -in process was smooth and easy. The location, facilities, staff are all superb. Except for the iron. The hotel does not provide iron.
